History isn't dead, it isn't even wounded. It is very much alive. Today, we learn that Japan wants to become a world banking center like London! HAHAHA. They want me to laugh to death. They figure, why let London get all the advantages of their carry trade? They will lend directly! Only they can't attract any savings at depression rates. A problem, no? More US financial giants, seeing their size shrinking rapidly, are going to China for money. They really think the Chinese won't control them afterwards. China is home to some of the world's most powerful control freaks! But then, Americans are so used to deluding ourselves, we can't see the dragon in sheep's clothing.

The present supreme leader of the Catholic Church is a thoroughly strange and I think, very evil man. He and I tangled in the past, in Germany, in 1968. To be exact. In Tübingen. Today, he wears a huge tiara and sits on a huge throne and he pretends he stands for good as he drips with jewelry and fine silks. He sits in his palace and talks about the need for exorcisms! HAHAHA. I would like to exorcist him but he won't cooperate. Perhaps we can do it long-distance? All I know is, he profoundly misunderstands how exorcisms work as well as how impossible it is for anyone living in a palace, asking people to worship him, to do exorcisms. This lifestyle makes one a demon.

Bin Laden is back in the news again. A classic controversial figure, he is rapidly achieving 'god' status. People debate whether he is alive or dead but we do know that he is auditioning to be one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Ron Paul says sensible things while his 'interviewer' snarls and snaps at him. The US is totally off the track here and into the 'To Hell In A Handbasket' mode. I decided it is time to see all this through the Dragon's Eyes. Indeed, they are covering this story very closely along with their happy story about bonding with the Japanese. This story is being ignored by the West, fatally, I might add.

As the US gets deeper and deeper into the swamps of insurrections across the Muslim world, we must examine this closely for the engine of destruction here is partially made in the USA. Some parts of this is very ancient and has been re-ignited by the flood of wealth pouring into these places coupled with a very high birth rate. Much of the West is seeing declining birth rates with Europe and Japan sliding into negative growth. So the Muslim world is seeing rising dynamics while the West wants to keep the Euro-centric status quo imposed on the world. We must try to understand the forces at work and to figure out how to co-exist with Islam. The spiritual revival of Asia is not done, the Chinese rulers fear this force. If it surges in dynamic China, this could cause all the present systems to change suddenly.

As Fukuda continues his lovefest with Hu and Wen, the Bank of Japan admits to inflation in Japan. But they think this means dropping interest rates. Gold rises, oil rises and the dollar falls but the yen can fall further just because they want it to. Also we visit the Bank of Europe to look at their latest economic report and examine the last 4 months of financial hysteria. It never ceases to astonish me, how the central banks involved in this mess have NOT explained ANYTHING. They are in full denial mode, still. But the numbers tell the truth, as always. A professor claims that the Bank of Europe has not increased the money supply at all this year. Who can tell? The bankers are liars and they are hiding a lot of stuff from us.

Whenever I write the date on my stories in numbers rather than words, this is due to them being 'magic number' days. Today is just such a day and usually, when the Master Magicians are at work, they do it on these days in particular. I have been attacked by assassins in the past but since I have disappeared from public attention, no one bothers me anymore. Alas, Benazir Bhutto bravely chose to face the fury of the Storm and went forth to battle the Demons in public. She sensed that she would eventually be attacked, yet she still did her best. The world is at a breaking point, and Pakistan is one of the key pieces to this puzzle. They have nuclear bombs and the Magicians who launched us into these wars are interested in these nuclear bombs. Bin Laden only strikes on magic number days.

Today's diplomacy is tomorrow's history. As the major powers of the planet work day and night to rebuild and renew the status quo, they are also busy building a new status quo. Understanding how this process works is of great interest for within it lies the key to understanding how empires collapse. Interestingly, Russia showed the fatal flaws of collapsing quietly into bankruptcy: the other empires ripped Russia apart and even today, refuse to treat Russians respectfully. The US still wields, at tremendous cost, great power but like with Russia, this is proving to be a liability rather than a benefit.

This is the anniversary of the terrible tsunamis that killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people. Today is Boxing Day, the day the rich in England gave their servants 'boxes.' As gifts. Not on Xmas, of course. The day after. They needed the servants to be busy on Xmas, after all. And the Bank of Japan is always busy so we will visit them since they released their latest report. This requires careful consideration which is why American media ignores this totally. Looking at this, I can say, the status quo of the last 15 years has been re-established. This is BAD NEWS for us, of course.

The world went through yet another visit from old Nick himself, the guy who is driving us deep into debt. Note that Santa and Satan are the same letters, slightly rearranged! Heh. The debt level of the West has grown significantly this last 4 months and yet, all I see in the mainstream media is wails about needing more 'liquidity' which is 'debt' and warnings to us to not stop 'free trade' even as this utterly destroys us. As I like to say here, 'Only happy news, every day!' Well, happy for vultures and little red dragons.
