Nabucco Pipeline To The Apocalypse

It is pretty much official: Europe has unilaterally decided to basically declare economic warfare with their chief energy supplier, Russia. The unelected British Prime Minister admitted the Georgian attacks were so Europe could circumvent Russia with the new oil pipeline that would go to Turkey. Meanwhile, Europe continues to refuse Turkey entry in the European Union. Pure ethnic issues at work here. Nothing was learned from the harsh lessons of WWII. So, we get to hear Putin discuss history and world power politics. He is a most amazing man. Has double the brain power of our crazed emperors.

Hurricane Gustav Can Destroy ALL Gulf Oil Rigs!

Hurricane Gustav looks to be an epic storm. It will swell in size as it slowly drifts northwards over the 'sweet spot' which is nearly dead-center in the huge Gulf of Mexico bathtub. Two years has passed with no major hurricanes here so there is lots and lots of inert, warm water to stir up. A category 5 hurricane can easily destroy much of the US offshore oil drilling facilities. Also, England is seeing energy prices shoot upwards as the North Sea energy depletes much, much faster than estimated. And China is busy buying up the oil fields of Iraq. We get the wrong end of THIS stick, don't we? We may see oil rationing? A possibility this winter.

Remembering Katrina From Three Years Ago

Continuing with remembering Katrina which happened a mere 3 years ago. There are still people who are 'homeless' after that huge storm wiped out much of New Orleans. The behavior of our emperor and his entire entourage was extremely racist and vicious. They didn't even try to pretend to give a hoot about the teeming masses of the poor who couldn't escape that death trap.

Gustav Is Becoming Very Dangerous Hurricane

Short memories for most people but it has been exactly ONLY 3 years since Katrina led a group of very destructive hurricanes ashore. Today, we learn that Gustav will probably go into super-warm waters that can change a category 1 hurricane into a mega-category 5 in less than 24 hours. This is aimed straight at New Orleans yet again. Time to look at hurricanes and remember past storms and the feeble, disgusting, obnoxious behavior of our rulers in 2005.

One Year Of Bad Banking Continues

Time once again to look to the recent past so we can see clearly where things are going today. I am rather vain about the fact that I have nearly always called the future correctly based on incoming information each daily cycle. It is even rather scary, how prescient my predictions are. Well, this is due to knowing where money and power come from: that lovely golden Cave of Death. Anyway, we have a small pause today in the news, the major news being Mother Nature taking aim at US oil rigs right when both of our candidates for emperor are threatening Russia and daring Russia to cut energy to Europe. So oil prices are jumping upwards like a frog on a French frying pan. We get to visit the BIS headquarters in Europe to learn more about global currency markets. Yikes.

A Deeper Analysis Of Shanghai Cooperation Meeting

Obama is elevated on a magic number day of some significance. The media is just ROARING with propaganda aimed at Russia and China. We see clearly the naked fear of the foolish debtor nations of England and the US, trying to intimidate the combined financial powers of Russia and super-giant creditor nation, China. Iran, Israel and a host of smaller nations are riding this firestorm looking out for themselves. As is normal. But the US wants to see the world as good and evil and not as a conglomeration of self-interested nations seeking advantages! Looks like Europe is egging Russia into retaliating by cutting off all energy to Europe. Oil will SHOOT UP if this happens. Ditto, gold. WWIII, here we come.

Russia And China Ascendant

As the US celebrates the two conventional conventions which feature crushing abuse of demonstrators and even the highest levels of the media, the situation in the Black Sea continues to broil. The grossly over-extended US empire is pretending to muscle everyone even as the chief rivals play games of cat and mouse with our over-muscled but physically weak empire. Like a weight lifter about to die of a heart attack, the US flexes its military muscles while everyone laughs behind their hands, pointing at our red, puffed up visage.

We Rain On Mr. Sunshine's Parade

I have to go out and fix a roof today so this is a quick story: Mr. Sunshine is an economist who says some very dumb things at Seeking Alpha. I and other readers tear him apart. Fun times, go enjoy. Also, we notice that our anger about the ending of the M3 data was correct, the news about the global monetary system still shows the collapse continuing. Even as commodity inflation fades temporarily, the underlying trade mess still continues. The US saw its trade deficit fall but this was 100% due to the weakening dollar. The cost of this fall in imports was very, very high: we paid through the nose for oil. Everyone in America is significantly poorer thanks to this.

1930 All Over Again

We get to bounce back and forwards in history as we try to figure out what is going on. The echos from 1930 is very strong indeed. Pensions are vanishing in England and the US. Japan is on a buying binge that has shot up 91% and they are buying up US systems. Once again, I explain how some gold bug or silver bug websites give very, very bad advice. Buyers, please beware! Ulrich, an accountant, sued the IRS and won. Over 100 lenders this year have been forced to fold their tents and go bankrupt. Housing prices are still down but not dropping like a rock. They are just dropping sort of like in 1930. People forget, the Great Depression was supposed to be very short and not all that painful. The banking system took 3 long years to collapse. We barely are entering the second year of this present collapse. We don't hit bottom for another 24 months or more! And ICE makes another mass arrest, setting records. Seems much of our industrial workforce has been displaced by illegal aliens.

US Beats US Demonstrators Mercilessly

The US militarized police state is in full flower. I remember how it was assembled. The US rulers are very strict about controlling pesky crowds. The only time they can't do this is when there are UNPLANNED reactions which we call 'riots.' I have lived through these in the past. Right on the heels of the US/NATO imperialists screeching like crazy about China not allowing separatists agitating at the Olympics, we have the media mostly ignoring the small handful of demonstrators who braved the massive suppressionary forces arrayed at Denver. Meanwhile, in the real world, the US condemns separatism in the Caucasus mountains. This is high lunacy!
