The disgusting free-for-all of 'jokes' by other Presidential candidates and the media, talking about assassinations, aiming guns at Obama and even outright murdering him, continues. Today's edition is a female shrike on Fox TV, Trotta, openly laughing as she explains we should kill both Osama AND Obama. Then this insane woman goes on to explain Hillary's bizarre Obama=assassination of RFK business. Calling Dr. Freud! I will note there are no jokes about murdering McCain or even Clinton. All of this vile stuff is aimed squarely at the person these people want to see dead.

Fox commentator slams Clinton, jokes about killing Obama

This morning, while discussing the media uproar surrounding Senator Clinton's latest invocation of Senator Robert F. Kennedy's assassination, Liz Trotta, former New York bureau chief of the Washington Times, unsubtly confused U.S. Senator and presidential candidate Barack Obama with Saudi jihadist and purported 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden... and perhaps placed similar value on their lives on live television.

"For years, the media has told us that Hillary Clinton is the smartest person in the world," Trotta said, "and that's up for grabs now. And the media's catching on to that, as well. The 'vast right-wing conspiracy' blame has been undermined by her evasions, by her outright lies, if I may say; by her pandering, by her race-baiting--and now we have what some are reading as a suggestion that somebody knock off Os--Osama--um, uh--Obama. Well, both, if we could..."

As usual, I decided to hike over to Google and see how many mainstream media stories were up and about concerning this latest drive-by shooting attempt. This news has been around the web for nearly 24 hours and look at how high a profile it has:

Wow. A whole 5 stories. I think our major media has this big, gaping hole in their news coverage. Indeed, to my increasing annoyance and dismay, I see that traditional web sites like poor old tired Atrios has not had a peep about any of this raging firestorm. Indeed, there is now a very definite fissure that splits the left blogsphere totally: the sites that are talking about this big time and the ones, terrified they will lose all the remaining Hillary supporters, pretending they see and hear nothing. Frankly, this is real news and the refusal of the mainstream media to cover this in all its meaning is important. To have the 'alternate' side of the media online ignore this is...well, plainly sick or even criminal.

We are now entering a danger zone: the Valley of Death. Oil prices are shooting up and up. The Hellish Three Headed Hounds are howling at the Gates of Death, driving up oil prices rapidly in their desire to make a killing in the markets. The talk about war with Iran has been rising as Hillary and McCain lead the charge, upping the bloody ante. The rage and fury being stirred in the US is shocking and obvious. The evolution of this campaign going from 'Hope' and 'Change' as well as 'Security' has devolved into everyone at the top 'joking' about MURDERING OBAMA.

I was very upset by the 'elitist' charges flung at the first minority candidate of ANY skin color or sort, reaching for the White House successfully. This was an opening shot at taking down Obama that Hillary and her Gang of Four launched. Then the attacks for him describing people as 'bitter' and clinging to guns caused an absolute eruption of rage from an army of bitter gun owning people...including Clinton who once talked about gun control? HAHAHA. Oh my.

Well, that discussion quickly become a flood of death-threats against Obama. Huckabee whose son brutally killed dogs for fun, 'joked' in a very bitter and FLAT voice that the noise he heard at the NRA's bitter rally was really Obama ducking in fear due to an NRA white hard worker aiming his gun at the Presidential Candidate. This pissed me off. To say the least, one does not joke in this fashion....ever. 'That was just my wife ducking because I aimed my gun at her,'---what if this clown said THAT? I know a woman who was murdered by her husband who, for fun, aimed the gun at her while cleaning it and it was still loaded and went off!

Disgusting. His pals and the government allowed this murder. 'Accidental' was the ruling. This was 20 years ago. It is harder to get away with murdering people while cleaning guns at home today. But back then, wives were supposed to duck and cover if hubby was carelessly goofing off with guns. The NRA worked hard to prevent anyone from being punished for this sort of goon murderous behavior.

As a gun owner, this enrages me. My guns are locked up. When we use them, we are very careful to NEVER have them pointed at ANYONE for ANY reason. The only times I have aimed a gun at someone it was someone attacking me. Even then, I give clear, loud warning, I intend to shoot if they continue.

So Huckabee's 'joke' was just another shot in the ongoing war of egging on people into attacking the front runner for President. For Obama is ahead of both of the bloody pair of war mongers in this election.

Then Hillary mused about staying the course in case something like in June, 1968 were to occur, she could step forwards and like Lady McBeth, wipe the blood off her hands and declare herself the only one standing. This was entirely out of bounds. And only half of the left blogsphere talked about this. And Hillary supporters went about the net, threatening anyone daring to talk about this bitchy commentary by their heroine, threatening to pull the election and destroy Obama at the polls....I was filled with great disgust. How dare they? The refusal of this reincarnation of Bloody Mary refused to apologize to Obama, the man in every nut's telescopic sights, no, she ATTACKED him via the Daily News. And her supporters like Krugman at the NYT, all joined in the baying, yelling at us to not misinterpret her obvious wishful thinking. Indeed, all of this sudden talk about basically lynching this black candidate is supposed to be forgiven due to being all just funny, HAHA Freudian slips. Fox News Contributor Jokes About Bumping Off Obama

Even as Hillary Clinton worked to defuse her Friday comment about the 2008 campaign and the Robert Kennedy assassination, a Fox News contributor went much further, joking about someone actually targeting Barack Obama.

Appearing on Fox News today, Liz Trotta, a former editor with the Washington Times and reporter for the Chicago Tribune and Newsday, was asked by the host, Eric Shawn, about the Clinton controversy and the 2008 race. This led Trotta to refer to the Clinton misstep.

Trotta, according to video, replied, "And now we have what some are reading as a suggestion that somebody knock off Osama, uh Obama. Well, both, if we could." She laughed.

The host, Shawn, clearly understanding how far she had gone, quickly commented: "Talk about how you really feel."

Then he continued: "But do you really think that--she didn't mean that she thinks that he going to get assassinated, and she apologized--

Trotta: "Well, that's beside the point, whether she meant it or not."

Shawn: "And she's just using it in a historical context?"

Trotta: "She's tone deaf, because it's a radioactive word. And the whole question of the first black man becoming a candidate for presidency of the United States has all kinds of overtones and all kinds of caveats that really have to be considered in this thing. And his security has been a real issue. He's had bodyguards earlier than anybody else. Surely this woman had to know that that was a third rail to say 'assassination.' And it's hard to argue for her on this, because it isn't the first time she's made this step."

Looking at this transcript after seeing the video, we can only say, 'What planet does this crazy commentator live on? MARS?' I know NASA just landed on Mars. But how did this creature and her fellow aliens come here? Teleportation? Via TV, of course. I figure, this Trotta woman wanted to say, 'Well, both if THEY could.' But she said 'we'. And then capped it with laughter. Shawn's rejoinder was not to correct her but to talk about her 'real feelings'. All of this screams of group Freudian slips. The icy ground upon which all the media walks today is called 'the Ugly History Of US Treatment Of Africans'. The cruelties of slavery were replaced with the vicious Jim Crow regime. Breaking slavery required the biggest North American war involving casualties of US soldiers on both sides. The racist war against the American Indians was totally lopsided and the death rate of the natives were far, far higher. But we fought a war with ourselves over this issue.

Some people love to imagine this Civil War was about finances or tariffs, or something smaller. But it wasn't, not even slightly. The merchandise being disputed was HUMAN, not bales of cotton or gold issues. HUMANS who were BLACK. Obama doesn't descend directly from the US slaves, his father is from Africa. But he is in the same boat as blacks brought over centuries ago: the same rage and fear directed towards the victims of slavery are directed at him and anyone else who is African. The rape of Africa by the Europeans was and still is a crime against humanity that still has not been paid for correctly. The healing of these crimes can come only if Africans can live like Europeans or Asians or anyone on this blessed planet.

The fear of the 'other' is great! I was raised in the south and I know this so well. My stupid things that hurt my playmates who were black or Asian still bother me. I still remember the pain I caused by singing, 'Catch a NIGGER by the toe' while tugging at a kid's toe who was black! The tears of shame and fury on her face still are with me, may I be forgiven! WORDS MATTER!!!! Even 'innocent' words. May we all learn from these sorts of painful verbal attacks.

A Freudian slip

or parapraxis, is an error in speech, memory, or physical action that is believed to be caused by the unconscious mind.
Some errors, such as a man accidentally calling his wife by the name of another woman, seem to represent relatively clear cases of Freudian slips. In other cases, the error might appear to be trivial or bizarre, but may show some deeper meaning on analysis. As a common pun goes, "A Freudian slip is like saying one thing, but meaning another." A Freudian slip is not limited to a slip of the tongue, or to sexual desires. It can extend to our word perception where we might read a word incorrectly because of our fixations. It is important to note that these slips are semi-conscious. This is to say that these thoughts are consciously repressed and then unconsciously released. This is unlike true Freudian repression, which is the unconscious act of making something conscious.

The white pair sitting in the FOX studio knew perfectly well they were not supposed to suggest WE kill Obama. But they did it anyway. The dark murk within their souls showed up glaringly due to their inability to see they even made a mistake. The caution by Shawn was not a correction at all. He correctly talked about her 'feelings' but didn't mention that SHE WAS EXPRESSING VERY DANGEROUS FEELINGS and should retract those words! If he said, 'How dare you suggest WE kill Obama', Trotta would have covered her little mouth and said, 'Oh, I didn't REALLY mean that!' which is what we girls used to use in the playground after saying something mean. We all knew a girl who said that was obviously lying. She did mean it. And it was meant meanly.

This sort of 'apology' is what Lucy aka, Hillary used this week to attack Obama directly. 'You MADE me say that, I didn't say that', is an old, old playground ploy, too. And the 'You obviously took offense and I am sorry you MISUNDERSTOOD ME,' is another 'out' for insulting children. It is amazing how fine these games are played at such a young age. I believe, this really begins about...hmmm....about 3rd grade. It gets rapidly refined. The 'bully' child loves to do this the most. A shy or minority child dares not do this game or they get beaten up. Or mocked even more. But bullies can and do. Hillary is using the entire media as her mouthpiece as she plays this stupid game.

The media itself, does the same. Worse. And the silence over this latest 'gaff' is most telling. They know they are being very naughty and should be taken to the Principal's office to be paddled. I remember teaching children how to apologize. I warned them, if they played the fake apology or did a mealy-mouthed non-apology exactly like Hillary and the others are using today, I would force them to try and try again to do it properly. Usually, the child will throw a tantrum or cry rather than apologize. So I made them try again until it was just right. Then I rewarded them with hugs and exclamations of joy.

Children who learn the proper lessons then can go on in life and do well because they don't play this awful game or make ugly Freudian slips when gossiping or chatting it up with other grade school adults! But then, our media is infested with this sort of infantile personality types! No shame! No shame at all! LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS!

This phrase was coined as a slogan during WWII as part of the US Office of War Information's attempt to limit the possibility of people inadvertently giving useful information to enemy spies. The slogan was actually 'Loose Lips Might Sink Ships. This was one of several similar slogans which all came under the campaigns basic message - 'Careless Talk Costs Lives'.

The slogan was in use by 1942, as this example from the Maryland paper The News, May 1942 shows:

At countians [attendees at the local county school] registered in the high school lobby before the opening of the meeting, they were surrounded on all sides by placards bearing such admonitions as "Loose Lips Might Sink Ships", "Defense On The Sea Begins On The Shore", "Defense In The Field Begins In The Factory" and patriotic creeds and slogans.

I am so sorry about what happened yesterday. In a lame attempt at humor I really just fell all over myself in making it appear that I wished Barack Obama harm or any other candidate for that matter. I sincerely regret it and apologize to anybody I've offended. It's a very colorful political season and many of us are making mistakes and saying things we wish we hadn't said.

I remember the 'COLORED ONLY' signs in the deep south in my youth. I actually remember pre-Brown vs Board of Ed. I was in a segregated school back then. Color Miz Trotta blood red, eh? This bloody colorful commentary is also pure black and white commentary. Shame on her. And shame for this non-apology. She didn't apologize directly to Obama or his wife. Like Hillary, she tosses this off and then stomps away, snarling.

Hillary Norma Desmond Gets The Cameras Rolling Downhill

Hillary is now seen far and away as a Norma Desmond of 'Sunset Boulevard' infamy. Today, Hillary takes back even her backhanded 'apology' and takes a slashing claws-out attack directly on Obama because his campaign let the media know what is being said about her by many sundry people. How dare he take advantage of the 'helpless white woman'! He should pretend she said nothing! I wish she would obliterate herself but this is too mean. She should just say, 'I'm ready, Mr. DeMille.'

Clinton Defends RFK Remarks

The Clinton campaign is in full push-back mode this morning, trying to “set the record straight” and contain the damage from Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s comments Friday about Bobby Kennedy.

Mrs. Clinton wrote a long letter to The Daily News in New York, which was printed in the news pages and in which Mrs. Clinton said her remarks were taken entirely out of context.

And her aides said on Sunday that the campaign of Senator Barack Obama was partly responsible for fanning the flames.

I am not the only one who saw the obvious connection between Bloody Hillary and Norma Desmond, the murderess in 'Sunset Boulevard'. I have despised Hillary for quite a while and this is due entirely to my feeling that this heartless wench wants to launch WWIII.

Sunset Boulevard

Sunset Boulevard is a 1950 American film noir classic. Directed and co-written by Billy Wilder, it was named after the famous boulevard of the same name that runs through Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

It stars William Holden as down-on-his-luck screenwriter Joe Gillis, and Gloria Swanson as Norma Desmond, a faded movie star and femme fatale who entraps the unsuspecting Gillis into her fantasy world in which she dreams of making a triumphant return to the screen. Hillary: Why I continue to run

This past Friday, during a meeting with a newspaper editorial board, I was asked about whether I was going to continue in the presidential race.

I made clear that I was - and that I thought the urgency to end the 2008 primary process was unprecedented. I pointed out, as I have before, that both my husband's primary campaign, and Sen. Robert Kennedy's, had continued into June.

Almost immediately, some took my comments entirely out of context and interpreted them to mean something completely different - and completely unthinkable.

I want to set the record straight: I was making the simple point that given our history, the length of this year's primary contest is nothing unusual. Both the executive editor of the newspaper where I made the remarks, and Sen. Kennedy's son, Bobby Kennedy Jr., put out statements confirming that this was the clear meaning of my remarks. Bobby stated, "I understand how highly charged the atmosphere is, but I think it is a mistake for people to take offense."

And we knew when this monster bitch refused to apologize to Obama about even the hint of seeing him eliminated like Robert F. Kennedy, she would attack him at the earliest opportunity. She is, after all, a very cruel warmonger. The instant she talked so openly about OBLITERATING all the women, children, old men, horses, cows, cats, dogs, young men, babies, trees and whatever lives in Iran, I want her to feel the flames of hell on her ass. Obliterating anything means eliminating all forms of life, sparing no one and nothing. Any human who wants to gain control of the world's biggest death machine, who talks this way, should be arrested!

My dislike of Hillary Clinton can't get much worse. But her talk in that flat, dead voice about how she must stay in the race because who knows? Someone might assassinate Obama! Well, there certainly is that terrible possibility. I pray it doesn't happen. When warmongers talk about death, I get very upset. Time to talk about geopolitics. For the oil/death/doom and destruction aspects are certainly moving rapidly towards things that won't make us happier. But then, after the Kennedys were assassinated, Nixon could safely run off to China to kiss communist dictators or Russia to toast cruel Kremlin dictators.

Russia and China Condemn U.S. Missile Shield Plan

President Dmitri A. Medvedev of Russia traveled to Beijing Friday to conclude a deal on nuclear cooperation and join Chinese leaders in condemning American proposals for a missile shield in Europe. Both countries called the plan a setback to international trust likely to upset the balance of power.

Mr. Medvedev’s choice of China for an early diplomatic foray as president seemed to signal a desire to continue Moscow’s assertive foreign policy — particularly toward the United States — that was a hallmark of his predecessor, Vladimir V. Putin, during his eight years in office.

Many bloggers and others supported the insurrection in Tibet. I thought it was nuts. And now that it has fallen off the political map, the diplomatic fall out continues. The US played its CIA hand and lost. My family has been very involved in the Himalayan politics for half a century. I don't side with the Dalai Lama any more than with any other religious leader. He had an opening with the Chinese government who were anxious to settle affairs until the attacks on the Olympic flame carriers took all of this too far. China recoiled away from the West, and we lost a good opportunity to show support for China and reconciliation with the religious leaders of Tibet.

The US was much too eager to split China in two. It showed nakedly on our faces. And so we see in the news that Russia and China are now much closer than before. They have a genuine need to close ranks against the US. Obviously. This is survival.

I lost readers who thought I was cruel about Tibet. But alas, foreign policy isn't all about 'good' or 'evil'. It is about the rise and fall of empires. An empire's strength is in its ability to keep itself intact and to grow. Using the military or diplomacy, economic strength and cultural values, there are many ways an empire can expand. The US expanded this way, quite well, I may add. But once we reached our zenith, instead of consolidating our strengths and using diplomacy 99.9% of the time, after winning the Cold War, we launched a hot war against a billion+ Muslims. Now, we are alienating 1.5 billion Chinese. The Tibetans are around several million, if that. Which is less than .01% of China's population. To alienate the much larger group to flatter a tiny minority is not constructive.

For the Chinese have been liberalizing, step by step. If it is shown that liberalization bears good fruits, they would continue on this path. Instead, we tried to poison the liberal fruit. The US has had a very nasty past habit of parking offensive missiles on the doorstep of any nation that lets minorities revolt. We encourage revolts!

Europe figured a nifty way to have constant splits: countries like Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, England, Spain, etc can shatter into smaller units but they do this under the European Union umbrella. Germany, on the other hand, united. Ha. I see a funky thing going on here....note who dominates Europe more and more. The French get very angry if anyone in a province dares suggest leaving France. In Spain, bloody battles continue with the Basque uprising which has better reasons than the Tibetans, if we look through history all the way back to the invasion of Eurasia by other tribes across from Egypt 12,000 years ago.

Russia, China denounce U.S. plans for global missile defense

(RIA Novosti) - The presidents of Russia and China denounced in a joint statement on Friday U.S. moves to establish a global missile defense system, saying the plans threaten the global strategic balance.

The declaration is one of several signed after talks between Russia's Dmitry Medvedev and China's Hu Jintao in Beijing.

"The parties believe that the construction of a global missile defense system, including the deployment of such a system in some regions of the world... does not contribute to maintaining a strategic balance and stability, and runs counter to international efforts to control arms and non-proliferation," the declaration said.

The plans also weaken "confidence-building measures between countries and the consolidation of regional stability," the statement said.

Russia and China have taken a shared stance on many global issues in recent years, often opposing the position of the U.S.

The U.S.-proposed European part of the global missile defense shield will see the deployment of 10 missile interceptors in Poland and a radar site in the neighboring Czech Republic. Moscow is opposed to the plans, saying the shield would threaten Russia's national security.

I hope that Obama is sensible. I pray that he will decide that provoking WWIII is stupid. He doesn't sing about bombing Iranian babies to death. He doesn't talk lightly about obliterating Iran's children while they are sitting in the classroom. He doesn't talk like an out of control warmonger. The warmongering talk of this election stands in stark contrast to public sentiment. People are dimly aware that Congress has just voted another $168 billion for these stupid wars. The idea that these wars are also very much responsible for high oil prices is beginning to crack through the walls of propaganda.

Then Hillary comes along, talking about how she is staying in the race even though she has obviously lost. Why, look at what happened in 1968 when Kennedy was assassinated! So she has to hang around like a ghoul and if there is blood on the floor, she will leap into action and being a bloody obliterator, she can take command!

I feel like we are all in this nightmare and when we try to scream, only silence comes out of our mouths. As I keep pointing out, Obama's heart isn't into the warmongering thing. He even wants to end the stupid cold war with Castro! About time. We need more friends, not more enemies. But I fear for him because the war mongers who openly talk about how we need another 9/11, will not allow him to take control of our war machine. They need wars, they want wars and they will use the tools that launched WWI. We all know how that was done.

Finkelstein is haunting the ethnic cleansers in the Holy Land. Son of concentration camp survivors, he is being denied the Right of Return simply because he wants to see some rights for Palestinians. The mess there is a great trigger for WWIII. And all the US warmongers have been over there, mongering like crazy. Note that Democratic leader, Pelosi, was there, demanding we blockade Iran. I hope her subjects in California who think she cares about them, go after her. The remarks she made drove up the price of oil by over $6 a barrel in two days.

Fortress Israel is destabilizing the planet. If it isn't reined in, we will have a black rain here. Just as the temptation to put missiles in Poland, the entry point for more than one invasion into Russia, was pure insanity. I don't care if the Poles feel empowered by this. The US should keep in mind our real goals and who matters where. We have to look after ourselves. If we involve ourselves in every ethnic, petty plan on earth, we will go bankrupt.

This is different from international cooperation. I am all for this. It is part of diplomacy.

Pelosi denies Olmert proposed US blockade of Iran

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert did not propose a U.S. naval blockade of Iran during talks with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the California Democrat's office said Thursday.

Responding to a report this week in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, Pelosi spokesman Nadeam Elshami said the lawmaker and the U.S. delegation she led met only once with Olmert during a May 16-20 visit to Israel and Iraq.

"During the luncheon meeting with Prime Minister Olmert, there was never any mention of a U.S. naval blockade of Iranian ports," Elshami said in a statement. He declined to comment further.

The daily Haaretz Wednesday quoted Olmert as telling Pelosi "the present economic sanctions have exhausted themselves" and saying the international community needed to take more drastic steps to stop Iran's efforts to obtain nuclear weapons.

The prime minister's suggestions, the newspaper said, included a naval blockade of Iran using U.S. warships to limit the movement of Iranian merchant vessels.

An Olmert spokesman has declined to comment on the Israeli leader's meeting with the U.S. congresswoman on Monday in Jerusalem, calling it confidential.

Now that Pelosi is home, she is backtracking. I guess someone reminded her, there are consequences for when anyone talks about launching a war against one of the world's bigger oil exporters.

How Israeli fighter pilots threatened to blast Tony Blair’s jet out of sky

Tony Blair came within moments of being killed when two Israeli fighter aircraft threatened to shoot down a private jet taking him to a Middle East conference in the belief that it might have been staging a terrorist attack.

The warplanes were scrambled to intercept after the jet pilot failed to contact air traffic control. Mr Blair, the international community’s envoy to the Middle East, was flying from the World Economic Forum (WEF) summit in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh to attend a major conference on private investment in the Palestinian city of Bethlehem.

The Israeli aircraft used to intercept Mr Blair’s plane would have been versions of the F16 or F15, armed with Shafrir and Python air-to-air missiles. Both missiles have proved to be devastatingly effective and versatile. The Shafrir 2 missile shot down nearly 100 aircraft in the 1973 Arab-Israeli war.

Iraq's top Shiite cleric quietly hints at harder views against US forces

Iraq's most influential Shiite cleric has been quietly issuing religious edicts declaring that armed resistance against U.S.-led foreign troops is permissible — a potentially significant shift by a key supporter of the Washington-backed government in Baghdad.

The edicts, or fatwas, by Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani suggest he seeks to sharpen his long-held opposition to American troops and counter the populist appeal of his main rivals, firebrand Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr and his Mahdi Army militia.

But — unlike al-Sadr's anti-American broadsides — the Iranian-born al-Sistani has displayed extreme caution with anything that could imperil the Shiite-dominated government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.

The two met Thursday at the elderly cleric's base in the city of Najaf south of Baghdad.

So far, al-Sistani's fatwas have been limited to a handful of people. They also were issued verbally and in private — rather than a blanket proclamation to the general Shiite population — according to three prominent Shiite officials in regular contact with al-Sistani as well as two followers who received the edicts in Najaf.

For the umpteenth time, Bush and his crew of no goodniks have declared premature victory in Iraq. The game won't end until we leave. We think we can build a Disneyland in Bagdad and thus, get to stay there forever as rulers. This is the height of delusional thinking.

Military Says Attacks Save Troops' Lives, but Civilian Casualties Elicit Criticism

From an Apache helicopter, Capt. Ben Katzenberger's battlefield resembles a vast mosaic of tiny brown boxes.

"The city looks like a bucket of Legos dumped out on the ground," the 26-year-old pilot said. "It's brown Legos, no color. It's really dense and hard to pick things out because everything looks the same."

He uses a powerful lens to zoom in on tiny silhouettes, trying to identify people with "hostile intent" among hundreds of ordinary citizens in Baghdad.

In recent weeks, Katzenberger and other pilots have dramatically increased their use of helicopter-fired missiles against enemy fighters, often in densely populated areas. Since late March, the military has fired more than 200 Hellfire missiles in the capital, compared with just six missiles fired in the previous three months.

The military says the tactic has saved the lives of ground troops and prevented attacks, but the strikes have also killed and wounded civilians, provoking criticism from Iraqis.

On Wednesday, eight people, including two children, were killed when a U.S. helicopter opened fire on a group of Iraqis traveling to a U.S. detention center to greet a man who was being released from custody, Iraqi officials said.

We have turned Iraq into Gaza. And will reap the whirlwind. It is almost too depressing to even think about. I have raged about this for years. But we are far down the dark road, I warned about back in 2003.

The politicians who supposedly represent us have been very busy this week. Are they stopping the mad speculators who are driving up oil prices? Are they dropping the war talk that is driving up oil prices? HAHAHA. No. They are all yelling, as usual, for MORE war with Iran! The shouting for war is increasing. Pelosi is in Israel demanding our navy blockade Iran and prevent Iran from selling oil???? ARGH. Someone reel this lunatic in! She is a traitor to the US. We are going bankrupt already. Does this fool want more of this game? But then, the warmongers at the NYT assures us that the war talk isn't war talk. Right. Oil will be over $150 a barrel by next week if not earlier thanks to Pelosi, Bush, and a whole cast of criminals.

Olmert to U.S.: Impose naval blockade on Iran

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has proposed in discussions with the speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, that a naval blockade be imposed on Iran as one of several ways to pressure Iran into stopping its uranium enrichment program.

Although the White House denied a published report that U.S. President George W. Bush intends to attack Iran before the end of his term in January, the Bush administration is said not to have ruled out entirely the possibility of an attack on Iran's nuclear facilities.

A story in the Jerusalem Post quoted an unidentified official as claiming that a "senior member" of Bush's entourage to Israel last week made the statement about attacking Iran in a closed meeting. However, White House press secretary Dana Perino said the article is "not worth the paper it's written on." She added that the administration's preference and actions for dealing with Iran remain through peaceful diplomatic means.

Israelis who spoke to Bush and his entourage while they were in Israel last week said they had the impression that the military option "is on the table," and that the president felt a sense of deep obligation to overcome the Iranian threat.

The Iranian issue was central in Olmert's meeting over lunch Monday with Pelosi, together with 12 other members of Congress in the bipartisan delegation Pelosi led. Among those present were House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Howard Berman, and heads of the House Appropriations Committee, Nita Lowey and Gary Ackerman.

The AIPAC crew who run the Democratic party shows their true patriotism: to Israel. It should be painfully obvious to them that the oil from Iran is needed in world markets. If this is restricted even slightly, the speculators will hammer us by bidding up the future price of oil. And if we want to park our navy in the Gulf of Persia bathtub as sitting ducks...the death of the US empire was written long ago. And the method of this will be the sinking of much of our fleet in a flaming battle in the Persian Gulf. Along with the destruction of the Saudi oil fields and the annihilation of the Iranians. Who will take the Jews along with them in a general holocaust called 'WWIII' which will end with all American cities looking like Fallujah.

When the Democrats took over Congress, I didn't celebrate this. The Democrats seem bent on causing WWIII. Obama seems reluctant to do this but according to the NYT, he is going down to Florida to beg the elderly Jews there to vote for him rather than bomb, bomb, bomb Iran McCain. They wanted AIPAC Hillary who promised to answer the 3am phone call with shrieks of 'Kill them all, kill all the Iranians, kill Iranian babies! Death to all mothers in Iran!'

That should please any good witted ethnic cleanser, of course. For the US to do this: a war crime. We hung Nazis for this.

Bush intends to attack Iran before the end of his term

It’s provocative, that’s for sure. But it’s also wrong, according to The White House. In a statement issued later in the day, the president’s press secretary, Dana Perino, wielded one of the nastiest barbs in journalism, saying the article was “not worth the paper it’s written on” — after including the usual complaint about the “quoting [of] unnamed sources.”

The Post, in turn, quickly corrected its report, which was the easy part. But the farther that false news spreads on the Web, the more likely it is to remain in circulation.

Naw, they don't want a war, they want to blockade Iran? That is a declaration of war. We blockade Cuba. This is extremely unpopular with nearly the entire planet but we insist on it. This doesn't cause the price of oil to shoot up by $100 a barrel. The threats on Iran does. The connection is very powerful and to me, obvious as hell. It is never mentioned by our media which is why we had the comedy of the Democrats in Congress passing a bill demanding the US sue OPEC for the high prices. Why, OPEC refuses to ship us more oil!

Gads. This infantilism coupled with brutal vicious attacks on small nations in our path is so embarrassing. The rest of the world is laughing at our Congress. We are losing face in China and Japan. So why are we doing this? The only people impressed by this are the Israeli Jews. Who seem to have the total upper hand. The NYT admits the majority of Democrats including many Jewish Democrats, are against a war with Iran. Iran doesn't give up easily. They fought a long war with Saddam who got help from the US. They will not roll over dead for us any more than the Iraqis or the Afghanis.

Report: U.S. Will Attack Iran

Israel’s Army Radio is reporting that President Bush intends to launch a military strike against Iran before the end of his term.

The Army Radio, a network operated by the Israeli Defense Forces, quoted a government source in Jerusalem. The source disclosed that a senior official close to Bush said in a closed meeting that Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney believed military action against Iran was now called for.

Bush concluded a trip to Israel last week, where he said, "The objective of the United States must be to . . . support our strongest ally and friend in the Middle East.”

The Radio report, which was quoted by the Jerusalem Post, disclosed that the recent turmoil in Lebanon, where the Iranian-backed group Hezbollah had seized virtual control of the country, was encouraging an American attack.

Hezbollah’s aggression in Lebanon is seen as evidence of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s growing influence, and the U.S. official said that in Bush’s view, “the disease must be treated, not its symptoms,” according to the Post.

The White House on Tuesday denied the Army Radio report, saying in a statement: “As the president has said, no president of the United States should ever take options off the table, but our preference and our actions for dealing with this matter remain through peaceful diplomatic means. Nothing has changed in that regard.”

The hot head talk about war is all over the place. While in the embrace of the most despicable war mongers on earth, the US mouthpieces say nothing but 'war, war and more war' but when they emerge from the Temple all covered with lipstick and semen, they all say, 'We didn't really promise the Whore of Babylon we would launch the Apocalypse.'

This is not believable. All parties were content to wait a tad two months ago because they thought that Hillary's appeal to 'working people, white working people' would defeat Obama. Then the bomb threats could be upped because BOTH the GOP and Dem candidates would be whole hog war mongers seeking to fight for Israel no matter what.

This plot has been ruined. So they have upped the ante. They want to start a war but can't be too naked about this. Thus the double talk. Saying one thing, namely lies, to the unsuspecting American public while rushing off to the True Masters in Israel and mouthing nothing but criminal conspiracies to launch a nuclear war against Iran. Arrest them all for war crimes!

The discussions about who is Chamberlain are particularly disgusting. No one is trying to stop the US. When we went insane and lunged at Iraq, the whole world including many Americans held record anti-war demonstrations. This time around, no one is bothering. Instead, the fury is growing as people put two and two together and realize that global oil prices are due to American/Israeli attempts at trying to isolate Iran and prevent Iran from operating their oil bourse that won't accept dollars.

In this battle of wits, Iran will win, by the way. All the oil pumping nations are edging away from the US. The dollar is dying. Last month, the G7 conspired to up the value of the dollar. But now, it is collapsing rapidly just like oil is shooting up. And this combo is fatal to the US public. I see some very ugly things that will come about due to this. If we rage like a blind Cyclops, we will try to crush Saudi Arabia, etc. Only this will destroy us. We get no oil this way. And it can and will launch WWIII. After all, the US tried to tear China in two just over a month ago and is being rather surly about the earthquake victims. China is in no mood to cosset us. And China does not want high oil prices, either.

Bush to Arab nations: You're running out of oil

PRESIDENT George Bush yesterday told leaders of the oil-rich states of the Middle East that they must face up to a future without their precious hydrocarbons.
In a stark warning, he said their supplies were running out and urged them to reform and diversify their economies. The outgoing United States president told the World Economic Forum, meeting in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, that it was time to "prepare for the economic changes ahead".

Mr Bush's family name is inextricably linked to the oil industry, and this was his strongest statement yet on the future of global supplies.

He told the conference: "The rising price of oil has brought great wealth to some in this region, but the supply of oil is limited, and nations like mine are aggressively developing alternatives to oil.

"Over time, as the world becomes less dependent on oil, nations in the Middle East will have to build more diverse and more dynamic economies."

This man is insane, as we all know. He is also stupid. Bin Laden desperately wanted Bush to win both elections. 'Praise Allah, we shall destroy America!' he gloated. Congratulations, bin boy. You win.

Gates: U.S. 'stuck' in Guantanamo

Efforts to close the U.S. detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, are at "a standstill," Defense Secretary Robert Gates told a Senate subcommittee Tuesday.

"The brutally frank answer is that we're stuck, and we're stuck in several ways," Gates told the defense subcommittee of the Senate Appropriations Committee.

Human rights groups have long called for the facility to be closed, alleging that detainees endure numerous human rights violations amounting to torture.

CIA chief Michael Hayden admitted this year that the agency had used waterboarding, a controversial technique that simulates drowning, on three Guantanamo detainees.

Gates said that he favors closing the detention center, which currently holds about 270 detainees, but that a number of problems stand in the way.

We are stuck in Iraq, in Afghanistan and stuck in a very deep financial pit and it gets worse by the hour, by the day. We should take Gates and all the other clowns driving us into so many wars in the Middle East and stick them all in Gitmo and then ask Castro to blockade it. Good riddance.

In a post-debate interview with Bill O’Reilly regarding Iran, Ron Paul literally says many of the same things, including “How come we got through the Cold War when the Soviets had 40,000 of them?”

Obama has been saying what Ron Paul has been saying and I say, in the name of god, we have to defeat these war mongers. Obama isn't perfect but he isn't a Zionist robot setting out to drive us off the cliff. We have no choices left. Lord help us. I don't know if we can afford to wait until next January at this rate. Now we know why Pelosi refused to impeach Bush.

She is a traitor just like him.

Olmert warns of Syria concessions

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has described peace talks with Syria as "exciting", but warned that they might involve "painful concessions".
"It's always better to talk than shoot," Mr Olmert said, though he did not say what the concessions might be.
Earlier, the two sides revealed that they had begun the talks - the first since 2000 - under Turkish mediation.
Previous negotiations collapsed over a possible withdrawal from the Golan Heights, which Israel occupied in 1967.

From my perspective: Olmert who is under fire for corruption is trying to fix his nearest borders in preparation for the Big Battle over Iran. These are not 'peace talks' but strategic moves to insure that Syria doesn't strike at Israel when Israel and the US launch WWIII.

As the American media focuses on silly sayings or attacking China for not having earthquake insurance while 88% of Californians have zero earthquake insurance, Bush and his string pullers in Israel talk yet again about the need to bomb, bomb, bomb Iran. What irks me the most is how our media can't figure out the difference between the gravity of McCain singing that odious, murderous song. Or Hillary talking about obliterating all Iranian babies, mothers and grandparents as well as men and boys and girls. Or Huckabee joking about assassinating Obama. Instead, the press has to go nuts over Obama saying 'Sweetie'! Who do we want for President? Murderous lunatics lusting for blood or someone who says, 'Sweetie'?

Bush visit to Israel revives talk of a strike on Iran

President Bush's historic speech to the Israeli parliament was as telling for what it didn't say as for what it did.

In 22 minutes, Bush offered one of the strongest demonstrations of support for Israel ever made by an American president. And he reawakened lingering hopes among hawks in Israel or the United States for a U.S. military strike to thwart Iran's nuclear program.

Israel's Army Radio reported Friday that the possibility of an American strike on Iran was raised in private discussions during Bush's visit.

And Mark Regev, spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, said that the Israeli prime minister and American president were "on the same page" on the issue of Iran.

"Both Israel and the United States agree that tangible steps have to be taken, that we cannot sit idly by and see Iran develop a nuclear weapon and that the international community has an obligation to take tangible steps to prevent that from happening," said Regev.

Meanwhile, Bush practically ignored a central foreign policy goal for his final year: to advance Israeli-Palestinian peace talks that the president himself launched in Annapolis, Md., last November.

Some Israeli analysts viewed the omission as a realistic assessment of the diminishing chances for progress by year's end.

Right on the heels of 9/11, our dictator went to the UN and gave a speech about how the grievances of the Arab world were at the heart of the attack on the US and to fix this, he proposed to help the Palestinians get a real state. This, of course, meant forcing the Jews running the Palestinian territories to leave. This was loudly applauded by not just the Arab states but by the entire UN. The war to see who would rule America then went into high gear. This war is still ongoing. It is totally subterranean. The front troops in America is our media.

We went from talking about the need to bring peace to the Middle East to daring to start WWIII in a mere 7 years. Many Americans forget that Saddam used to give money to suicide bombers in Palestine. He also supported other anti-Zionist movements in the Middle East. He did NOT give a penny to al Qaeda. This was an organization that was dedicated to eliminating him and fostering a civil war in Iraq! Yesterday, bin Laden's group released yet another tape where he talks about Palestine and the struggle there. I know that many people who go to sites like my own wish to think that bin Laden is a nobody rather than a very connected to the ruling elites black sheep. This guy knows his targets extremely well. And is playing a subterranean war against the West.

The desire of the right wingers to pretend to be scared of him while totally ignoring him and the left which pretends he doesn't even exist, we have total insanity. For neither the right nor the left wish to deal with the fundamental problems bin Laden raises. This is due to the media lockdown we live under. Virtually none of the important news from Palestine sees the light of day in America. It is virtually never discussed. Anyone who does talk about ethnic cleansing there is silenced here. Just recently, the New York Times again, banished me totally because of things I wrote about their coverage of Palestinian news.

Hideous crimes against humanity happen in Palestine and this gets zero mention here. For example: when the US Zionists were making a huge thing about Israel's 60th anniversary, the Palestinians held a peaceful march. Following the demands of the West to do peaceful, Martin Luther King-style resistance to the Jewish version of the Final Solution, they marched towards what used to be a Palestinian village but is now home to colonialists from Europe and America who are 'echt Juden'. But the march was brutally suppressed. Women and children were ruthlessly beaten and shot with 'rubber bullets' which are extremely dangerous and painful if not outright deadly. Not a peep about this in the US media, of course.

This is driving us to wars where we can't understand the forces moving against us! So here we are today: teetering on the edge of the Abyss. This week's news stream is so polluted with toxins, the fish have died. The week started off with the story about Bush's speech in Israel where he attacked anonymous people for being weaklings who like Chamberlain. The boogey man here, of course, is the idea we can't negotiate with 'Hitler'. Hitler, as we recall, set out to ethnically cleanse Europe and rule it for Germans only who were the 'Master Race' chosen by God. The master race had privileges and rights that surpassed all others and everyone else had to move out of lands wanted by the master race. So the US goes to Israel to bellow about how the master race has the right to drive out the Palestinians and take over their homes because of Hitler.

And on top of that, the US which has launched wars against countries disarmed by the UN, dares to invoke Chamberlain. Not that Chamberlain was a good example in the first place. Something left out of most Western histories is the horrid fact that ENGLAND was an aggressor nation after WWI and one of the places they invaded was Iraq! Chamberlain's deal with Hitler was NOT unusual at all. The European empires constantly divided up the planet between themselves and let each other invade places after making deals which allowed each free rein in selected areas.

Iran isn't invading anyone. But true to modern politics, it is encouraging fellow ethnic groups to struggle for independence so they can be allied with a home country. This is what Jews are doing. This is what Serbs are doing. This is what the US is encouraging Tibet to do. We want the world to be divided into ethnic enclaves.

So Bush has enjoyed tremendous Zionist support for his wars because they benefit Israel greatly. When our President joins Israel in menacing Iran and demanding Iran disarm while the US and Israel arm themselves to the teeth so both can invade more and more Muslim lands, we get the setting for WWIII and we are NOT the good guys.

Obama blasts Bush, McCain over 'attacks'

Sen. Barack Obama slammed President Bush on Friday for launching "exactly the kind of appalling attack that's divided our country and that alienates us from the world."

He also took a shot at Sen. John McCain for "embracing" the president's "attacks on Democrats," and "suggesting that I wasn't fit to protect this nation that I love."

"So much for civility," Obama said at a town hall meeting in Watertown, noting that McCain had talked about the need for civility in politics earlier Thursday.

Obama was responding to Bush's remarks in Israel on Thursday that some want to "appease" the terrorists. White House officials denied Obama was a target of Bush's remarks. But privately, White House aides indicated the criticism was aimed at various Democrats, including Obama and former President Jimmy Carter.

Fascists always label peace negotiations as 'appeasement' but when they do this, it is 'brave'. So Nixon was brave to go to China and kiss Mao. Obama is an appeaser if he negotiates with the Palestinians. McCain jumped in right after Bush and openly attacked Obama over these issues. The US public has been told by Hillary that if Obama is President, he will answer the 3am phone call by suggesting we not launch WWIII whereas she and McCain would jump into the abyss of total war without hesitation. She didn't say so in open, clear language. Indeed, NONE of the people talking so carelessly about WWIII dare use clear language. It is all in code.

We KNOW that the 3am phone call will be about WWIII. We KNOW that talk about Chamberlain not stopping Hitler is talk about us launching WWIII swiftly without negotiations. If we read the news in America, we never see the words 'World War Three' for a reason: this is all part of the efforts to sleep walk the US into the biggest nightmare humanity will see.

Obama sorry for 'sweetie' comment

Barack Obama, candidate for the Democratic Party's nomination to run for US president, has apologised to a reporter for calling her "sweetie".
Reporter Peggy Agar, of the WXYZ television network in Michigan, had shouted a question as Mr Obama toured a Chrysler car plant in Detroit.

The media ran off with this stupid story and after snapping and snarling at Obama, got him to apologize. It is OK to talk about murdering millions of women and children. Hillary and McCain are not forced to apologize for that. But call living women 'Sweetie' is evil?

This lunacy clearly illustrates the disgusting collapse in civility and sanity in the US. In any sane country, this story would not have been news at all. In a country debating whether we should launch WWIII, this is ridiculous. On the heels of this media stupidity came a much more serious lapse of grace. One that was, like all the others that mattered, was about murdering innocent people.

Huckabee jokes about Obama ducking gunman

"During a speech before the National Rifle Association convention Friday afternoon in Louisville, Kentucky, former Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee — who has endorsed presumptive GOP nominee John McCain — joked that an unexpected offstage noise was Democrat Barack Obama looking to avoid a gunman," CNN Associate Political Editor Rebecca Sinderbrand reports at the cable network's Political Ticker.

"That was Barack Obama, he just tripped off a chair, he's getting ready to speak," said the former Arkansas governor, to audience laughter. "Somebody aimed a gun at him and he dove for the floor."

Virtually every champion of liberalism is MURDERED. This is so common, we grind our teeth with anxiety whenever anyone who is liberal approaches the seat of power. On top of this, icons of the right get assassinated, too! Indeed, assassination is a long bloody thread throughout our history! It is a gaping wound in our political body! For a man who ran for President to 'joke' about Obama trying to evade a stupid gunman who points a gun at him...this is breathtakingly nasty.

And no joke. I will note that Huckabee didn't smile or look like he was joking when he 'quipped' this 'joke'. His face was GRIM. For a southern white man to joke about pointing guns at blacks...unbelievable. On top of this, the GOP made light of Cheney shooting a friend in the face. I am a gun owner and have strict rules for handling guns. The NRA pretends they are concerned about gun safety. To have a Presidential candidate stand there and 'joke' about these things in such an insane way....this is proof the NRA has to sit down with Obama and discuss attitudes of whites vis a vis blacks.

I have said for years, the NRA is not interested in the second amendment. They are much more interested in Jim Crow. This is why they support the destruction of our civil rights while clinging to their guns. The plan is for the sub-humans to be disarmed and then eliminated. Deep in the dark recesses of the hive mind of the NRA is this wish to return to the good old days when the 'darkies' were scared of the KKK showing up at night with guns. This is why we are losing our civil liberties one by one. We lost them in the past! Ask anyone who isn't a 'working white, a hard working white'. This Presidential race is very important.

Hillary supporters, by the way, want this election to be all about the travails of being a woman. But we have to understand, in a world ruled by violent people who hate blacks, black WOMEN are shot, beaten and oppressed! I am an old feminist who recognized long ago, the fight for equality is long and hard and we have to recognize who comes first. White women can be the victims of crime. But we must remember, white women gained the right to vote half a century before black women got the right to vote. So I hope the wails about Hillary suffering from an anti-feminist backlash cease. For she is the one who has pulled the racist excuses for winning the election out of her own bag. She set white women against black women herself. She didn't seek unity. She sought to divide. I repudiate her utterly for this. On top of that, in her anxiety to prove she is a good old white boy wannabe, she talks like McCain and Huckabee about her eagerness to launch a world war.

For it is all about who shall lead us: warmongers demanding to set the world to flames in support of ethnic cleansing in the Holy Land versus the idea that the US should respect other people and negotiate, not bomb people.

As the US troops protect opium war lords in Afghanistan, the rest of the world is seeing a flood of cheap heroin. The US, like England before us, conquers nations and turns them into drug addicts selling illegal drugs which then produces prodigious profits which flow into the banking system. This is one great way to sop up excess dollars produced by the banks. The War in Vietnam increased the drug trades immensely and the 'War on Drugs' forced prices to the stratosphere during a very inflationary period in the US due to war costs. This is the Snake Ouroboros eating its own tail. Look at that lovely girl in the mug shot from today's news from Long Island: she is a drug addict/drug dealer. Heroin is now so cheap, it is flooding our markets and hooking our children. And it is all the fault of Bush, the CIA and the Pentagon...and the Federal Reserve.

Nassau cops: Teen heroin use on rise

Heroin is becoming the drug of choice for an alarming number of Nassau County teenagers, police told local school officials at a meeting Thursday morning.

The teens, many of whom come from middle-class homes on Long Island's South Shore, often start out using prescription drugs, and move on to heroin when their supplies get scarce, police said. Many of them begin by snorting or smoking the drug, rather than injecting it, police said.

Whereas in 2002 there were about 100 heroin possession arrests countywide, last year there were about 150, said Det. Lt. Pete Donohue, deputy commanding officer of Nassau's Narcotics and Vice Squad.

"It's scary," said Mark Scher, principal of East Meadow High School. "Kids on the edge will try anything. Now they can get a bag of heroin for less than the cost of going to a movie."

When 9/11 happened, the US didn't bomb Saudi Arabia, Yemen or Egypt. We attacked Afghanistan. I was one of the few online writers to say, this was pure madness. Even if Bin Laden was guilty of organizing the 9/11 attacks, invading Afghanistan would not fix that. Note that he was never captured. This is obvious why: he had virtually nothing to do with 9/11, he may have inspired the attackers but he didn't arrange, fund or plan it. The people who did this are still in the shadows.

A warning to readers: there is a gigantic difference between assisting and enabling attacks on America and staging fake attacks. So long as our government works day and night to assist attackers as well as motivate them into attacking, all they have to do is sit back and reap the fruits of terroristic labors. They are working day and night right now to insure that someone will be motivated and able to attack us before November. The chances of this are rapidly rising. I would say, to 100% if Obama is nominated by the Democrats.

People are very naive about the CIA and our ruling elites. They give both way too much credit for being able to carry out dastardly schemes. But often, all they do is leave doors open, funnel money to the right places at the right times, meddle a tiny bit and voila! They get their results. I grew up deep inside this world. Hell! As a child, 50% of the time, I didn't know what continent my parents were on, much less, exactly where they were. Indeed, when I requested to be made an adult at 16, I told the judge, I was on my own much of the time, anyway. He agreed.

Back to the CIA: they make contact with tribes. My parents were awesome in this business. They took along medications and other things like shortwave radios, etc. And used this as a way of introducing themselves to important people who thought they were mere shepherds or stone age farmers. After insinuating themselves into the community, they begin to form alliances and make suggestions. The Peace Corps was the crowing triumph of the CIA, by the way. 'Are you CIA?' people would ask suspiciously.

'Oh no, I am not! I know nothing about the CIA,' the agents were all told to say in return. Once, a CIA agent was not shot by the Chinese when she said, 'Why would the CIA send a 6 foot tall woman into Tibet to spy?' Heh.

Back to the CIA and drugs: tribes like to make money and if local governments are suppressing drugs, the CIA says, 'We will PROTECT you while you make illegal drugs. Don't worry.' And so it goes. In Afghanistan, the Taliban had crushed the opium growers. The minute the fires stopped at the WTC, the CIA had all the agents already in place on the edges of Afghanistan hard at work with the drug dealing war lords who were harassing the Taliban. We immediately brought in more money [they were always funded by the CIA] and fire power. Then our government refused to look for bin Laden who is a CIA tool in the first place, and they instead, attacked the innocent Taliban who had no idea about the planning or nature of the 9/11 attacks.

RUSSIA RETURNING TO AFGHANISTAN WITH NOT-SO-SOFT POWER

Russian power is returning to Afghanistan in military and security terms, albeit without a military presence on the ground, at least for now. Moscow is using the Russia-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) as a thin cover.

On March 9 through 13, a CSTO Working Group on Afghanistan held talks in Kabul with senior officials of the Afghan Ministries of Defense, Internal Affairs, Foreign Affairs, and other security and civilian government departments. The Russian-led delegation proposed to institute regular contacts with Afghanistan’s military, security, and law-enforcement agencies and invited Defense Minister Abdul Rahim Wardak to Moscow. The delegation offered assistance to Afghanistan to build its army, security agencies, and border protection units and to combat “terrorism” and the drugs trade. Specific proposals include delivering arms and military equipment and training Afghan military and border-troop officers as well as “special services” personnel. In the civilian sphere, Russia and the CSTO are offering “help in establishing the organs of executive government both at the central level and in the regions” (Interfax, RIA-Novosti, Itar-Tass, March 12, 13).

Although such assistance could only be initiated politically and supplied in practice by Russia, the official reporting presents it as an initiative of the CSTO’s Central Asian member countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan). The delegation held meetings with these countries’ embassies in Kabul. There were apparently no working meetings with Western representatives there.

Both Russia and China are immensely furious about the US aiding and abetting illegal drugs production. In the Al Jazeera clip at the top, we see the Afghanis are now growing immense cannabis plants to produce hashish! Also, the stupid US program to bring democracy and education to the people there is revealed to be totally false propaganda. There is virtually no attempt by either the drug overlords or the US military death machine to educate anyone.

Marines ignore Taliban cash crop to not upset Afghan locals

The Taliban, whose fighters are exchanging daily fire with the Marines in Garmser, derives up to $100 million a year from the poppy harvest by taxing farmers and charging safe passage fees _ money that will buy weapons for use against U.S., NATO and Afghan troops.

Yet the Marines are not destroying the plants. In fact, they are reassuring villagers the poppies won't be touched. American commanders say the Marines would only alienate people and drive them to take up arms if they eliminated the impoverished Afghans' only source of income.

Many Marines in the field are scratching their heads over the situation.

"It's kind of weird. We're coming over here to fight the Taliban. We see this. We know it's bad. But at the same time we know it's the only way locals can make money," said 1st Lt. Adam Lynch, 27, of Barnstable, Mass.

The Marines' battalion commander, Lt. Col. Anthony Henderson, said in an interview Tuesday that the poppy crop "will come and go" and that his troops can't focus on it when Taliban fighters around Garmser are "terrorizing the people."

"I think by focusing on the Taliban, the poppies will go away," said Henderson, a 41-year-old from Washington, D.C. He said once the militant fighters are forced out, the Afghan government can move in and offer alternatives.

An expert on Afghanistan's drug trade, Barnett Rubin, complained that the Marines are being put in such a situation by a "one-dimensional" military policy that fails to integrate political and economic considerations into long-range planning.

Our military is certainly 'one dimensional'. It always fights with, not against, illegal drug warlords. In South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East or anywhere: illegal drugs makes our world go round. It is the most excellent way to sop up excess dollars. It is the world's most profitable trade per ounce. Vast fortunes are made this way and the money flows into the banking system in odd ways. Above all, the CIA has an open-ended source of illicit funds they can use for black ops deals like giving Atta many thousands of dollars and note, he also had access to lots of illegal drugs! This funds all the terrorists. If the US wants terrorists, this is the very easiest way to give them the moolah for the murders.

So why is our military PROTECTING the opium trade? The soldiers, who are heavily brainwashed, can't figure this out. Nor dare they ask their predecessors, the warriors from the Vietnam war, why this is so!

DoD Winning 30-Year War Against Drugs in the Ranks

The incidence of service members using illegal drugs is at a 20-year low, evidence that DoD is winning the war against drug abuse in its ranks -- a conflict that began during the Vietnam War.

Ana Maria Salazar, deputy assistant secretary of defense for drug enforcement policy and support, noted that drug use by DoD personnel is down 90 percent compared to two decades ago. Just 2.6 percent of all service members reported drug use within the 30 days preceding their response to a 1998 survey, she said. More than 27 percent of respondents in a 1980 survey said they used illegal drugs in the preceding 30 days, she noted.

"Overall, the use of illegal drugs by service members is down. Drug use has decreased every year since we started monitoring it in 1980," Salazar said.

She pointed to the effectiveness of DoD's "zero tolerance" policy toward drug use, pre-employment and random drug testing, and substance abuse education programs. She also cited DoD's participation in such drug awareness information campaigns as national Red Ribbon Week -- Oct. 23-31 this year.

HAHAHA. In Vietnam, a huge percentage of the troops were hooked on drugs! The flood of drugs from Vietnam into the US was via our own troops for the most part! But the military doesn't want druggies to run the show so they cleaned up the troops but set them up as guards for the illegal drug warlords, knowing that the troops can't fall for these drugs due to constant drug tests.

To woo conservatives, McCain pledges war on 'evil'

On Wednesday, he vowed to take the fight to religious persecution, human trafficking, child pornography and other "evil" if elected. Speaking at Oakland University in Rochester, Minnesota, CNN said the event was part of the Arizona' senators efforts to reach out to conservative voters.

A war for values? McCain rebuked "a tendency in our age to accede to the spurious excuse of moral relativism and turn away from the harshest examples of man's inhumanity to man, to ignore the darker side of human nature that encroaches upon our decency by subtle degree."

Adding to President George W. Bush's list of rogue nations -- or his infamous axis of evil (Iran, North Korea and Iraq) -- the presumptive Republican nominee "singled out" China, Iran, Myanmar, Sudan, North Korea and Saudi Arabia for restricting religious freedom -- "a subject of great importance."

This war on evil should begin with a mirror. McCain is professionally stupid. With 'annihilate all Iranians' Clinton a close second. The major slave state, the US, the country that shipped over millions of helpless Africans and then, when 'freed', refused to grant them simple civil rights for another 100 years, is going to stop trafficking in humans? HAHAHA. As well as fighting drugs? While stationing soldiers around poppy fields to protect them? Have you at long last, no decency, sir? Is McCain denouncing this? Is Hillary Clinton? Or Obama? Are any of them swearing on a stack of Bibles, they will stop this stupidity? Or shall we wait until all our children are drug addicts?

Filly Killed On Kentucky Derby Race Course

Mongols, in the 13th century, rode only mares into battle. And the European chivalry rode only stallions. In the Kentucky Derby, a very, very young mare was literally ridden into the ground where she perished. This always irritates me. Racing young horses is criminal. But it also turns out that this mare is connected to Hillary Clinton. She told Chelsea to bet on the mare and hoped, I suppose, to crow about this strong filly and compare herself with the poor thing. So I shall connect the business of fillies, wars and breaking down and dying. There is a common thread here that is as bright as red blood.

Filly’s Death Casts Shadow Over Big Brown’s Victory in Derby

When Big Brown entered the homestretch, seemingly finding a gear only seen on sci-fi rocket ships, the 157,000 people here to celebrate thoroughbred racing and the millions more watching on television, had their breath taken away by the big colt’s extraordinary burst. When Eight Belles emerged from a pack of horses in the stretch to give determined chase, many checked their programs, “Was that really the filly?”

Big Brown hit the wire four and three quarter lengths ahead of Eight Belles, and horse lovers could hardly be disappointed. But moments later, there was heartbreak. While Kent Desormeaux was galloping out the triumphant Big Brown, rubbing the big bay’s neck in congratulation, Eight Belles fell to the ground.

Eight Belles had fractured both of her front ankles, said the American Association of Equine Practitioners’ on-call veterinarian, Dr. Larry Bramlage, and was euthanized on the racetrack.

First of all, the long-legged stallion is Big Brown. We know that Obama is a scary person because he is one of you-know-who. By definition, this is scary. And much of the last two months has focused on Big Brown and his scary colors. Then there is the elitist problem: Big Brown, representing an oppressed minority that has never been allowed inside the White House except if they service white rulers, is a scary elite person.

The race horse, Big Brown, had to run on the outside rail. Despite this, he sailed ahead of all the other horses including the War Filly. She was on the inside rail, of course. Being an insider was supposed to help her run. But she quickly fell behind the scary elite horse, Big Brown from the outside rail. He just sailed right past her! So she redoubled her pace and ran like crazy.

Eight Belles euthanized on track

Hillary Clinton didn't attend the race, but she ordered her daughter to bet the filly. Eight Belles, who went off at 13-1, repaid the fans' faith by returning $10.60 and $6.40.

A lot of people plunked down their cash on the War Filly. She ran and ran and spent and spent and still couldn't catch up with the scary Big Brown dude. Perhaps we could suggest, like in the Victorian era when suffragettes flung themselves into race horses, Reverend Wright ran onto the track, waving his arms at Big Brown. But Big Brown barreled onwards and won the race just as I expect Obama to win the nomination.

Hillary was hoping her horse would win. If this happened, she and her followers would have crowed endlessly about this. The truth is, the poor horse broke not one but both of her front legs disintegrated. Just as Hillary's legs will not carry her to victory, either. All this hatred and fury raised over this nomination will be wasted. Down the drain. And the horse was mercifully put down. But no one will put Hillary out of this race, not until her legs break at the finish line at the Convention itself. And don't think there won't be vast bitterness and anger and of course, retaliation against Big Brown for running his race his own way.

Barbaro's Bones Disintigrated Because Of Dangerous Drugs

The dead race horse, Barbaro, was killed by drugs. Lasix is a human medication that racing moguls inject into healthy horses in order to make them lose water fast. This drug also leeches out potasium and other minerals we use to keep our bones healthy. So no we have an epidemic of young horses shattering their legs.

Indeed. I recall very few instances of horses suddenly disintigrating on the race track until the last 15 years. It is now epidemic. It isn't old race horses doing this, it is very young ones. The main thing is, drugging horses or athletes is, to me, a criminal act: the drugging of a young horse in order to ride it deliberately to death, was clothed by the media and by hysterical, childish young (mostly) girls into this totally fake story of a brave little horse that incidentally ran itself into the ground in a heroic attempt at winning a race for its masters and owners.

And I thought I should link to an earlier posting I wrote about the scandal of feeding VERY YOUNG horses, drugs. We don't have Triple Crown winners anymore because the horses are falling apart. Way too much inbreeding coupled with too many drugs and too early racing. Other countries, a number of them don't race baby horses. Horses are not mature until they are over 6 years of age. This is far older than Derby racers. All we have to do is pass rules forbidding the racing of juvenile horses just like we protect children from exploitation. Thank you.

My own horse, Sparky, by the way, is very old and has gone increasingly lame and can barely walk. I will be regretfully putting him down pretty soon, alas. This fearful choice is not pleasant. I can only hope he can run eternally with Pegasus in the night's heavenly pastures.

Ron Paul Prefers Obama Over McCain

This news is hot off the press: Ron Paul prefers Obama over McCain and Clinton. I remember the media going after Ron Paul for being a racist. Then the media and the Clinton camp just poured it all on Obama in a racist way, accusing him of being an 'elitist' and talking darkly about uppity you-know-who's who won't keep their place, damn it. Then Reverend Wright went all wrong and the media happily flung him on top of Obama. This way, nothing important was discussed by anyone important. Instead, we were to understand that OBAMA is a racist as well as Ron Paul! So here we are: up is down and in is out, Welcome to the Outer Darkness where everything is a merged mirror.

Ron Paul Loves Obama

Even though Rep. Ron Paul has never officially ended his long shot presidential bid, he’s ready to weigh in on the three remaining major candidates for the White House.

In an interview on The Situation Room, Paul told Wolf Blitzer that endorsing Sen. John McCain, the Republican Party’s presumptive nominee, “would really confuse” his supporters “because they know we have a precise program and we have to defend that program.”

Having a Republican win the upcoming presidential election is “secondary” for Paul who is more interested in defending the Constitution, having the country go in what he considers the right direction, having a sound currency, and achieving balanced budgets. Paul parts ways with McCain over McCain’s support for the Iraq war, his approach to U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East and his willingness to spend federal dollars to support military operations in Iraq.

Instead, Paul favors Sen. Barack Obama because of positions on foreign policy. “But that’s doesn’t mean that’s an endorsement,” Paul quickly added.

Paul recently released a new book titled “The Revolution: a Manifesto.” “Unfortunately, it is revolutionary to talk about obeying the Constitution,” Paul said of the book’s title.

I would just love to kiss Ron Paul today but he is, like myself, married and quite happily married. So I will say, 'Bravo! Bravo, you are a GREAT man!' For he is now rapidly becoming the Ross Perot of this election and lord knows, we need this very badly. Ron knows he won't win the election, his severe prescriptions for our monetary and fiscal health are too bitter a medicine. But like Obama, we hope Obama has figured this out, we are in grave, grave danger from out of control military spending and letting our entire State Department being hijacked by crazed Zionists seeking to destroy us all in WWIII.

We must stop them! I don't care about virtually anything else, in the end. If we don't stop them, America will either go bankrupt or start WWIII both of which are very, very bad. And we should be debating this! No sooner than I publish a story about the finances of our wars, Ron Paul pulls this rabbit out of his ten gallon hat. And to think, the media painted HIM as the 'racist' in the race!

Now that the 99.9% white-owned [and mainly Jewish owned] media has spent the last month painting Obama as the racist, all this is shattered by one visit from Dr. Paul. I am so grateful. It got so I couldn't endure even 5 minutes of the mainstream news. Will this news make the news?

HAHAHA. The Cone of Silence will be activated, I suppose! In the past, the good doctor also said he liked Kucinich and would be happy to see him be the Democratic candidate! The need to pretend Paul is a radical and dangerous flies in the face of the truth that he is actually quite generous with his feelings. The people attacking Kucinich and Obama are the people who want WWIII or domination of the earth via US military at our expense.

True, Obama has prostrated himself to these monsters in the hopes of winning this whacky election. But we all know and the Zionists DEFINITELY know that Obama won't be their craven slave. He will get control and then use it to be even handed, perhaps! That is a catastrophe for the warmongers which is why the media has backed ONLY warmongers in this election. I am stunned that CNN had Paul on a show where he could talk. Perhaps they want to paint him as a traitor to the Republicans?

I think this will backfire. To me, he wins resounding applause. He knows how to cut to the chase. So I hope the media runs more stories like this. BOTH the Republican and the Democratic parties are seeing full revolts this year. It gets very little media coverage. When Ron Paul and Huckabee got a quarter of the vote in Pennsylvania, the media bit their collective bee-stung lips in dismay. The voters were supposed to give up!

In my own community, I see LOTS of Ron Paul signs. Even some Huckabee signs. NOT ONE MC CAIN SIGN. None! And no Hillary or Obama signs, either. I think the Democrats are waiting to see who it is before putting up signs for this 'election'. But the durability of the Ron Paul signs is a warning shot: the conservatives are committed and increasingly angry. True, there is the 'me too!' conservatives who think a warmonger for President will be fun. This is due to no draft. Right now, the US can pay the families of the military dead many thousands and thousands of dollars to shut them up. And recruiting is done with criminals and aliens, not 'solid citizens'. But as the money runs out and it will, the ditto heads who cheer all this garbage will be the first to howl with rage.

The Ron Paul people have the wit to figure this out before bankruptcy! And they are a large enough group, if they end up voting for the least of the warmongers, Obama, they WILL swing this election. Unless we are scared of 'terrorists'. This is where we have to worry. Will Mossad or will even the radical Muslims, do this?

The chances that someone with an agenda will manufacture a stampede towards the warmongers is very, very high, nearly astronomically high. If Hillary is going to play the racism card in order to win over white working class people, you can bet the GOP will use the terrorism card to keep in power! Worse, the terrorists themselves want warmongers for President. The last thing they want is an end to these wars.

Bin Laden made this pretty clear: the Muslims MUST keep the US spending huge sums on military adventures. He said, 'We bankrupted Russia! We can certainly bankrupt America.' And so I hope nothing happens but I expect it to happen. The US is being herded like frightened cattle, into the slaughter house. We think, this is where we will find safety. This is why Ron Paul won't win anything any more than Obama or anyone but the two bloodiest, nastiest people seeking wars.

For Democrats, Instincts Differ on Economics

For all the similarities between the two Democrats, there is also a core thematic difference between them. Mrs. Clinton tends to favor narrowly focused programs, like the gas-tax holiday, that speak to specific voter concerns. By suspending the tax and replacing it with a new tax on oil companies, Mrs. Clinton told a rally in Hendersonville, N.C., on Friday, she was standing with “hard-pressed Americans who are trying to pay their gas bills.”

Mr. Obama, on the other hand, leans toward broader programs meant to help nearly all middle- and low-income families. At a steel factory in Northwest Indiana on Friday, Mr. Obama called the tax holiday a “gimmick” and said he instead favored a cut in the payroll tax, which finances Social Security, of up to $1,000 for middle-class households “to offset the costs not only of gas, but also of food.”

The dueling instincts do not explain all the differences between the two Democrats. They also disagree about a health-insurance mandate (Mrs. Clinton favors one) and the capital-gains tax (Mr. Obama has indicated he would raise it more than Mrs. Clinton would). Mr. Obama is open to increasing the amount of income subject to the Social Security payroll tax; Mrs. Clinton has been critical of that idea.

This article doesn't mention any real news or has any real analysis. Duh! HAHAHA. No. They never mention Volcker, a man who recently managed to break out of the deadly Cone of Silence. Barely. Like Ron Paul or President Carter, he is held up as a scare crow that will do nasty things like balance the budget or stop making Funny Money™ at the Federal Reserve. My enthusiasm for Obama rose greatly when he took in Volcker as his advisor.

Social Security: I am on a fixed income due to my husband's brain damage. My income has been HAMMERED by inflation. The fake inflation hikes we get amounts to pennies a year. I just got my 'earned income credit' today. All of $6. Whoopee. The last time I used fossil fuels to heat my home was...about three years ago. Now, the cost of diesel is shooting up and I use the tractor and my chainsaw to make firewood. All this costs a lot more, now. We are doing OK despite this only because I am still somewhat strong. But how many elderly are being destroyed?

We know that people are pawning everything they can. I see 'For Sale' signs, not political signs, in front yards. Attached to houses, boats, SUVs, riding mowers, you name it. EBay and Craig's List are doing hot business as people sell off their belongings. The market is filled with used goods and excess housing. People are taking on 'reverse mortgages' so when they die, their children inherit nothing. The rich, of course, pay no inheritance taxes so their property accumulation will rise and rise while the middle class bequeaths debts or nothing to their children. Over generations, this leads the US into looking like Mexico was in my youth.

All three candidates must play Santa Claus. Anyone who doesn't ends up like Ron Paul: the Grinch who can see that Santa Claus is a killer.

As the US empire tries to sail the Seven Seas on a sea of red ink, we are sinking. Our empire is growing but it is also dying at the same time. All empires that go into debt for military reasons, all empires that shove military costs off into the future, die. They can't do this for very long. This is classic imperial rot. And our empire is very rotted. Today, a small newspaper does the most unusual: they interview Jimmy Carter. He is increasingly cynical about things...about time! He laments the fact that life and death issues are not debated during Presidential elections anymore. Well, I say, we talk a lot about death! Namely, the more warmongering a candidate is, the more likely they will win our elections thanks to our media that is owned by a small handful of people who want us to spend all our money overseas in fruitless wars on behalf of people who are bankrupting our nation in trade and finances.

John Nichols: Interview with Jimmy Carter

There is an intensity to this documentary that is not usually associated with someone a quarter century out of the White House.

Jimmy Carter: This was my 24th book and I've been on book tours on just about all of them and this is the first time that there has been that degree of intensity and drama and unpredictability -- almost an urgency. I wanted to meet as many critics as I could and ... it turned out to be quite a remarkable journey.

Nichols: Early in the documentary, you refer to U.S. media coverage of the Middle East as "abominable" and entirely lacking in objectivity. Did you see yourself as doing battle with the media on the book tour?

Jimmy Carter: I was presenting a point of view that the American media rarely has a chance to cover. It would be almost inconceivable for any member of the House or Senate, Republican or Democrat, or any person campaigning for president, Republican or Democrat, to make the statements that I've made concerning the plight of the Palestinians or Israel withdrawing to its 1967 borders with modifications or things of that kind. So this was a new opportunity for them to cover the Mideast issue from a completely -- I'd say almost "unprecedented" -- perspective.

Nichols: Do you think you moved the political debate forward?

Jimmy Carter: Oh, no. It would be amazing for me to hear any candidate for president even mention it -- even begin to address these issues in a serious way.

Nichols: It is accepted today that a former president may, if he is willing to take some hits, say bold things about the Middle East but that candidates for president can't. Isn't that our crisis?

Jimmy Carter: That was one of the reasons I wrote the book -- and it is the reason I continue to talk about these issues. I saw a complete dearth of any sort of substantive debate. For six years, now seven years, there hasn't been a single day of substantive negotiations between Israel and either Syria or the Palestinians. I wanted to precipitate some movement on the peace process and also bring the issue to the forefront. In other countries, by the way -- and I go to Europe, I've been to Ireland and England and other countries in Europe lately -- there is a pretty intense debate. But over here: zero.

One of the most forbidden topics in America is who owns and runs our media. We know that our media has been heavily consolidated in the last 25 years and this process of moving all our media into just 5 hands continues. And the uttermost top secret piece of information is who are these people, what religion are they and do they have an agenda? Even in this interview, the former President who dared to try to do something about the ugly mess in the Holy Land, neither he nor his interviewer dares talk about this. They express wonder about how Jews in Israel may debate these issues but NO ONE is allowed to do this in the US. Why is this, we should wonder.
