US Courts Continue To Kill Constitutional Rights!

It looks like the US is joining England in destroying our civil rights. The courts were supposed to be established and run as machines that guarantee our civil rights and are supposed to support the BILL OF RIGHTS. Instead, we see the termites of terror eating up our rights and who are the terrorists? The Queen of England, the President of the United States and BANKERS! Yes, financial pirates, crooks, frauds and schemers who are out to strip us of our wealth via government bail outs, fishy loans, lying appraisers and funny money games with Japan! Wikileaks is an online organization that allows whistleblowers to publish documents. A court in the US at the behest of the British courts has completely shut down Wikileaks. We are no different from China, are we?

Whistle-blower site taken offline

A controversial website that allows whistle-blowers to anonymously post government and corporate documents has been taken offline in the US.
Wikileaks.org, as it is known, was cut off from the internet following a California court ruling, the site says.

The case was brought by a Swiss bank after "several hundred" documents were posted about its offshore activities.

Other versions of the pages, hosted in countries such as Belgium and India, can still be accessed.
However, the main site was taken offline after the court ordered that Dynadot, which controls the site's domain name, should remove all traces of wikileaks from its servers.

Like all important web sites, Wikileak has many mirror sites that are still up and running. And as the news spreads around the web, people can flood into these mirror sites to see the Truth, Apple Pie and Motherhood. It really, really, really infuriates me when the monsters who are busy destroying world finance and global trade attack us whistle blowers online! This malicious and utterly irresponsible attack on a legitimate organization seeking to reveal basic information to us, is not just Soviet-style censorship, it is amoral as well as FUTILE. Namely, the information may embarrass various bankers, financial officers and other criminals and crooks but look at what the hell they are doing!

They are destroying everything they touch! The Midas touch created in the last 25 years via the establishment and then use of pirate coves across the planet to evade taxes, evade government regulations and evade investigations has created a monster that is exo-territorial, outside of the law which means, they are OUTLAWS and yet these same rich clowns who are rapidly driving the world off a derivative cliff, can use OUR courts which WE pay for via TAXES to attack anyone who seeks to see what the hell these criminals are up to!

Since they are rich they can afford to buy the best lawyers and politicians. Since they are rich, they can use their Midas touch to expand their powers and to expand their pirate coves. These have been growing at a madcap rate in the last 7 years. Doubling and redoubling in size, these postage-size stamp Crown territories are now financial Godzillas. And instead of debating the existence of these criminal quarters, we are persecuted and censored if we talk about anything they are doing! And this has happened to ME! I was treated to the same censorship that Wikileak was treated:

Bloggers across the planet are being attacked by English lawyers who live in a country that is literally owned by Her Majesty, the Queen. The government there recently changed leaders and the voters had absolutely nothing to say about this, for example. And the Queen merrily hosts pirate coves for hell hounds right off the shores of Her truncated empire. The English not only don't have freedom of speech, they have no rights to privacy and as our empire is molded more and more into the shape and form of the British Empire, we lose our civil rights.

Not only has my little story not had any effect on the courts, the need to censor has grown. Recently, China has begun to censor me. This cut off around 300 readers I had in that police state. In the US, I have been censored in the past. The way this works is very simple: no one publishes me and no one talks to me and I can't go on TV anymore. I am too controversial.

This is all exo-judicial. Mr. Gandhi recently was shoved into my part of the non-person universe when he asked Jew to feel some shame about using the Holocaust as cover for destroying the Palestinian people the same way Hitler tried to destroy them. Professor Finkelstein was chased out of his University position for the same reasons: telling the truth. The Constitution was partially written by a great man, one who I admire tremendously: Ben Franklin! He knew that freedom of speech is meaningless unless there is freedom of the press! And the US courts used to be on the side of the press but no more.

Dear readers, I have been SLAPPed by the minions of the Queen of England. Heh. My family has a long, long history of irritating the royals in that lovely land. She doesn't like being called a 'despot' so anyone doing this gets a letter from a'gang' of lawyers who don't like being called a 'gang'. So I put this in parenthesis to emphisize that this is an opinion of mine and not a fact. Namely, they could also be a 'gaggle' or a 'lynch mob' or 'professional gunslinging lawyers' or a lot of other, unflattering names.

Well, in America we had this 'revolution' which gave us a 'Constitution' and within that is the 'First Amendment' and it says that we have 'freedom of speech'. In England, 'despotic and vile' kings and queens have the ability to cut off anyone's metaphorical head and silence them if they irritate said 'queen' who is about as royal as a pain in the a...s. Metaphorically speaking. Heh.

All over this planet, kings and queens attack and abuse writers who mock them. In Saudi Arabia, such writers are beaten to death. In Thailand, they are put in prison. In England, they are taken to court.

I wanted to share the SLAPP letter with the world. Since I am a non-person to the US media, I didn't make the news here in the US. The heavy blanket of censorship lies upon my life thanks to the CIA as well as other authorities who want Americans to not know what is going on. Sibel Edmonds was under the same blanket as I but Britain has chosen to show her information and do a story about her and despite this, until this week when a paper in the US finally published a story about her that is old news on the internet, did ANY paper mention the news about her! The Washington Post and the New York Times still keep her censored.

The owners and editors of both miserable, lying rags know me, they know my father, they know all about us, they even knew I was living in a tent for ten years and I had a NYT reporter actually visit me in the tent complex! But I am a nonperson. Dead. Except online. Someone even got Google to censor me in the past. If one googled my 'images' which I have thousands of images online, all one got for a while were pictures of a gagged woman! Yeow!

Now my images are back up but only until the State moves to prevent people from seeing anything, lord knows, your eyes might pop out! This miserable election we are being subjected to is being censored, too. As we can obviously see.

Here is the original Bloomberg story that got me in trouble with the creepy lawyers who work for a bunch of tax-evading creepy pirates in Jersey: Cambridge Place's Caliber Fund Shuts on Subprime Loss

Caliber Global Investment Ltd., a $908 million fund invested in subprime mortgage debt, will close as losses widen on defaulted U.S. home loans.

The London-listed fund, managed by Cambridge Place Investment Management LLP, will sell its assets and shut within a year, Caliber said in a statement today.

Caliber is the second U.K. fund this week to report fallout from rising defaults by American homeowners, following a $91 million annual loss for Queen's Walk Investment Ltd., run by Cheyne Capital Management (UK) LLP in London. Carlyle Group, the Washington-based buyout fund, cut the size of its initial public offering for a fund that invests in bonds backed by mortgages by 25 percent to $300 million today.

``The losses are going to be phenomenal'' for funds worldwide holding subprime debt, said Peter Schiff, president of securities brokerage Euro Pacific Capital in Darien, Connecticut. ``My guestimate in the subprime world is that the majority of loans are going to go into default. Not just 5 or 10 percent, but the majority.''

This story was from last July right when the banking collapse began. Up until then, the true nature of the 'investments' were concealed from people buying the trashy tranches offered by these weasels. Today, they still sit on their treasure chest and still have lawyers who will probably send me a letter of reprimand for talking about them and calling them 'weasels'. We are supposed to pretend they are good, honest, upright citizens of the world, not a bunch of creeps lining their pockets by flooding the world with funny money that is now up to $500 trillion in ghost money that cannot possibly show up on the ledgers of the daylight side of the books or money will become WORTHLESS.

Why these guys are being allowed to do this baffles me. Governments should be very angry with them and going after these island pirate coves and shutting them down as hazards to world finances! But far from this, they are allowed to use our own courts to silence critics. Let's go back to the Wikileak story and get more details:

WIKILEAKS.ORG DOWN AFTER EX-PARTE LEGAL ATTACK BY CAYMAN ISLANDS BANK

The Cayman Islands is located between Cuba and Honduras. In July 2000, the United States Department of the Treasure Financial Crimes Enforcement Network issued an advisory states stating that there were "serious deficiencies in the counter-money laundering systems of the Cayman Islands", "Cayman Islands law makes it impossible for the supervisory and regulatory authority to obtain information held by financial institutions regarding their client's identity", "Failure of financial institutions in the Cayman Islands to report suspicious transactions is not subject to penalty" and that "These deficiencies, among others, have caused the Cayman Islands to be identified by the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (The 'FATF') as non-cooperative in the fight against money laundering". As of 2006 the U.S. State Department listed the Cayman Islands in its money laundering "Countries of Primary Concern".

The Cayman's case is not the first time Wikileaks has tackled bad banks. In the second half of last year Wikileaks exposed over $4,500,000,000's worth of money laundering including by the former president of Kenya, Daniel Arap Moi (see http://wikileaks.be/wiki/The_looting_of_Kenya_under_President_moi which became the Guardian's front page story in September 2007 and swung the Kenyan vote by 10% leading into the December 2007 election and http://wikileaks.be/wiki/A_Charter_House_of_horrors reported in the Nairobi paper The Standard and now the subject of a High Court Case in Kenya).

To find an injunction similar to the Cayman's case, we need to go back to Monday June 15, 1971 when the New York Times published excepts of of Daniel Ellsberg's leaked "Pentagon Papers" and found itself enjoined the following day. The Wikileaks injunction is the equivalent of forcing the Times' printers to print blank pages and its power company to turn off press power. The supreme court found the Times censorship injunction unconstitutional in a 6-3 decision.

The Wikileaks.org injunction is ex-parte, engages in prior restraint and is clearly unconstitutional. It was granted on Thursday afternoon by California district court judge White, Bush appointee and former prosecutor.

The order was written by Cayman Island's Bank Julius Baer lawyers and was accepted by judge White without amendment, or representations by Wikileaks or amicus. The case is over several Wikileaks articles, public commentary and documents dating prior to 2003. The documents allegedly reveal secret Julius Baer trust structures used for asset hiding, money laundering and tax evasion. The bank alleges the documents were disclosed to Wikileaks by offshore banking whistleblower and former Vice President the Cayman Island's operation, Rudolf Elmer. Unable to lawfully attack Wikileaks servers which are based in several countries, the order was served on the intermediary Wikileaks purchased the 'Wikileaks.org' name through -- California registrar Dynadot, who then used its access to the internet website name registration system to delete the records for 'Wikileaks.org'. The order also enjoins every person who has heard about the order from from even linking to the documents.

In order to deal with Chinese censorship, Wikileaks has many backup sites such as wikileaks.be (Belgium) and wikileaks.de (Germany) which remain active. Wikileaks never expected to be using the alternative servers to deal with censorship attacks, from, of all places, the United States.

The order is clearly unconstitutional and exceeds its jurisdiction.

How stupid is this? The New York Times got a previous court to grant them the right to print the truth about the Vietnam War. We saluted that ruling at the time because of course, I was out there yelling about government censorship and the lies of the press as well as all government officials, before the Pentagon Papers were leaked. Lest we forget, Nixon wanted to spy on Ellsberg for leaking the truth and this led to the Plumbers being formed and led to them breaking into the psychiatric offices of Ellsberg's doctor to find incriminating information to leak to the press...hahaha...and this led to the same men breaking into the Watergate Hotel! Which brought down Nixon.

The NYT leaked things that they thought were important even as they kept on and still keep on, censoring and turning into non-humans the brave sailors who were massacred by the Israeli Jews in the sinking of the spy ship Liberty scandal. We can't force the media to cover the news or tell the truth. But we should be able to force corporate America and our government to tell the truth! Indeed, we should be able to influence the media into telling the truth but these guys are all slippery as eels.

Wikileaks has never been mentioned in US news as far as I can tell. The news of this story about Wikileaks being censored and destroyed by a Swiss bank using offshore accounts to do creepy, dangerous and stupid things, is being censored by the US media.

Look at the wall to wall coverage! If Britney Spears sneezes, she gets 2,000 story hits on Google. But this story is about non-humans who have non-rights so they get non-writes. Look at who is covering this besides me: Slash dot, a wonderful online magazine. Wired News and CNET News also cover this important story. As I expected. The ONLY mainstream media to carry this story is USA Today! I was surprised to see that one. Thank god one carried it! Many British papers carried this, they HATE this censorship and wish it would end and it is worse in England than here [but not for long, we are rapidly catching up!]. The IRANIAN news media carried this story! HAHAHA. Oddly enough, the Austin American Statesman carried this, too!

But not the creepy war mongering rags, the NYT and WP.

This is the story of Rudolf Elmer of Switzerland, former Chief Operating Officer of Bank Julius Baer on the Cayman Islands. The story of a man suspected of leaking to the press information about the activities of a Swiss bank specialized in hiding and laundering the money of the ultra rich through anonymizing offshore trust structures. It also is the story of a man and his family living with the consequences of being suspected of fouling the nest of a traditional Swiss bank engaging in dubious activities. This story might differ from previous one's related to this issue, mainly because while researching the story, Rudolf Elmer has also been asked for his account of things.

Over the last few months Wikileaks has obtained and published various documents related to allegedly illegal activities in the Cayman Islands performed by Bank Julius Baer and started initial research into these. Regarding the same bank Wikileaks had obtained legal documentation on the case of a Rudolf Elmer, former debuty head of BJB cayman, in a Dec 2007 Zurich court case against Bank Julius Baer. The law suit relates to various irregularities of health-care/social-security payments by the bank, as well as the matter of stalking (including at least one acknowledged car chase) Elmer and his family by BJB-hired Private Investigators Zurich-based Ryffel AG,

Initial research easily turned up that 2002/2003 some sensitive documents had slipped out of the Swiss banks office in the Cayman Islands, apparently reaching US tax investigation units and eventually sent to the Swiss financial magazine CASH, which reported on the disclosure, but possibly due to an injunction or Swiss banking law, not the details. This event also triggered an article in the Wall Street Journal an article in Swiss Weltwoche, titled "The leak in paradise", giving background information on what happened back in 2003 on the Caymans.

When the leak of trust structures was discovered in 2003, Bank Julius Baer initiated legal investigations on the Caymans, involving the search of the home of each employee and when not gaining any insights from that, undertaking a polygraph test on the employees. It still remained unclear where the data went.
The group of people having legitimate access to these documents was small, Rudolf Elmer, who was BJB Caymans deputy head and Chief Operating Officer at that point in time also fulfilled the position of Hurricane Officer, whos duties included keeping backups. Elmer, facing a spinal surgery coming up in a few days time, was on sick leave and had some trouble scheduling the test. He thus became a suspect.

Most banks are run like the Soviet Union. And they wish to run the host nations where they hide out as Soviet States. When the Constitution was written, the free press was left out until Ben Franklin, bless him, demanded it be put in and it was as the First Amendment! He was adamant about this, being a publisher and reporter. Hamilton wanted a more controlled place where he could launch a national bank and use it as a platform for power. He got shot dead in a duel as we well know. And the new born press covered the story instead of covering it up. Thank you again, Ben!

In this case, the cheesy banks of Switzerland that used to pride themselves on being gnomes who carefully tended their gold have devolved into funny money goblins who use pirate coves as places for generating profits doing really creepy things. And when this former top officer blew the whistle, the gnomes went batty and began to terrorize him. I know how this works. It has happened to me. I am hard to terrorize, though. I no longer have my 250 pound English Mastiff to scare people trying to scare me but then, even without her, I can scare people trying to scare me pretty easily. Once, many years ago, someone attacked me while the FBI was watching my house. I walked over to their black car and leaned on the roof and bent down. 'Listen, guys, either you protect me while you shadow me or you should go home and get some sleep.' They pretended to not hear me but the next time someone tried to hassle me, they got out of the car to and quietly told him to leave.

Another time, a group said they would assassinate me. This was before TV censored me, back in the days when there were many more media outlets and thus, competition. I went on TV to demand the Mayor of New York provide me with police protection. I got the cops who were pulled a day later. This led to a very public battle with the President of the City Council. He lost his position in the end and called me on the phone, crying, 'Why did you do this to me?' And I was so astonished. My life was in danger and he didn't give a hoot! Well...now I protect myself. This is why I live on a mountain and can see the entire countryside from my home.

Let's go back to this wonderful website that struggles to show us the truth: They covered stories about Northern Rock which I maliciously call 'Black Rock' only because it amuses me.

Northern Rock vs. Wikileaks

Today the transparency group Wikileaks released a number of censorship demands it has received over a confidential briefing memo relating to the dramatic financial collapse of the UK's Northern Rock bank.
The bank collapsed late last year under the weight of the US sub-prime lending crisis and was re-floated by Bank of England at a cost of £24 billion — £400 for each and every person in the United Kingdom.

The memo led to stories in the Financial Times, the Telegraph and many others. Despite being of clear public interest, the document and even the some of the stories arising from it were hit by censorship injunctions. Only Wikileaks continues to withstand the attack.

What a novel idea. All communications from lawyers seeking to censor people are 'copyrights'? Eh? What the hell? If someone sends me a letter telling me to shut up, this is under the same laws that allows Disney to attack little tots for putting pictures of Mickey Mouse online at their little web pages? The copyright laws are being stretched to cover nearly everything generated by these thugs! The internet has been a most wonderful machine for freeing up our culture and our information base which has been shrinking rapidly due to parties trying to make it nearly impossible to transmit, talk about or participate in our culture. The number of outlets for information and entertainment have been rapidly shrinking over the last century. Newspapers have gone from literally many thousands of privately owned papers to less than a dozen. What looks like many magazines, for example, are owned by one person. The WP and Newsweek, for example, are one and the same.

They keep the old names but these are not real. They are Potemkin Village Voices. When the Village Voice was bought by Murdoch, he fired all the editors and turned it into another crummy, lying rag. He bought the London Times and turned it into a clone of all his Britney Spears--all the time gossip rag. The internet has been undoing all this consolidation work! The rich men buying up all the mainstream media outlets are being destroyed by the You Tube generation who work to chop up and use this information stream. The censorship of the media owners who constantly pull stories has been curtailed by an army of online users who grab these stories and carry them onwards, putting them back on History's pages! The net troubles these criminals who run our media and they are very anxious to eliminate the user-friendly interface and replace it with the Boot smashing the face forever as per 1984 by Orwell.

Here is the order abut Northern Rock's lawyer's letters:

Pursuant to an Order of the Royal Courts of Justice dated 13th
November 2007 ("the Order") no person shall publish or communicate or disclose to any other person (other than by way of disclosure to legal advisers instructed in relation to the proceedings for the purpose of obtaining legal advice), inter alia, the information contained within the "Northern Rock Executive Summary"
The Order also provides that any person who knows of the Order and disobeys it or does anything which helps or permits any person to whom the Order applies to breach the terms of the Order may be held to be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.

In addition Schillings invoke the DMCA (Unites States federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) treaty.

Schillings refused to hand over a copy of the orders they claim Wikileaks (and everyone else) must obey, under the basis that Wikileaks might do something, literally unspeakably evil, with the censorship judgements — publish them.

In their final salute to the absurd, Schillings claim copyright — on the demand letters themselves!
While the letters are laughable to any reasonable person, the UK censorship regime is not reasonable. Schillings attacks over the memo have been successful in censoring not only the Financial Times, the Telegraph and other UK papers, but at least half a dozen websites, including several located in the United States.

The United Kingdom provides no simple way of discovering what is under injunction or in contempt of court reporting restrictions -- such orders are not even listed on the Her Majesty's Courts Service website, or the British and Irish Legal Information Institute.

The combined publishing might of the British press and the Internet has proved unfit (with the exception of Wikileaks), to provision a key document in British politics to the public. Every insider has it. Surely the British people deserve to see it, after all they've paid for it — £400 each.

The UK press is the most injuncted, litigated and censored among the liberal democracies. The population suffers accordingly and as we have seen, this hobbling of the UK press is now exported world wide via extra-territorial claims. The claims have limited power in theory, but are effective tools of suppression in practice as neither profit motivated ISPs nor publishers with UK business dealings will stand their ground. It is time for urgent reform.

Once upon a time, the press would publish these letters from lawyers. This would, in turn, cause the lawyers to hesitate to write such horrible letters. They would not want to be held up to public ridicule. Today, they append this stupid idea that their letters menacing people are copyrights and cannot be published or discussed in public. I remember when Ben was alive, back in the 1700's, letters like this from the Crown were public and usually put on bulletin boards so all could read. I also remember why Ben joined the Revolution: the Crown told him, the letters about the taxes and other matters were now SECRET! This is why our Founding Fathers insisted Courts should be open and NOT secret. And certainly not held at Gitmo after torturing people! This is VERBOTEN. The Nazis were the ones who had secret trials and who sent threatening letters and threatened anyone getting these letters, if they revealed them, they would go to secret prisons, etc!

What the hell is going on here? I want my nation back. And I want the truth. And I want pirates taken care of via putting them back under the law, not having them run us around here at home, using the law to stop us from looking at their businesses.

Ron Paul Riot Chasing Stupid Hannity CENSORED By Media

Fox TV, a Murdoch operation working for the New World Order has decided to black out Ron Paul's candidacy. Justifiably outraged Ron Paul supporters have gone after Fox TV for inviting Guilliani, a dead candidate crawling, while refusing to allow Ron Paul who had more than twice the support as the NY Ghoul. As usual, I went to the main news services to see if they are reporting this near-riot that chased the neo-tool, Hannity, down the street in New Hampshire. Nearly nothing! It is obvious the zits running our media have decided to even black out RIOTS! How amusing. The Revolution will NOT be televised!

FOX News did a great job of removing the only Republican from the debate (Ron Paul) who was not a member of the traitorous Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Too bad they hadn't anticipated the angry mob outside that was waiting to show their appreciation.

It's funny watching the bilious Hannity waddle down the streets of Manchester as fast as his two pudgy-little legs will carry him trying to dodge the slurs and brickbats from the angry Paul supporters. The only thing missing was a bucket of tar-n-feathers.

Mike emailed me tonight and I was most delighted to see this news and online, it was all over the 'conspiracy' parts but as per the New World Order, it was blacked out in the mainstream media nearly 100%! I love it when the multi-faceted parts of our Pravda All The Time acts in total concert to wipe out history and deny reality.

Of course, they have lots and lots of practice doing exactly that. Ron Paul's supporters know that if they are very, very loud and very, very rude, they will get on TV. NOT! Not even this will get them one minute of mainstream time, not even to mock them and call them names.

I remember the Summer of Love and the aftermath in San Francisco. The media featured even me, I made the cover of Newsweek once, for example. We hippies were photographed and interviewed and I loved to say, 'Yes, I believe in free love but you have to pay for the sex.' This grossed out the male reporters who instantly wanted to know how much I wanted aside from a joint or a dinner or perhaps some really nice gear from Afghanistan along with...hahaha. Afghanistan was the happy destination of many of us back then. But then everyone hates hippies but the Afghanis loved us and were very, very kind to us. Sigh.

Back to reality: the near-riot normally would make the news only like in the sixties, kids would be dragged to San Francisco to sneer at the hippies only they were in love with us and frowning parents would tell their kids, I was the Whore of Babylon and then ten minutes later, the same kids would sneak away and run to me, screaming, 'Take me! Take me home with you!' I was aghast.

Well, I found it very funny. But the clowns running the media today learned to not talk about any of the revolutionary or wild stuff for fear their children will join so they have a new way of dealing with us: we don't exist. We can strip down and yell, 'I love to LOOOOOVE Ron Paul' while throwing rocks at the media whores and this won't make the news.

Even though I was Mrs. Levy for 20 years, people still feel free to accuse me of antisemitism when I point out the obvious. One area in America where no one is allowed to talk about Jewish influence and power is the media and publishing. The New Yorker is edited, of course, by Mr. Remnick who is, of course, Jewish. In every issue there is at least two to three stories about for for Jewish readers. This week's issue had a Jewish art maestro in Soho and Mr. Zell, a real estate billionaire who is buying a big hunk of the US newspaper business. Time to read this interesting and revealing story.

Where will Sam Zell take the struggling Tribune Company?

In April, 2005, Sam Zell travelle to Abu Dhabi to meet Crow Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan. Zell is best known as a real-estate magnate whose reputation has been enhance by the sale, last February, for thirty-nine billion dollars, of Equity Office Properties Trust, the largest collection of office buildings in the country. Zell, who is sixty-six delights in claiming that at the time the sale—to Blackstone, the private-equity firm—was “the largest single transaction that has ever been done. But for decades his appetite for economic opportunity has lured him beyond real estate into investment in oil and gas, barges, insurance wineries, cruise ships, department stores, waste-to-energy power projects, and radio stations. In April, he signed an $8.2-billion deal that would effectively give him control of Tribune Company, the giant media conglomerate, whos assets include the Chicago Tribune and the Los Angeles Times. For about a dozen years, he has also invested aggressively abroad, most recently in the Middle East.

Many a newspaper organization has been taken over by Jewish guys in real estate. The need to control the news is important to them which is why 90% of the stories about real estate matters have been so full of lies, evasions and a steadfast refusal to tell the truth. Now that even the most dim readers have figured out the real estate industry is in full destruct-mode, the media is telling us a tiny bit of the truth. It should occur to people that the media exists not to inform but to train people to see reality in a fashion that keeps other people rich and happy. In other words, the media is a propaganda machine designed to not only control minds but politics.

For example, when the owner of Bloomberg news who is Jewish, was running for mayor, the Jewish New York Times fully supported him and even had the termerity to write an article about how the Hispanic/Catholic rival on the Democratic side couldn't get in the news at all. The other major papers are also owned by Jewish plutocrats so they were all operating on the same wave length in that race.

It is very forbidden to mention the high level of Jewish involvement and ownership of the media, of course. These organs will hammer anyone who mentions any of this. But the curious article written in a Jewish-edited major magazine about yet another Jew taking over a huge hunk of the newspaper business: this is OK since at no point does the reporter/writer mention who owns the New Yorker or who edits it nor does the reporter mention if they, themselves, are also Jewish. Indeed, this article reveals a great deal about Jewish thinking about money, the media and power.

Without examination. For example, the writer wonders why a Jewish real estate king would want a newspaper. This is too silly. Since many of them have wanted and still hold papers that lose money on the surface, one can easily dig lower and find out the true motivation for this mania.

The New Yorker:

When some of Zell’s friends heard about the deal, they were surprised that he wanted to enter the newspaper business—and at a moment when it is struggling to survive. One friend told me that he thought Zell may have been motivated, at least in part, by his love of Chicago,

So, he is buying the LA Times because he loves Chicago? Even on its face, this is pure lunacy. If I had billions of dollars and wanted to get the American people to do things for me, I would spend it on buying politicians and buying media. Then I would control the means and the message. And why is Mr. Zell so very interested in controlling us? Out of love? Or does he have a different agenda, one that is not so loving at all, nay, one that might destroy us?

From the New Yorker:

Zell, who was raised in an Orthodox household and is a supporter of Israel, says that his religion has never been an issue in Abu Dhabi or in other Arab countries. “In no way, shape, or form do I hide the fact that I believe in Israel—open kimono!” he declared, using one of his favorite expressions to somewhat bizarre effect. But, he continued, “from the beginning of civilization Muslim rulers had Jewish advisers. I think it is actually a plus.”

Of course, as I have pointed out in the past, the survival of the Jewish people under the despotic rule of the Christians in the West was to cleave to the Princes and be of service to them. Supporting despotic rule that crushes the masses has been high on the agenda for self-survival for many Jews over the centuries. This is due to the evil conditions under which they struggled to survive. Both the rulers and the Jewish advisors feared and hated the mass of peasants.

A cruel irony of history is, whenever the Princes were under seige or in trouble, they would grab the nearest Jewish advisor and the entire Jewish community and toss them to the raging mobs at the gates in the hopes this will tame the wild beast. Mr. Zell is doing business with the upper levels of the ruling elites in the oil kingdoms. Right now, the only thing that keeps these despotic Princes in power is them sharing the oil benefits with the masses. But right below the surface is this river of fury and hate and disgust. The entire bin Laden revolution is about cleansing Islam of these very leaders who are using Jewish advisors. If times are good, the masses will be inert. But the minute the economy changes for one reason or another, the mobs will storm these palaces. As it is, the signs of revolution are everywhere and are suppressed by the mighty US empire.

Which is sinking fast due to financial problems caused by clever speculators and their various schemes and games. These people have toiled hard and have been supported heavily by the media owned by various people who are often Jewish, to set the US on the road to ruin with the 'free trade' and 'monetarism' theology. Right now, the US can hunt down and kill many revoutionaries as well as arming and guarding the corrupt kings and princes in the Middle East.

Things have certainly changed there since the days my father and mother ran around that region. Back then, they could not mention me because my name was Mrs. Levy. All signs of Jewishness were ruthlessly eliminated by order of the Umma. Today, it is quite different. The rulers know that any Jews they bring in to do the 'dirty work'...ie: make money off of Muslims...have no power. If the Jews give them any trouble, they can easily toss them over the wall to the masses to be ripped apart. They can, if the economy goes bad, blame their Jewish advisors, in classic style like the Christians have been wont to do.

More Mr. Zell:

Murdoch’s bid of sixty dollars a share represented a sixty-seven-per-cent premium on Dow Jones’s stock price, but Zell chose to overlook the fact that his transaction, unlike Murdoch’s, was highly leveraged; when the deal is done, Tribune will have thirteen billion dollars of debt—the most encumbered balance sheet in the newspaper industry. If profits increase and the company is able to pay down the debt, Zell’s return on the deal would be extraordinary.

Geeze, maybe I should buy something via total debt! $13 billion? Isn't that a lot of loot in a world where bad deals are already sinking our economic ship? As I keep saying, there is this army of pirates and speculators who are dumping an amazing amount of debt on top of everything and anything. Mr. Zell isn't buying something with money he has saved, he is running up huge debts that his buddies in the banking sector are going to give him! This is very much part of this flood of red ink that has engulfed this planet. He needs this red ink to buy a bunch of papers so he can run propaganda that benefits him and his activities in the Middle East.

For example, he and his Prince buddies in the Middle East hate the Shi'ites. So we can expect a lot of anti-shi'a propaganda and demands the US kill them for the Princes in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The Jews hate the Shi'ites because of the ones in Lebanon. So this is two birds killing with one stone: the US military. And to do this, they need to hypnotize Americans who gain absolutely nothing from all this. Also, if Zell had control of major media, he can control the President and on down, in the US. Note how Bush, very unpopular due to high gasoline prices, high inflation and crashing economy as well as a very unpopular war in Iraq and Afghanistan, is not being hounded at all by the media, considering how unpopular he is.

Unlike with Jimmy Carter, the media is still quite kind to Bush and on top of this, our Congress is not responding to antiwar sentiment at all. And the fury this is causing isn't appearing in our media, not nearly to the degree it is in reality.

More Zell:

In order to make his acquisition of Tribune financially viable, Zell devised a structure, never before implemented in a deal this large, that would enable the company to pay essentially no taxes.

And the US is deep in the red. We passed $9 trillion in national debt this week. This debt was only $1 billion when Reagan stepped into office. Were there any headlines this week about this? HAHAHA. And my cat is green and the dog played the fiddle while the moon jumped over the cow. These things are seldom mentioned. Indeed, all the questions asked in this 'election' skate over this information as well as a lot of other important information. And this is deliberate. The people who own our government and our media don't care if this country falls apart.

The New Yorker:

This is critical, given the level of debt that the buyout is imposing on the company. Zell’s initial investment of two hundred and fifty million dollars—for which he received a two-hundred-million-dollar promissory note and fifty million dollars in stock—will be redeemed when the deal closes. At that point, Zell will make a new investment of three hundred and fifteen million dollars, in the form of a two-hundred-and-twenty-five-million-dollar, eleven-year loan, plus ninety million dollars for the right to buy forty per cent of the company for between five hundred and six hundred million dollars in the next fifteen years. In the meantime, he will become Tribune’s chairman, with effective control over its daily operations. Zell’s final contribution thus represents less than four per cent of the total value of the deal. Moreover, Zell’s outlay, as debt, would have some protection in the event of bankruptcy; the employees’ shares, as equity, would not.

A classic pirate deal. The guy gets these big loans...and where did the money come from? Tokyo, eh? And using this carry trade, the guys funding him can put down this deal as a money-maker and if it fails, these bankers and this rich Jewish real estate dealer will walk away, free and clear and stick it to the employees and anyone else who trusts them. Cute. This is pretty much the way our entire system is set right now and this is what is collapsing all over the place. With the flow of easy money being disturbed by world financial events in Asia and high oil prices, the schemes to get a slice of the pie in the oil pumping nations or Asia is causing these pirates to make all sorts of queer deals. This deal for the media is, I believe, purely temporary.

All doors for Americans to get news that isn't filtered by these Zionists planning to jump ship and leave us in the lurch, is most important. As things get worse and worse, the native fears of Jewish financial advisors and game players are now quivvering. They can sense the trouble that is coming and hope they can depart and leave this all behind and rush off to a safe place where they can continue to make money via other schemes and arts.

Some of Zell's past:

Burton Kanter, a prominent Chicago tax attorney and an expert on offshore investments, represented the Pritzker family for decades. In 1976, Zell, Kanter, Zell’s brother-in-law Roger Baskes, who was Kanter’s partner, and another lawyer, Alan Hammerman, were indicted in federal court for conspiring to avoid taxes on hundreds of thousands of dollars in proceeds from the sale of real-estate properties in Reno, Nevada, by rigging transactions through a Bahamas bank. The real-estate deal was Zell’s; the three other men had provided legal services. Zell and Hammerman agreed to testify, with the understanding that charges against them would be dropped. Kanter was acquitted, but Baskes was convicted and sentenced to two years in prison. Zell called him there frequently, and both men say they remain close. Baskes is now an investor.

Note that Baskes is an 'investor'. Once a pirate, what else can he do? And note that these guys are extraterritorial. They use the Queen's tax havens. They don't want to pay taxes. And the US is going into deep financial trouble due to rich guys refusing to pay taxes. And Zell and his gang want to control the media so they can get away with not paying taxes and to prevent us from raiding these tax havens, for example.

Mr. Zell's family fled Hitler:

After his mother, Rochelle, died, in 2000, Zell sent the manuscript to several friends. He has resisted making it public, though, saying that, as the chairman of public companies, he is willing to discuss his business but not his private life. Still, he acknowledged that his family’s history has had a great effect on him. “How could it not?” he told me. “I’m an immigrant’s kid. I have a very different perspective on the world than somebody who grew up in Chicago and led what I would call a normal life. I think that being Jewish means that you’re vulnerable forever. Was there a stronger Jewish community anywhere in the world—more intellectual, more successful—than Germany in the late twenties and early thirties, before Hitler? And seven years later they’re building concentration camps! So, do I expect something like that to happen in the United States? Of course not. Do I think it could? Absolutely.”

That conviction is reflected in his foreign investments, many of which are in countries that he views as potential havens. “It means I’m diversifying my exposure,” he said. “A good thing to do, under almost any circumstances.”

There are Christian, Muslim, Buddhist and other pirates, too. They all are preparing domiciles in places where they imagine they will be safe when the system they built and exploited crashes. In the past, various deposed royals and dumped leaders simply ran off to some safe haven. The entire excuse for Israel is, it can operate as a home base for Jews who can then flit in and out of countries, doing things and then leaving if their things fail. This way, there is no sense of patriotism or responsiblity. This is why Mr. Zell, who, at the beginning of this long article in the New Yorker, was said to be buying the paper for love of America. Yet it is clear that this is NOT why he is doing this at all. Far from it.

There are many people on earth who think they can move in and out of countries at will so long as they survive. I can understand this. But it is also a problem. For if they come into a country to milk it and then leave it in ruins, this gives cause for the host country to track them down and take back ill-gotten gains, for example.

In our present case, we see the money pouring into our utterly corrupt political system joining with a media that loses money but CREATES INFLUENCE AND POWER being used against the best interests of the American people as a whole. Many a prince, king or queen is using the US media to enhance their power even as we go about, wondering why our world is falling apart. On 9/11, the American people asked, 'Why are we being attacked?' and the political establishment, the media and our rules all yelled at us to GO SHOPPING and not ask any questons. And if we do, we get beaten, tasered or ignored. The news about Bush flying out the bin Ladens and Saudis the day after 9/11 while all Americans were grounded and held down including Bill Clinton who was out of the country was mainly ignored by our media, for example.

The infamous tape of Bush reading in the classroom was also ignored. We found it online by accident and the bloggers not only talked about it a lot, we yelled at the media to broadcast it. THEY REFUSED. When Michael Moore included it in his movie about 9/11, the media attacked him, not Bush. Throughout this whole nightmare, the media mainly sides with Bush. No matter what the topic. I remember when I was part of the team that exposed Bush's AWOL crimes. The New York Times said, 'That is old news and doesn't matter.' A pure lie since anyone opposing Bush will have their pasts examined under a microscope.

In return, Bush supports anything Israel does no matter how criminal. And Israel returns this favor just as Saudi Arabia does likewise. And Europe and Japan. All our problems are not due to Jewish influence, not by a long shot! The many 'allies' we have include a lot of people who are using the United States as a platform for other plans. This is why our empire gets away with murder, torture and fearmongering while we sink into a red ink sea that will destroy our nation. Instead of being naive and imagining we can sail away from these crimes and obligations, we will pay in full. And this is why I am filled with rage over the plans of people including the Bushes buying a lot of land in South America, there are many people setting up nests where they can flee to.

Instead of sticking around and making this nation great. Instead of fighting for our children's futures. Or saving democracy. Alas, this all may be destroyed just so 1% of our population can live like princes and kings!

Rich Rulers Use English Courts To Kill Internet

Bloggers across the planet are being attacked by English lawyers who live in a country that is literally owned by Her Majesty, the Queen. The government there recently changed leaders and the voters had absolutely nothing to say about this, for example. And the Queen merrily hosts pirate coves for hell hounds right off the shores of Her truncated empire. The English not only don't have freedom of speech, they have no rights to privacy and as our empire is molded more and more into the shape and form of the British Empire, we lose our civil rights.

Murray's odyssey began in early September when he posted a pejorative description of Usmanov on his blog.

Schillings, a London law firm specializing in media entertainment, then fired back for Usmanov with legal warnings to Fasthosts, the blog's Internet service provider, demanding elimination of the posting within 24 hours.

More letters followed and by the fourth complaint, Fasthosts simply deactivated the Web site - along with two other servers, shutting down more than a dozen other sites, including that of a British member of Parliament.

"It's extremely scary that this can happen, because they can take down something without anything being tested in court, without any legal sanction at all except a letter from a high-priced lawyer," Murray said in an interview. "I'm very happy to have this tested in court. Why don't they do that? Because that will bring together people who know the truth of the matter."

After his blog was silenced, a number of other bloggers with views ranging across the political spectrum started organizing a coalition to seek legislative protections, according to Tim Ireland, an online marketing consultant whose blog also vanished when the servers were shut down.

The Internet Service Providers Association, or ISPA, the leading trade group for British ISPs, is also hosting a meeting of its members this month to debate the issue.

My family voted to behead a previous King of England. Then were forced to flee. Then some returned with Queen Anne. Who had no children so we ended up revolting against George III of Brunswick. One of my ancestors, Richard Steele, was the founder and publisher of the first newspaper in England. In our revolution here, we wanted freedom of speech because this was necessary for democracy.

Let's go back to when someone else had freedom of speech: ancient Greece. Up until 322 BC, the Greeks debated politics in the open. The horrible execution/suicide of Socrates frightened and angered his students who went out and worked hard under the school of Plato to enshrine free speech and open debate. They recognized that scientific inquiry and understanding numbers required free association and the open debate of ideas which could be defended with vigorous debate. This is all connected with humanist philosophical lifestyles and political democratic rule.

As usual in history, this was terminated with a certain degree of brutality. Alexander the Great's father ended all political debates in 322 BC. The hatchery for US leaders and movers and shakers, the Skull and Bones (partially founded by one of my ancestors, Henry Steele) celebrates this number as their 'magic number' that gives them power. I find it totally revolting that the place that breeds and connects the people who have founded the more anti-democratic parts of our government does this.

The ironic twists of history! Alexander's followers wanted science and knowledge and they preserved much of the dynamic knowledge created under the previous Athenian system of free speech. But there was no free speech at all. So this knowledge barely grew. A great library was built in Alexandria, Egypt, for the preservation of this knowledge.

But despotism ruled. At the very same time the Romans conquered all this and enslaved the scholars...literally...the Age of Aries ended and the Age of Pisces dawned. The stars and constellations, relative to the earth, shift over time and we pass through the various houses of the Zodiac every 5,000 to 1,500 years depending on the size of the star groups of various constellations. Every time a shift is seen by ancient astronomers and soothsayers, panic rises and religions morph or collapse and are replaced in mass religious-revolutions. So the Romans literally carried off the Greek teacher/philosophers of the former Alexandrian empire into slavery to teach their own young.

But the Romans didn't allow any freedom of speech from their slaves, not at all. They wanted servile slaves and teachers who dared to say anything wayward to the young Ceasars was whipped and humiliated. The Romans kept all the 'free speech' knowledge alive but in chains. Meanwhile, since no one was allowed to debate anything once the Emperors began their brutal rule, the Greek-like 'democracy' of the Senate collapsed and learning pretty much stopped. The Romans were told by the Greek and Egyptian astronomers that the stars had shifted and the Age of the Two Fishes had begun. This caused great superstitious fear and Christianity was born. The first signs of the Jesus cult was not one but two fishes. And he was refered to as 'The sacrificial lamb of God' meaning the sign of the Lamb on an altar which is Aries, was now dead and burned and was now with the Gods.

After this, raging mobs burned the great Alexandrian library. 90% of the knowledge built up by the Greek philosophers and historians vanished! And the tiny shreds we have today barely escaped the fires of history. When we read the histories written by the Greeks and then compare them with the histories written by the Romans, we can see the obvious deterioration. Ceasare was one of the last 'rational' writers, he cold-bloodedly discussed his conquests and we know a lot about pre-Roman Europe from him.

Levy, a Jewish intellectual who came out of the wreckage of the Jewish revolt alive, was also a Greek-style historian but no one dared look at the increasingly violent, strange and demented Emperors who ruled so carelessly and ruthlessly after 57 AD. People were allowed to gossip and we have a lot of gossip from the corrupt Roman Empire but people ceased being philosphers and scientists. Credulity grew along with outright superstitions. The rulers believed in magic more than in rational thinking. They were always looking for some magical way to become more powerful and richer. They openly followed courses that any sane, rational person could see would end in the destruction of civilization. But the people discussing this were few and if found, killed.

Ancient Athens destroyed its democracy by becoming an empire. Thucydides wrote a scathing history of the Peloponnesian Wars. He admired Pericles, the demogogic leader of the Greeks (meaining, he used speeches to gain consensus for actions). After Perilcles died of the plague, there were no strong leaders and a defeated Athens was open to conquest and rule. One can see in the histories of ALL the great empires, the ability to give speeches that motivate people and which clearly address important details about economic matters as well as diplomacy, etc, deteriorates rapidly.

This is quite noticable over time. It takes around 150 years of imperialism to kill off speechmaking. Sometimes, an empire can give birth to a great flurry of fine speeches and plays. Mostly, these happen at the beginning and seldom, at the end of an empire's rule. Shakespeare was able to write some of the greatest meditations on power, money and dynasty under the generous rule of Queen Elizabeth. But the growth of the British Empire meant censorship and there were no followers of Shakespeare. He was a bright lightning bolt flashing across the Heavens. Right on the heels of his death, people were tortured to death or burned at the stake for questioning religious dogma. Whole populations had to flee England, seeking freedom and of these, most didn't want full freedom. Only a handful of refugees wanted true free speech.

So, the rules which govern England are drastically different from the rules running the US. The fracas over the Queen's behavior while being photographed for propaganda purposes shows clearly, who rules England.

She stormed out of a photo shoot, complaining when the person behind the camera asked her to take off her crown. It was a great story about how Queen Elizabeth II stormed off in a temper tantrum while famed photographer Annie Leibovitz asked her for one more take as part of her 80th birthday celebrations.

There's just one thing wrong with it. It wasn't true. Last July, we told you how the BBC had mixed up a sequence of events in a TV documentary that appeared to show the Queen acting like a petulant child and storming out of the room in frustration. Now that error has cost the head of the famed network his job.

Controller Peter Fincham resigned after an independent inquiry into the incident found examples of "misjudgments, poor practice and ineffective systems" at the "Beeb" under his guidance. The man who made the film also handed in his papers.

The network apologized to the Queen in the summer, admitting the footage really showed the monarch entering the room - not leaving it. The shots created such an uprorar, they never made it to air but they were put in a trailer that was widely promoted.

Eh? This makes no sense at all. Did she storm INTO the room? And how can the film be 'misinterpeted' when there is a huge difference between entering and exiting a room? And this is easy to call: just show us the video. Naturally, the Queen had to discipline her subjects. The history of the dead Princess was slowly re-written in England to make it look as if the Queen was a loving mother in law instead of the mother in hell she evidently really is. I watched the funeral of Diana because dynastic politics are an interest to me.

The Queen, if we recall accurately, didn't want a state funeral for the mother of the princes. Like any good dynastic ruler, she hated a number of her relatives. The dynasties of Europe have this very long love/hate relationship. They will gladly stab in the back, poke out the eyes, assassinate and have all sorts of queer relationships with each other, not a happy family. Since Diana came from a long line of sub-royalty, the Spencers going all the way back to the War of the Roses when the British Plantagenets were in a particularily ugly and terminal killing spree of each other, she was socially equal to the German House of Brunswick descendants. By rights, Diana deserved a state funeral.

Charles, alarmed at the unpopularity of his double-timing the Princess leading to the divorce, wanted to show honor to his dead ex-wife but his mother refused and they argued until she grudgingly assented. Then she refused to leave her palace and also wanted her sons and grandsons to remain with her and as the coffin sat at the gates of the castle, I watched with rising amusement, this argument raging just inside the gates. The sons wanted to walk behind their beloved mother. Charles wanted to do this, also.

Diana's crass brother was insisting on walking with the princes. So the consort king who has no power turned to his wife, the Queen and said he would escort everyone and off he marched. He carefully placed himself between the princes and the brother of the dead ex-princess.

This whole episode was a problem for the Queen. Her popularity fell rapidly. So over time, the BBC, an arm of the Crown, had to paper over this mess. As one commission after another set up to investigate the death/murder of this princess collapsed, the government wanted some 'fixes' on reality. One thing they did was put up a TV show that made it look as if the Queen was heartbroken at the death of her hated rival. At one point, when the death was announced, the movie showed a deer in the mist and the audience was supposed to get all misty-eyed as the teearful Queen expressed sympathy and horror that the woman she hated more than all others, was suddenly dead.

Queen Elizabeth I used to do this, too. She would sign an execution order and then wail as former friends, family members and lovers were lopped off. It would put her in a bad humor.

I am harping on this because a pack of lawyers in England tried to get my own blog removed---SECRETLY---but thanks to the fact that I pay a good amount of money to my web hosts, they protected me. But the lawyers there are seeking ways of silencing me and they have the full support of the Queen. She greatly dislikes anyone looking into her financial affairs. Which are flourishing right now thanks to her association with rich people seeking tax havens and the right to have piratical financial laws that allows them to cheat investors as well as strip money from governments like our US democracy as well as the English Parliament itself.

Dan Rather followed in my footsteps and tried to cover real news about Bush going AWOL during the Vietnam War. I was one of the original crew that investigated and then broadcast this information in 2000. In 2004, he decided (after refusing to air the same news in 2000) to follow our leads. This got him fired just as my work got Bush so angry, he sent Haley Barbour to the New York Times to demand they cease allowing me access to their publications via the back door of their forums (I had set up a system of publishing information at regular hours at specific spots which were very popular back then).

Silencing investigators and critics is high on the list of things to do if one is a despot. The internet greatly distresses these people who love the internet because it gives them more money and power but at the same time, it also has given us outsiders lots of power. The US can't stop bloggers legally but they can use English lawyers who have no love of democracy at all. Since the whole world can see the internet, corporate interests here can use lawyers all over to fight off bloggers who talk about them.

Rulers can do this, too, thanks to the quirks in English laws. Europe can censor web sites due to their 'anti-hate' laws that now imprison people for writing 'Seig Heil' or showing Nazi pictures. I have cartooned using Nazi signs and I wonder if those pages are censored in Europe. The news about Germans going to prison for having a birthday cake for Hitler's birthday didn't get much circulation here in the US but the point is, the fake democracies of Europe is not free at all. You have to watch what you say and who you say it to. Instead of civility and open debate, in Europe, one can't debate a number of issues including the Holocaust.

On top of all this, we are in a very bloody push to 'spread democracy' in Muslim lands. The Muslims will riot over things that appear on the internet but at the same time, the ruling class in Europe will suppress free speech when it is in their interest to do so. We are not speading democracy, we are seeing it increasingly restricted. The internet was great when it showed a slack-jawed and cruel Senator Kerry standing by while a student in Florida who asked too many questions was beaten and tasered and dragged away. This poor young man was carrying a book by Greg Palast. Greg has been sued by the Queen of England and Barricke Gold for things he wrote about them in the past.

In England, this very week, anti-war demonstrators are demanding the right to demonstrate in front of Parliament. In America, when we have demonstrations, the Capitol and the White House are barricaded off and most demonstrations occur when no one is at home in Congress and Bush is gone from the White House. The rulers now hold meetings all over the planet that are highly protected with rings of guards and tremendous violence shown towards any demonstrators who don't stay in their distant cages! Greenpeace used to do big publicity stunts and in retaliation, the French, for example, blew up one of their ships and killed people. Recently, a ship was literally run over by a German goverment speed boat during anti-globalization demonstrations. The joining of the US, Canada and Mexico meetings were held in a remote resort surrounded by barbed wire!

All Bilderberger meetings feature arrests and harrassment of demonstrators and reporters. The major media which covered up for the ruling elites can't keep this dark cover much longer thanks to the internet. The cover has been yanked off and we are in a dangerous situation where the leaders are contemplating imitating the Chinese communists and simply imprisoning and torturing writers who dare publish anything on line that reveals what is really going on.

This is why the EU is passing laws that registers reporters: so they can put in prison anyone who is not a 'reporter'. And if the state decides who is a reporter, who is a pundit, who is a Socrates, we get the collapse of the Roman Empire! For this is what we lose!

Before the internet, virtually no one knew of the Skull and Bones. Before the internet, no one knew the data underlying economic facts. If someone thought outside of the box, they were boxed on the ears and told to shut up before the internet. Now, when the mainstream media lies, there is an army of reporters and investigators to go after them and this displeases them since they are servants of the ruling class. And the Queen is NOT amused.

After a complaint about my cartoons, Google 'vanished' them until last week when they suddenly reappeared. I don't have the faintest idea, what happened. All I know is, instead of my cartoons, they had pictures of gagged women if one googled 'Elaine Meinel Supkis' images! I suspect this was a message to me from Google---either a warning or a sign they left to show that they were forced to gag me. Maybe I am reading too much in this but I have GOOD REASON to be paranoid in this regard.

All my life, I bubble to the surface of the news, sometimes, international news. Then they delete me. It is very peculiar. For example, when I was representing the Chinese student studying in America who were demonstrating against the Chinese and US governments in front of the UN, I was on international news feeds every couple of hours as well as frequently making speeches, etc. But all mention of my activities and speeches, one of which was published by the NY newspapers in full, have been eliminated from the history of that time, 1989. There is a laconic statement in a history book from that time that says, 'The Chinese leadership was very angry with a woman in New York City who led the demonstrations in front of the UN but they refuse to talk about her.'

HAHAHA. They certainly talked to me back then, they yelled at me. So when I talk about the past, people think I am nuts or exaggerating things. But this is the nature of the Beast: it can't kill, it can't push for WWIII, it can't dominate the planet if people like myself are interfering all the time. The New World Order doesn't want to hear from a fellow ruling elitist who is warning them about the future. The dangers of empire are great and the imperialists need to heed the warnings about the dangers and this is exactly what they don't want: changing course. Stopping the status quo and changing direction.

Voyeurist Media Ignores Reality

The helicopter crash in Phoenix and the New Republic story about a blogger in the military being attacked by chickenhawks at home for telling stories of US military abuses and wild behavior in Iraq are two sides of the same coin. The US is in love with watching chases, explosions and chaos. This is the main course of our TV shows and movies. Yet we don't want to see the chaos, chases and explosions in Iraq! We want to ignore that mess while moronically being entertained by domestic messes. TV news is all about entertaining people at the lowest level: the prying, spying gossips who ignore real crimes while focusing only on little scandals.

A PAIR of US television helicopters covering a police chase collided mid-air on Friday, then crashed to the ground in a blaze of fire and smoke, killing all four people on board, police said.

I hate buzzing helicopters flying overhead. I was twice gassed by a sheriff's helicopter during the Vietnam War years. The military handed out their gear to the police forces at home during the sixties so they could wage war here as well as abroad. And the military gave vomit gas to the parapolice forces and they used this on us until it was stopped because it made the cops sick, too.

I was a medic back then during demonstrations and treated people who were gassed. This chemical would enter the skin and make one very sick. Once, in Tucson, a helicopter dropped it on the street between the police and students refusing to move. The wind blew it into the face of the police who all got very sick. I ran over to the captain and ordered him and his men to follow me to a garden hose nearby and I thoroughly sloshed them done, washing the chemical off. Since then, I don't like helicopters flying overhead. On top of this, they are very noisy.

Since then, the use of helicopters over cities has grown worse. I used to work at 44th St and Park Avenue on the 40th floor of the building next to the Empire State building and the Chrysler building. A helicopter took off from the roof of Grand Central Station and a blade came off and flew into the office of a secretary in the Chrysler building across the street and it decapitated her. The mayor forbade helicopter flights over Manhattan and they could only use the rivers on either side to move up and down. We hear of stories every once and a while of one going down in the East River.

Now there are more and more helicopter tourist services. In the Grand Canyon, there were so many, the sound of these irritating machines were deafening and they crashed into each other once and a while. Back when there were few TV stations and fewer helicopters, they were not a menace but with the advent of the infamous White Bronco Chase, an idiotic moment in US media history, they realized there is gold in them thar moron watchers of TV car chases.

More and more, the news focused on live reports of ongoing police car chases. Police car chases are dangerous by themselves but having a dozen TV helicopters buzzing overhead is twice as dangerous. Since there is a considerable number of bored, low-IQ people out there who are entertained by this childish game, there is a lot of pressure to produce more and more shows and make them more and more dramatic. The police, instead of using their heads, head out the door and rush into chases. The uglier the chase ends, the more violent and the more bodies, the happier the TV station owners are.

This helicopter chase crash was pure gold for them.

Viewers who tuned in to watch the police chase live heard someone aboard one of the helicopters say, 'Oh geez', before seeing a jumble of images as the live broadcast broke up, US media reported.

Reporters wiped away tears as they focused their cameras on the smoldering wreckage of the two TV news helicopters.

9/11 was a fabulous event for all the media outlets. But it had a downside, briefly, namely, the ads urging us to buy stuff were no good. Mega events are not good for selling junk. But with car chases, there can be lots of ads selling fast muscle cars, fast females flashing their assets could sell insurance or ice cream. The bonanza of gaining lots of bored watchers needing tittilation is priceless for the media, anxious to get advertising dollars.

So this beast grows stupider and eats up more and more airspace on TV.

'It's too weird, too close to home,' said Cochran, whose days typically involve focusing his camera on crashes, police standoffs and families struck by tragedy. 'Now I know how everybody else feels.'

I remember this Ray Bradbury story where these aliens would be crowds that rush over to tragedy in order to suck up the life force of whever was in trouble. I used run a street patrol in Park Slope. While I was big on this activity, I ended up taking care of police situations all over the city, it just became a habit. Nearly every time I took care of a crisis such as when a man beat a Chinese couple with a baseball bat (yes, I was in the news each time this happened), there would be a huge crowd watching until I run up and take charge. In the case of the baseball bat guy, I happened to have my practice rattan sword with me and I disarmed him using it. The thing is, people like to gawk. This causes huge traffic tie-ups when there is something going on that attracts attention. Whole cities can be paralyzed by gawkers.

Police swarmed into the park and started pushing bystanders back as TV cameramen struggled to get one last look at their colleagues.

Several dozen reporters eventually crowded into the gated entrance of the park and set up their cameras in the baking afternoon sun, weeping into their cell phones and hugging each other between live shots.

This is pure voyeur vulturism. I have noticed over the years that humans enjoy the release of inner doubts and tensions when there is violence and then they may cry and hug each other. Then, instead of doing something smart that would prevent these painful events, they redouble their efforts to make these events happen again and again. This is why we go through the same moronic cycle with our wars. The joy of chest beating, the happiness of killing and not being killed in return, bombing everyone from the sky and then laughing because this proves we are gods, when the ugly mess comes rolling back to engulf us, we then shut down and refuse to look at it. Instead of gawking, we drive past as fast as possible.

Instead of thinking about our wars, we think about anything but that. We rush off to gawk at car chases while ignoring car explosions in Baghdad.

The New Republic's anonymous "Baghdad Diarist" identified himself yesterday as Scott Thomas Beauchamp, an Army private in Iraq, and disputed as "maddening" accusations that he had invented his accounts of cruelty by American soldiers.

The magazine's editor, Franklin Foer, disclosed in an interview that Beauchamp is married to a New Republic staffer, and that is "part of the reason why we found him to be a credible writer." Foer also said Beauchamp "has put himself in significant jeopardy" and "lost his lifeline to the rest of the world" because military officials have taken away his laptop, cellphone and e-mail privileges.

As both the military and the magazine investigate Beauchamp's allegations, a personal blog surfaced in which Beauchamp said last year that each morning he feels "retarded for joining the army," "a little more liberal than the day before" and "a tool for global corporations.

The military hides 99% of what they do because what our soldiers do is often very ugly and often, illegal. In grinding occupations of other people's countries, we are always very, very brutal and out of control. I have seen videos of soldiers simply emptying their guns into anyone and everyone on the street below when a sniper shoots at them. You Tube has been quite instructive about what is really going on which is why the military is now reducing the ability of soldiers to access the internet because the Pentagon wants to hide our activities.

And the mainstream media doesn't want to know it, either. It is bad for advertisers! Seeing our own ugly faces in Iraq committing Nazi-level war crimes doesn't induce people to go to the mall or buy fast cars! Anything that brings feelings of guilt are verboten on US TV.

Beauchamp's writing was challenged by the Weekly Standard and conservative bloggers after he wrote vividly, and profanely, of soldiers mocking a woman disfigured by an injury, getting their kicks by running over dogs with Bradley Fighting Vehicles and playing with Iraqi children's skulls taken from a mass grave.

Our President and the DNC's candidate last election both belong to a satanic ritual cult that plays with skulls including a child's skull. The media never investigates this nor do they broadcast this significant fact. It is very high on the 'verboten' list! The TV comedian, Colbert, was asked to do some helpful propaganda about all this, he mocked researchers who track the various interlocking satanic ritualist covens that are at the dark heart of our ruling elites. With all the interest in the media over the latest drunken driving of ditzy divas, one would imagine they would happily cover the drunken nude orgies at the Bohemian Grove get-together. But no, this voyeurism suddenly goes blind when the camera turns towards the Real Rulers.

The right wing bloated bloggers who sit at home, attacking anyone and everyone who tries to talk about the illegal war, who tries to talk about the ruling class, who tries to uncover what is really going on, are powerful people petted by the rulers. They can lie to their heart's content and never suffer any slings and arrows from the mainstream media. When left wing bloggers point out factual errors, this is ignored. But any sort of 'research' by this mob of cowards gets full press treatment. One would imagine, with the majority of citizens against the war, this would stop at last.

But it goes onwards just as it did during the Vietnam war. Anti-war people rarely got to write editorials. And if they talked about imperialism and the right of the Vietnamese to fight us, never, ever was such a point of view allowed. If a movie star said it, this got negative press coverage, note how Jane Fonda was treated! To this day, no one in the media defends her nor are writers like myself allowed to publish something that defends her! So the right wing bloggers slog onwards, gaining access to the top pages in the news media while the mass of us non-right wing writers storm and yell outside.

Xinhua Parent Organization Is Being Sued For Fraud

While looking up data and stories concerning a collapsing hedge fund, I discovered this little tid-bit about Xinhua News' parent corporation being sued by investors after the very recent IPO went on sale. It is a classic story of inexperienced people messing around and doing things the wrong way because they either don't have good lawyers working for them or they are arrogant and think they are above the law or they can hold much more power than the law allows due to conflict of interest situations. This all happened in the last two weeks. Time to rake Xinhua over the nasty old coals!

LERACH COUGHLIN STOIA GELLER RUDMAN & ROBBINS LLP FILES CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST XINHUA FINANCE MEDIA LTD.

The complaint charges Xinhua and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the Securities Act of 1933. Xinhua is a diversified media company in China.

The complaint alleges that on March 9, 2007, Xinhua accomplished its IPO of 23.07 million ADSs, representing 46.15 million common shares, at $13.00 per ADS (including 1.5 million shares sold by Xinhua’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fredy Bush) for net proceeds of $300 million, pursuant to the Registration Statement. Due to defendants’ positive but false statements following the IPO, by May 15, 2007, the stock was trading around $12.00 per share.

Then on May 21, 2007, Barron’s published an article on Xinhua disclosing that the Registration Statement for the IPO failed to disclose that Xinhua’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) was simultaneously the Company’s CFO and an investment banker and stockbroker who ran a securities firm that had been under regulatory scrutiny in the past year.

On this news, Xinhua’s stock price collapsed from $10.79 per share on May 17, 2007 to close at $8.76 per share on May 21, 2007, on unusually high volume.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all persons or entities who acquired Xinhua ADSs pursuant to the Company’s false and misleading Registration Statement issued in connection with its March 8, 2007 IPO. The plaintiff is represented by Lerach Coughlin, which has expertise in prosecuting investor class actions and extensive experience in actions involving financial fraud.

This law firm is one of the biggest representatives in the Enron lawsuits that are being heard this summer all the way to the Supreme Court. Which is filled with pro-rip-off corporate Justices who happen to be the very same people who voted to stop counting the votes in the 2000 election and then installed Bush as King of the USA. Nonetheless, this firm continues to represent investors who feel they are being defrauded. This will probably be the only growth industry in the next 10 years as all the hedge fund hell hounds roll over and play dead and all the equity funds become unequal.

There are so many fraudsters and liars on Wall Street and all over kingdom come, I need to wear my big rubber boots I use to muck out the horse stables when discussing their affairs. In the case of this present story, I was amused that Xinhua, the mouthpiece of the Chinese communist leadership, is run by an American, Fredy Bush (is she a close relation to the other Bushes?)---at least, she is their figure head. Only she couldn't figure out which way to head and hit a brick wall which is made up of many laws and SEC regulations!

On May 21, 2007, Barron's published an article on Xinhua which reported that the Registration Statement for the IPO failed to disclose that Xinhua's Chief Financial Officer, Shelly Singhal, was simultaneously the company's CFO and an investment banker and stockbroker, who ran a securities firm that had been under regulatory scrutiny in the past year.

These events have led to the issuance of the following statement by CFC:
“In view of the serious nature of the legal filings against Xinhua Finance Media (NasdaqGM: XFML), China Business Watch SAQ Ratings Service has suspended the company’s SAQ Rating status until further definitive information is made available and assessed.”

Truly, one can't be all things for all people, not in the business world, anyway. Enron was like that, the top people ran everything and wore many hats and ended up either wearing a shroud or wearing an organge jumpsuit. Hedge funds are filled with people who have control of all aspects of the funds which is how they keep secrets. No need to tell and accountant or other busybodies like lawyers, what the hell one is doing!

Smart people often fall into stupid traps because of a desire to be in control while at the same time, trying to wave magic wands and make reality fit their own agenda and desires. So Xinhua will be hammered by disenchanted investors who would love to unload but hate losing profits.

Today, another Xinhua subsidiary, Xinhua Finance Media, issued a press release in response to a shareholder lawsuit alleging misleading statements in the company’s IPO prospectus, against which Xinhua says it “intends to defend itself vigorously.” Xinhua Finance Media’s U.S. shares have fallen nearly 40% on heavy volume since last Thursday, when the controversy was just getting started.

Usually, when a CEO who is also the CFO as well as the banker and investment officer, would be resigning after causing a company's stock to be hammered so badly after a mere 4 months in the stock market arena! Like so many similar financier/executive officers in the past, she is rather young, I would say from my perch here of rather older age. I can remember similar wizards and wondermakers in the past who came up with neat ideas for making money but who ended up in serious trouble.

I also wanted to review Milken's sorry life. He is now totally rehabilitated and his institute works hard to continue to undermine our economy and destroy our future and ruin our credit rating and dump us into bankrutpcy. Why anyone graces this disgraceful man's institute is...well, perhaps they are truly all birds of a feather!

The sobs that shook Michael Milken in Manhattan federal court last week punctuated the most dizzying fall from power in modern Wall Street history. They came as federal Judge Kimba Wood sentenced the financial wizard, whose junk bonds fueled the epic 1980s takeover wars, to 10 years in prison. Said the tearful felon: "What I did violated not just the law but all of my principles and values, and I will regret it for the rest of my life. I am truly sorry."

The sentence was by far the stiffest jail term in a five-year federal crackdown on securities fraud that has so far netted a dozen major convictions. The big fish included Wall Street speculator Ivan Boesky, who was fined $100 million for insider trading in 1986 and sentenced to three years in prison (he served two). As a condition of his plea bargain, Boesky helped prosecutors pursue Milken.

But chief defense lawyer Arthur Liman may have blundered in his insistence that Milken's crimes were merely technical ones, even after the financier pleaded guilty last April to six of 98 counts of securities violations and agreed to pay a record $600 million in fines and restitution. The defense tactic helped precipitate an unusual two-week presentencing hearing that showed Milken's operations at the now defunct Wall Street firm Drexel Burnham Lambert to have been riddled with unlawful activities. Significantly, the new testimony did nothing to refute the government's claim that Milken had encouraged Drexel employees under him to destroy or remove incriminating documents. Moreover, Liman's strategy precluded Wood from crediting Milken for any real remorse. Said Wood: "Your crimes show a pattern of skirting the law, stepping just over to the wrong side of the law in an apparent effort to get some of the benefits from violating the law without running a substantial risk of being caught."

Bush, Jr, when his own company that drilled for oil was going belly up, did insider trading. Only daddy stopped the SEC investigatioin. This old news story is a reminder of the much smaller funds we were seeing in the unfolding banking collapse scandals during Bush Sr's lousy Presidency. Neil Bush was working with these rip-off artists and was caught in the collapse of the Silverado Bank bankruptcy. He, too, got off scot free and is now conspiring with the Saudis to collect bribery money under the guise of selling angry Arabs his computerized learning programs.

So, is everyone running away from Fredy Bush? Or is she rolling onwards as relentlessly as the other Bushes? And is she very connected or is she doing the impossible? For instead of retiring in disgrace after messing up the Xinhua organization, she instead, collects more power and more money!

Last time I did this, Trent Lott and I got in a big fight and we yelled at each other and I broke the story that a Senator was jumping to the Democratic Party and he would lose his leadership position! This is becasue an aide told me this earlier that day.

The news spread like wildfire and was on NPR that evening. Heh. You can, if you hang out there and needle people enough, learn things they want to hide and I want to discuss several things of importance. Both the Democrats and the Republicans have serious problems dealing with reality.

The main thing on this trip is to get our blasted Constitution back! Our Founding Fathers were very, very clear about habeas corpus: all of them faced possible execution as rebels but they won the Revolution by the skin of their teeth and the help of France. They wanted full protections for anyone arrested and Padilla is a perfect example of the sort of person habeas corpus covers: someone defying the state!

These laws were so important to our Founding Fathers they put it not in the Amendments like the right to bear arms but in the document itself! And destroying this destroys the entire American Revolution. Half of the revolutionaries were slave owners and they polluted the Constitution with slave laws which were finally cut out via a major Civil War, the worst war we ever fought.

The Democrats have made little headway in restoring our Constitution and it is now time to begin twisting arms...big time. And I want to twist the arms of Republicans, the few that are left in my own state of New York. And I want to warn the Democratic leadership they have little time to waste. And they must shut down Gitmo, a Nazi concentration camp that is in a Communist country. Not to mention the host of CIA secret prisons.

Brit TV Stations Cheat Viewer Phone-ins

The media systems are always seeking ways to make money off of gullible people. Starting with Big Brother 6 years ago, the business of luring foolish viewers to call into shows and then making money off of the phone charges, has grown like weeds. Now, in England, it is revealed that these shows were cheating people calling in, getting them to stay on line until $3 or more was charged or by having winners chosen early on but keeping the lines open for hours just to make more money. How sweet of them.

This deception of viewers on such a vast scale represents one of the greatest crises in confidence in British television since commercial TV began more than half a century ago. The scandal has been steadily growing amid revelations that more and more television shows are implicated.

None of the major terrestrial broadcasters, including the BBC, has remained untainted. Last night's investigation by the BBC investigative programme Panorama contained the most damaging allegations yet, suggesting that millions of viewers of ITV's GMTV breakfast show had been duped into making premium-rate phone-calls for competitions they had no chance of winning because the winners had already been chosen.

The alleged swindle, which is denied by Opera Interactive Technology, is thought to have generated £45,000 a day (or £10m a year) in wasted calls and to have resulted from alleged malpractice that has been going on for four years. GMTV yesterday said it had terminated its contract with Opera Interactive Technology with immediate effect after its own inquiries had revealed "irregularities''"in the system.

Far from being unknowingly deceived by the Opera operatives, all the TV station owners and the programmers loved this foul system. Revenues for ads are declining because Britain doesn't have a very energetic economy. The article notes that some quiz shows would have really stupid questions that anyone could answer as a lure to get the maximum number of callers, for example.

Other shows used a sort of, actually very much like 'Brave New World' sort of entertainment whereby the watchers could press a red button to 'vote' what would happen next. It turns out this was a total scam. The show was pre-set and it didn't matter what the pigeons on the other side of the screen pecked at, the results were the same.
