Oil Speculators Kill Global Economies, Feed Global Inflation

High oil prices are tormenting all the oil importing nations. This, in turn, is causing tremendous global inflation. This has happened more than once in my life. We have to understand the nature of speculators, high oil prices and how this impacts all sectors of the economy. And the dark pools run by banking houses whereby they can trade alongside the pirates of the hedge funds, these are a big problem that also cause global inflation. And the bankers want to coordinate these dark pools so they can conspire to make this much, much worse. The bankrupt banks need some money stream they can tap and nothing is better than to use energy and food as that money making machine! Which kills all other business, of course.

Hillary Norma Desmond Gets The Cameras Rolling Downhill

Hillary is now seen far and away as a Norma Desmond of 'Sunset Boulevard' infamy. Today, Hillary takes back even her backhanded 'apology' and takes a slashing claws-out attack directly on Obama because his campaign let the media know what is being said about her by many sundry people. How dare he take advantage of the 'helpless white woman'! He should pretend she said nothing! I wish she would obliterate herself but this is too mean. She should just say, 'I'm ready, Mr. DeMille.'

Dalai Lamas Were Tremendously Cruel

A great way to lose readers here is for me to take positions that run contrary to the beliefs or desires of many people. Why do I persist? Maybe I am suicidal! Heh. Well, I decided to tackle in more detail, the business of the Dalai Lama. Someone my family has known since the 1950's. My family is very religious which is why I am an outcast within it. Religious people hate humans who don't service the Hive of whatever religion is held dear. And the Tibetan Buddhist regime of the past clearly illustrates the death-desires that overwhelm all religions eventually. For example, to save all living things, the Dalai Lama in 1600 decreed the peasants could not kill a long list of animals. Then, to enforce this, the Lamas killed, maimed and starved the peasants! Which takes us to today's news: the Dalai Lama this week is visiting the headquarters of the former British Empire seeking help in regaining his throne in Tibet.

Assassinations And Assignations

My dislike of Hillary Clinton can't get much worse. But her talk in that flat, dead voice about how she must stay in the race because who knows? Someone might assassinate Obama! Well, there certainly is that terrible possibility. I pray it doesn't happen. When warmongers talk about death, I get very upset. Time to talk about geopolitics. For the oil/death/doom and destruction aspects are certainly moving rapidly towards things that won't make us happier. But then, after the Kennedys were assassinated, Nixon could safely run off to China to kiss communist dictators or Russia to toast cruel Kremlin dictators.

Derivatives Beast Is Over Half A Quadzillion

Last night, we examined the concept of 'floating currencies'. This was supposed to be a one-time temporary thing because of the Vietnam War and the Arab Oil Boycott. This bizarre, unstable and dangerous system was made semi-permanent in the mid-1970's despite the obvious downside: raging inflation. Then, it was proven to be a huge easy money-maker for the bankers so they excitedly expanded on this system until it became totally and fatally entrenched. Now, it is collapsing along with the banking system that hatched this bizarre and stupid system. In today's news, we get to revisit the Cave where the Derivatives Beast dwells: this creature grew by over 44% in just one year! It now dwarfs all wealth on earth, by far. It is the baby of the Floating Currency system created under Nixon. It is a symptom of what went wrong and why we have to fix the system by anchoring the monetary system to either gold or oil or both.

Oil, Inflation And Floating Currencies Falling Like Rocks

Accountants struggle to deal with the mounting Enronic problems that plague modern banking and business. This is due to the epidemic of lying both in the banking system and in businesses. Also, we go back in time to review the issue of inflation, floating currencies and oil price hikes. And we look at both an old Time Magazine article that gives very bad advice to home owners and an even older Time Magazine article that accurately discusses the hazards of the Bretton Woods II system before it was fully instigated. Understanding how oil price hikes, wars and inflation interact is life and death for America. Oil dropped a tad today but there is no cause for celebration. America Runs In Circles Over High Oil Prices

Frantic finger pointing continues with Congress and the President, two major causes for high global energy prices, and our bankers, the other half of the feeding frenzy, pretending to be clueless. Even the most ill-informed American dimly realizes the weak dollar regime is causing oil prices to go up. But the idea that the US is the primary mover on every level is not talked about. Articles talking about oil consumption love to mention China. But not the US who is the #1 oil consumer on earth by a tremendous amount. This business is all connected and the black hole here is the US and our imperial policies. The 'fixes' for various financial problems all end up costing us more for energy.

Oil Goes Up As US Politicians In Israel Threaten Iran

The politicians who supposedly represent us have been very busy this week. Are they stopping the mad speculators who are driving up oil prices? Are they dropping the war talk that is driving up oil prices? HAHAHA. No. They are all yelling, as usual, for MORE war with Iran! The shouting for war is increasing. Pelosi is in Israel demanding our navy blockade Iran and prevent Iran from selling oil???? ARGH. Someone reel this lunatic in! She is a traitor to the US. We are going bankrupt already. Oil will be over $150 a barrel by next week if not earlier thanks to Pelosi, Bush, and a whole cast of criminals.

The Fed Drops Rates To Help SPECULATORS, Not Housing

I was fooling around with a bunch of graphs while listening to Mahler's Symphony #6. And then had some revelations. We have to understand how the Fed interfaces with mortgage rates and housing bubbles. The chart below makes it crystal clear: the Fed causes these things to happen because of the SPREAD between its rates and bank rates. Also, the Congress is holding hearings this week about speculators driving up the value of many important commodities at a mad rate that hasn't been seen since, since...since Volcker had to raise interest rates to 18% to stop them back in the 1980's. Time to read the testimony at that hearing and I hope to hear from readers about this riddle. Thanks!

Dr. Fekete's Medicine Show

Today we visit Dr. Fekete's University of Sanity. He tries to explain some strange paradoxes of interest rates and the rate of wealth destruction. As usual, I back him up with today's news stories about our collapsing banking system. The US absolutely refuses to correct course and cease crazy lending at insanely low rates of interest. There are a thousand reasons why we must stop doing this but it will cause pain. So the Fed and the government unite in trying to drive us deeper and deeper into debt. Even as the price of oil now is over $132 a barrel and gold is now climbing rapidly back to the $1,000 per ounce levels. This dynamic cannot run much longer without the US falling into a total economic collapse. We have to stop the mad Funny Money™ machine before it is too late.
