Tampa Rape Victim Arrested And Denied Medical Help!

Tampa Bay police 'rape' a young woman who was raped by a stranger. They arrested her for a petty offence, chained her to a bed and then refused to give her birth control pills or anything, claiming JESUS wanted her to be forced to have a baby. In Japan, a minister is under attacked to calling women 'baby machines.' Right wing morons are fixated on rape.

&hearts This poor woman is very traumatized but her family has gotten her a lawyer and she will win her case if I were on the jury!

TAMPA - A young woman was walking back to her car after the Gasparilla parade on Saturday when she says a man dragged her behind a building and raped her near the intersection of Howard and Swann.

She managed to get away and called 911. Police took her to the hospital and began a routine rape investigation.

When they started checking the victim's background, they discovered she had an arrest warrant out for her.

It was from an arrest when the woman was a juvenile and she was accused of not paying restitution. The woman says she was not aware there was a warrant out for her, and her attorney says it appears to be a paperwork error.

Just like repeatedly tasering a college student who didn't show his library card, the militarized minions in our police state use utterly inappropriate force on people. When taking down the information about this obviously traumatized young woman, if they saw she had some dubious paperwork, they could have talked to her about it. They could have made some suggestions. They knew where she was and it wasn't an important matter compared to BEING RAPED!

It would like the cops arresting a person for overdue library books after he had been shot.

And then not taking him to the hospital! For in this ugly case, they removed her from the hospital and took her to JAIL and refused her bond and then it got even more evil:

The medical staff at the jail refused to give her the Morning After Pill even though it had been prescribed at the hospital.

"The medical supervisor would not allow her to take the pill because she said it was against her, the supervisor's, religion. So, here we have a medical supervisor imposing her beliefs on a rape victim," claimed the victim's attorney Virlyn Moore. "As a human being, how someone could be so violated by this monster and then the system comes along and rapes her again psychologically and emotionally - it's outrageous and unconscionable."

That nasty, evil 'Christian' creep should be charged with rape. Yes, rape. For the point of rape is to impregnate a woman agains her will. So if a female working for the police joins the rapist in his quest to impose his fetus upon her helpless womb, this is rape. The proxy rape done in the name of the Tampa Bay police and this demented hag is RAPE. Dammit.

This really sickens me. Not only am I a rape victim, I have worked with rape victims. And it is, I assure anyone who doubts this, a horrible experience. And a rape victim is supposed to be protected by the police, not RAPED by them! They aren't supposed to gang up and RAPE him or her. I have counseled gay men who were raped. Up until recent years, they could never go to the police for aid. The Free Clinics took on the task of helping them in their sufferings but we couldn't arrest anyone.

In this case, it is very easy: Arrest ALL the clowns in this tragic nightmare. They should never be given guns and uniforms if they are this uninformed.

Grrrr. Just..grrrrr.

Having carried out new research and reviewed 50 other studies, scientists suggest that doctors and the police even need to prepare for how their work rate will increase at different points in the lunar cycle. Among the findings examined by the researchers were studies that showed GP consultations go up during a full moon, according to Leeds University. Appointments rise by 3.6 per cent, which works out at around three extra patients for each surgery. The researchers did not speculate on the nature of the moon-related problems or why they happened, but said that "it does not seem to be related to anxiety and depression".

We are tidal creatures who rose up out of the seas. The evolution of all living things on this earth are keyed in some way to both the sun and the moon, the two things that dominate our Heavens. Our inner clocks are set by both orbs. Even if we can't see the moon too well during the day, its transit across the heavens as it circles our planet, affects us in many ways. When it and the sun line up, they tug at our every cell for all our cells carry the original data imprinted upon our RNA and DNA back over the eons, deep in the seas, in the tidal pools and onto the land itself.

This is why star-travel is a difficult proposition: we little know what affect things will have on us when we lose the power of the sun and moon upon our cellular bodies! Can survive this? We know our menstral cycles are moon-driven. Will we be able to reproduce even? Will we become ill as our lymphatic system misses its cues? Cosmologists ponder this with increasing distress. We may be too planet-particular to travel away from the earth in the end.

I try to sympathize with extinct humanoids or animals in order to draw them, one would thing men worried about women wanting to have babies would talk about us female humanoids in a friendlier way than calling us 'baby machines'! But his dismissive attitude is the entire problem.

All civilized countries end up, after major industrialization, losing fertility. Fertility is, as in all ancient cultures, a matter of being at one with Mother Nature and preventing birth control and living close to the land. In urban settings, big families are at an evolutionary disadvantage compared to small families which can invest more in the children's education and promotion. On the farm, big families means more working hands and this entails colonization since the excess youth then migrate, seeking more lands.

But when they come to the cities and today, 99.9% of them emigrate to the cities, within one generation, they all with little exception, tend towards fewer children.

The Japanese culture used to be characterized as a child-loving culture. But that was before industrialization set in ernest. Since it is a patriarchy, the females must move in with the husband's family and take care of often abusive and difficult mother-in-laws. I know something about all this. The only way this works is if the mother-in-law supports and assists the son's wife so she will love them all and keep on making babies.

Since this is seldom the case, often the m-i-l wants to minimalize or even drive off the young wife, we see nasty divorces even in Japan which used to boast of no divorces as young women emphatically refuse to be sex-slaves/free servants. Even older wives are bridling at husbands retiring and demanding service!

But it isn't just Japan! All industrialized countries are like this. Even born again Christians in the USA don't have 12 children each! Thank goodness! But when it drops off the cliff like it is doing world-wide, this is interesting from the evolutionist's point of view: the planet is over-populated with humans and this is a natural response.

Europe and Japan, for example, nearly everyone wants to live in the cities. Particularily in Japan, the countryside is emptying out while Tokyo is a mega-city. So the sense of overcrowding is much greater aside from the fact, Japan is much more densely populated than much of the USA, in general. One thing I would suggest to the Japanese men is for them to do 50% of the housework normally and 100% of the housework when the wife is pregnant and for a year after she gives birth. Then it might make some sense, eh? Heh.

Rehnquist Was A F*cking Drug Addict!

Just as the criminal, Nixon, began his infamous 'War on Drugs' which was really a war on us anti-war hippies, Bush Jr and Rehnquist, just for example, became drug addicts. Neither was sent to prison for this. Both became infamous hang em' high executioners of drug abusers.

&hearts The goverment knew all along that Rehnquist abused legal drugs.

Also in 1986, the FBI conducted an intensive investigation into Rehnquist's dependence on Placidyl, a strong painkiller that he had taken since the early 1970s for insomnia and back pain. Rehnquist's bout with drug dependence had been made public in 1981, when he was hospitalized for his back pain and suffered withdrawal symptoms when he stopped taking the drug.

The FBI's 1986 report on Rehnquist's drug dependence was not released at the time of his confirmation, though some Democratic senators wanted it made public. But it is in Rehnquist's now-public file, and it contains new details about his behavior during his weeklong hospital stay in December 1981. One physician whose name is blocked out told the FBI that Rehnquist expressed "bizarre ideas and outrageous thoughts. He imagined, for example, that there was a CIA plot against him."

The doctor said Rehnquist "had also gone to the lobby in his pajamas in order to try to escape." The doctor said Rehnquist's delirium was consistent with him suddenly stopping his apparent daily dose of 1400 milligrams of the drug -- nearly three times higher than the 500-milligram maximum recommended by physicians. The doctor said, "Any physician who prescribed it was practicing very bad medicine, bordering on malpractice."

Interesting that this tool of the ruling class imagined he was being tormented by the CIA! Of course, America is a spook clone of the Soviet state and he is one fo the engineers of this vicious police state. He worked with Barry Goldwater who ended up being against the war on drugs but Rehnquist loved this war because he hated them darkies, those uppity you-know-whats, his KKK heart needed some tool with which he could terrorize and imprison minorities.

I applauded Barry Goldwater for finally seeing the light around 15 years too late and on his death-bed. But it always irritated me how supposed 'libertarians' seem to have Soviet impulses when it come to dictating to other people what they should eat, what they should wear and with whom the could sleep. This nanny-no-no garbage is epidemic within the libertarian movement and is why they are are bunch of criminals, namely, they just want to do whatever they want including abusing drugs while poking their snouts in my own private affairs.

So it was with Rehnquist: even as he popped pills and lived the life of a downer freak, he sentenced people to long terms in prison for acting just like he. This dirty, filthy, totally evil addict wanted to punish black addicts with extreme brutality because he was a big, ugly racist pig.

I can't tell you how pissed off I am, over and over again, we learn that all these white pigs are really drug addicts. They are addicted to tormenting people, they are so eaten away with evil, they can't see their own bloody faces in their mirrors and when they are caught breaking the law and taking a ton of addictive pills by getting multiple doctors to give new prescriptions, is illegal. And Rush Limbaugh did this and so did a host of rank right wingers.

Nixon's modern-day War on Drugs began in 1969. He characterized the abuse of illicit substances as "America's public enemy number one." In an attempt to make good on his campaign promise to be tough on crime, the Nixon administration created and pushed through the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) of 1970. This legislation is the foundation on which the modern drug war exists. Responsibility for enforcement of this new law was given to the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, and then in 1973 to the newly formed Drug Enforcement Administration.

Whenever ruling elites are caught breaking the law, they whine about being sick. They are in pain! They must self-medicate! They must go to hospitals and be coddled and cuddled.

For U.S. public policy purposes, drug abuse is any personal use of a drug contrary to law. The definition includes otherwise legal pharmaceuticals if they are obtained by illegal means or used for non-medicinal purposes. This differs from what mental health professionals classify as drug abuse per the DSM-IV, which is defined as more problematic drug misuse, both of which are different from drug use.

I used to counsel drug abusers at the Free Clinic back at the beginning of the War on Drugs. To my great astonishment, many of our patients who called in for advice were 'straight' people addicted to legal medications.

A lot of them were on speed. With rising alarm, I explained how that was a very deadly drug. Getting housewives off of speed was very difficult. Businessmen were addicted to downers. Again, they knew something was wrong but like Rehnquist, they couldn't sleep at night unless drugged. I remember a tv commercial that ran during the news back in around 1969, touting the use of tranquilizers to avoid thinking about the damn Vietnam war!

And this is how they all cope: they are drug addicts who can't feel pain, can't feel sorrow nor can't take responsiblity for the crimes they are committing. This is why drug addict Rehnquist could merrily rip apart our Constitution and declare democracy dead by stating clearly that we have no say at all in voting for the President! None! Nor can we challenge this!

Well, this is what happens when we let criminal drug addicts determine our laws! And then there was Nixon: good grief. Mr. Druggie himself.
