Criminal Albright Screeches About Morals

The war mongering rag, the New York Times, continues merrily its wonderful tradition of criticizing every other country for being not nearly as nasty and repressive as the US itself. Today, they host war monger Madeline Albright. She is horrified that innocent civilians are dying from natural disasters and wars! After that, the NYT tackles China for trying to warn visitors to not demonstrate, etc during the Olypmics. As if the US allows these things! Even by the citizens themselves! And on cue, Israel does more horrible things to the Palestinians and the NYT and Albright refuse to talk about it. America, hypocrisy is thy name!

The End of Intervention

The first and most obvious reality is the survival of totalitarian government in an age of global communications and democratic progress. Myanmar’s military junta employs the same set of tools used by the likes of Stalin to crush dissent and monitor the lives of citizens. The needs of the victims of Cyclone Nargis mean nothing to a regime focused solely on preserving its own authority.

Second is the unwillingness of Myanmar’s neighbors to use their collective leverage on behalf of change. A decade ago, when Myanmar was allowed to join the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, I was assured by leaders in the region that they would push the junta to open its economy and move in the direction of democracy. With a few honorable exceptions, this hasn’t happened.

A third reality is that the concept of national sovereignty as an inviolable and overriding principle of global law is once again gaining ground. Many diplomats and foreign policy experts had hoped that the fall of the Berlin Wall would lead to the creation of an integrated world system free from spheres of influence, in which the wounds created by colonial and cold war empires would heal.

Vicious war criminals get full blown red carpet treatment from the NYT if they are Jewish criminals. This dispensation is so painfully obvious, ignoring it takes every inch of chutzpah in a carpet of hypocritical lies. If the NYT were to put up a banner saying, 'All the news that fits Jewish desires' then they would at least be honest. But they are more right wing than Jewish-owned media in Israel itself. Haaretz, for example, is a very good newspaper compared to the Washington Post or the New York Times. There is far more honesty and an attempt to hold up a mirror to the Jews in Israel than we get in the US. I read it a lot and admire Haaretz for their attempts at really looking at reality.

Albright is a vicious war monger. She isn't just cruel about adult choices, she is cruel to children. Like any racist Nazi, she feels that Muslim children are subhuman. If they starve, so what? They starve because she wants to save them! And if the children of Palestine are starving, so what? All they must do as ask mommy and daddy to move away from Palestine and become international refugees! Below is an ad for 'Stateless Jews' from the Jerusalem Post:

I have been attacked for writing the word 'Jews'. This is generally verboten by an army of Jewish activists who attack anyone and everyone who dares to talk about their crimes. In this case, it is crystal clear that Jews firmly believe that NO ONE should be stateless! And worse, they have used political power to twist arms in many countries to allow them to not only have dual citizenship but to be able to vote in both Israel and in the countries they live in as full citizens! On top of this, they have concocted a police state that has sucked into its maw a huge number of Palestinians who were made 'stateless' by Jewish invaders. After 40 years of Jewish rule, the Christian and Muslim citizens of Palestine are in very dire condition. Gaza has been turned into a full scale reproduction of the Warsaw Ghetto. Note here that this hideous screed by Albright which attacks other nations for not taking better care of their citizens, doesn't mention Gaza!

This takes us back to Albright's cruel, Nazi-like comments about Iraqi children starving to death:

March 4 2000 Half a million children have died in Iraq since UN sanctions were imposed - most enthusiastically by Britain and the US. Three UN officials have resigned in despair.

This is a war against the children of Iraq on two fronts: bombing, which in the last year cost the British taxpayer £60 million. And the most ruthless embargo in modern history. According to Unicef, the United Nations Children's Fund, the death rate of children under five is more than 4,000 a month - that is 4,000 more than would have died before sanctions. That is half a million children dead in eight years. If this statistic is difficult to grasp, consider, on the day you read this, up to 200 Iraqi children may die needlessly. "Even if not all the suffering in Iraq can be imputed to external factors," says Unicef, "the Iraqi people would not be undergoing such deprivation in the absence of the prolonged measures imposed by the Security Council and the effects of war."

Through the glass doors of the Unicef offices in Baghdad, you can read the following mission statement: "Above all, survival, hope, development, respect, dignity, equality and justice for women and children." A black sense of irony will be useful if you are a young Iraqi. As it is, the children hawking in the street outside, with their pencil limbs and eyes too big for their long thin faces, cannot read English, and perhaps cannot read at all.

In Washington, I interviewed James Rubin, an under secretary of state who speaks for Madeleine Albright. When asked on US television if she thought that the death of half a million Iraqi children was a price worth paying, Albright replied: "This is a very hard choice, but we think the price is worth it." When I questioned Rubin about this, he claimed Albright's words were taken out of context. He then questioned the "methodology" of a report by the UN's World Health Organisation, which had estimated half a million deaths. Advising me against being "too idealistic", he said: "In making policy, one has to choose between two bad choices . . . and unfortunately the effect of sanctions has been more than we would have hoped." He referred me to the "real world" where "real choices have to be made". In mitigation, he said, "Our sense is that prior to sanctions, there was serious poverty and health problems in Iraq." The opposite was true, as Unicef's data on Iraq before 1990, makes clear.

Both Rubin and Albright are Jewish. The hypocritical face of US diplomacy is due to the obvious double standard many Jews in the State Department have concerning anyone in the way of Jewish domination of the Holy Land. This single-minded push for Lebensraum and ethnic cleansing has slowly infected our entire foreign policy machinery. We just saw this week with AIPAC's torchlight rally in DC attended by over 400 US elected officials and all Presidential candidates. All sang, 'Bomb, bomb, bomb Iran!' All were in total lockstep with the Jewish agenda to cleanse the Holy Land of non-Jews. In public, these same toadies lie to the American people and try to pretend they are a tad more even handed. But they are liars just like Albright is a hypocritical criminal. This giant blind spot in our media coverage as well as our affairs is deliberate.

As we slide into WWIII thanks to all this, it is a marvel to see the inability of most commentators at liberal web sites, to examine this coldly and harshly and talk openly about what is going on. For example, one commentator wondered why Obama has to crawl on his belly for AIPAC. 'He doesn't need their money,' said this poor fellow. Of course! AIPAC doesn't need to bribe Congress or Presidents! They have this lovely club to whack anyone defying the Jewish dreams of ethnic cleansing! The news media is mostly run by Jewish partisans. This is why we have a huge hole in the news coverage. The AIPAC meetings are now nearly as invisible to the public as the Bilderberg meetings and for the same reasons! One would imagine the media would be crawling all over both meetings which were DELIBERATELY coordinated to happen at the same time so the participants in both could simply 'cross the street' to do business!

Wall-to-wall coverage of these events is called for. The discussions there are all about our survival as humans. They are talking about WAR! War that WE must wage for Jewish initiatives. Now, there lurks in the dark, the Hitlerian form of Naziism. This is being heavily suppressed by all the countries supporting Jewish Naziism. The potential population base for Hitlerian Naziism is huge. Much, much bigger than the Jewish support base. The Jewish base depends heavily on controlling public opinion so that passive populations allow their diplomatic and military machinery to be hijacked quietly. Even as Europe and America writhe under the lash of soaring oil prices caused by the increasing boycott/war threatening Iran. This has jacked up oil futures in anticipation of a full collapse in oil trade if a war does break out. Instead of debating the utility or rather futility of doing all this, the media NEVER mentions the connection between the Iran boycott and oil prices.

This is a serious deterioration in US ability to think about things! For when the US and Israel became determined to destroy Iraq because Saddam was funding the PLO, they had to still let Saddam SELL HIS OIL! They knew that if they stopped the oil, the US public would get very annoyed at very high oil prices. This time around, the arrogance is so great, the consolidation of the media so complete, they now are openly strangling global oil supplies while pretending to wring their hands in despair.

WAS MADELEINE ALBRIGHT REALLY SURPRISED ABOUT HER JEWISH ROOTS?

The Washington Post reported Feb. 4 that Secretary of State Madeleine Albright's parents were Jewish converts to Catholicism and that her grandparents died in the Holocaust. Albright declared, "This was obviously a major surprise to me. I have never been told this." Many people find that hard to believe. No one criticizes Albright and her parents, refugees twice-over (first from Nazism, then from Communism), for how they chose to put their lives back together. But there is lively debate over Albright's insistence that her Jewish roots are "a major surprise."

Albright concealed her Jewish connections while servicing Israel. This was a classic 'cloaking device'. Pretending to be even-handed while secretly working on behalf of another country is ancient and considered a form of treason. Note above all, the presumptions of Albright and her ilk: they hate sovereignty. EXCEPT FOR ISRAEL. Then, sovereignty is absolute. Israel claims they let in all Jews only they deported Finkelstein when he tried to come 'home' and talk to the subhumans there, the Palestinians.

Albright:

During the 1990s, certain precedents were created. The administration of George H. W. Bush intervened to prevent famine in Somalia and to aid Kurds in northern Iraq; the Clinton administration returned an elected leader to power in Haiti; NATO ended the war in Bosnia and stopped Slobodan Milosevic’s campaign of terror in Kosovo; the British halted a civil war in Sierra Leone; and the United Nations authorized life-saving missions in East Timor and elsewhere.

These actions were not steps toward a world government. They did reflect the view that the international system exists to advance certain core values, including development, justice and respect for human rights. In this view, sovereignty is still a central consideration, but cases may arise in which there is a responsibility to intervene — through sanctions or, in extreme cases, by force — to save lives.

I love these examples! Bush intervened to help the Kurds...REVOLT! Somalia was all about a REVOLT! We took sides! When Rwanda had its massacre, did we do a thing? No? HAHAHA. This is because Israel had no sticks in that fire! How many people even remember that event today? It is rarely mentioned. But Darfur: oh, we are to intervene THERE! Even though Darfur rebels traveled north to attack Sudan's capital. That is dumped into the non-news darkness, too. Kosovo was a revolt, too. It was all about ethnic cleansing. The US state department decided this would be a two-fer: by attacking the Serbs, this would annoy Russia and restart the Cold War now that Yeltsin was gone and the Western looters chased out by Putin. Also, this could give the dictators ruling Muslims a straw to clutch: the US was helping Muslims revolt! Chasing out the hated Christians who dominated the Muslims after 1800 and the collapse of the Ottoman Empire as the Austro-Hungarian empire grew. Besides, the Christians in this case were Orthodox, not Catholic or Protestant. So European governments didn't worry about local unrest over this use of force.

Albright didn't give a hoot about starving children. She even said they were worth killing if it meant US foreign policy moves in the right direction. Which is over anyone in the path of Jewish domination of the Middle East. Her utter silence about Palestine is another example, of course. This cruelty is on full display to the world as the entire US foreign policy runs over endless bloody bodies of endless children, blissfully unaware of all the red fluids pouring across the planet!

The US and Britain as the global empire always intervenes in civil wars if this rips apart countries both wish to dominate. The most audacious attempt at ripping apart a nation was the recent support of vicious ethnic/religious riots in Tibet. The lies, misreporting and outright hostility shown toward China as they tried to stop this bloody mess was very telling. The US fought an extremely bloody, long outright war to enforce unity upon the Southern States! The US will crush totally anyone who dares to live 'outside the law' or who tries to secede from our lovely 'union'. If anyone arms themselves like at Waco and refuse to allow in the law, they are crushed and killed. Totally. If they hide on a Texas ranch and try to live alternative lives, they are raided like we saw last month. Imagine if the Chinese were to bomb us day and night in support of returning sovereignty to Indian reservations! Speaking of which, these were criminally run by the US government! Even today, they suffer like third world countries! In my childhood, the Indian children were left to starve! I remember this because I lived on the Indian reservation in Tucson! People like my mom and dad would bring in food for the hungry children. Who were dressed in rags. Across the border in Mexico, I witnessed outright full starvation! It horrified me. The US government did NOTHING. The thing the US government did do was support the ruling elites of Mexico who were quite content to let pesky peasants in Sonora starve to death.

Albright:

The global conscience is not asleep, but after the turbulence of recent years, it is profoundly confused. Some governments will oppose any exceptions to the principle of sovereignty because they fear criticism of their own policies. Others will defend the sanctity of sovereignty unless and until they again have confidence in the judgment of those proposing exceptions.

At the heart of the debate is the question of what the international system is. Is it just a collection of legal nuts and bolts cobbled together by governments to protect governments? Or is it a living framework of rules intended to make the world a more humane place?

This woman/criminal needs a mirror. The 'some government' in question is the US itself. And her crimes! Where are the 'rules' and 'framework', anyway? I would say, they are called 'The Nüremberg Trials' which set the precedent! And if so, why isn't this monster, this cruel woman on the dock, defending herself? And Bush? And the leaders in Israel? Eh? I want them ALL ARRESTED. Arrest Albright! The global conscious is NOT asleep, it is gagged! It has been shoved brutally aside by violent Americans, violent Jewish invaders of Palestine. It was NEVER allowed to really exist or ALL the empires of Europe and America would be UNDER ARREST! Instead, they celebrate the bloody history of global domination! The desire to use this military domination of the earth as proof of being superior to those brown/black skinned 'others' is tremendous.

This is why they are so troubled by Obama. Will he reach over their criminal conspiracy and join hands with the despised majority of humans on earth? Or will he serve them only? This is a key question that won't be answered until he actually gets into power and can act on his own to some degree. This I know: if he decides to be human towards the Palestinians or the Iranian people, he will be removed. Unlike Bush.

Kucinich has overridden the dictate of Pelosi and her fellow AIPAC associates and is reading articles of impeachment in the House. This, like ALL things concerning our many war crimes and the criminals at the top of the pyramid here, this is being ignored TOTALLY by the media. There is huge support for impeaching Bush and Cheney. But not in AIPAC who loves both. This is why there was absolutely no effort at all at impeaching either. Both men destroyed the Constitution and passed laws and regulations that made our imperial Presidency even more powerful. AIPAC hopes to use this power to rule the American people by force rather than via press propaganda. But if a NON-AIPAC person gets ahold of this power, it is the end for the dream of dominating the non-Jewish parts of the US public! So these people are very nervous about Obama. He is not 100% for them like say, Albright.

China’s List of Olympic Don’ts

Now that the shock of the earthquake (which they could not control) in Sichuan Province has dissipated somewhat, China’s leaders are focusing again on something that they think they can control: people. Sports fans attending the 2008 Olympics in Beijing will have a long list of rules to carry in their pockets along with their tickets.

On its Web site last week, the Chinese Olympic organizing committee listed a set of restrictions for the 500,000 overseas visitors expected in August. Olympic spectators are being told not to bring in “anything detrimental” to China, including printed materials, photos, records or movies. Religious or political banners or slogans are banned. So are rallies, demonstrations and marches — unless approved by authorities in advance. It also says that visitors with mental illnesses and sexually transmitted diseases will be barred from the country.

We shudder at how those judgments — many of them highly subjective or intrusive — will be made.

Gads. The US does all the same things the Chinese are doing! The US even has border guards using google to see if anyone daring to cross into the US has written or said anything in public that is verboten. The list of 'verboten' is very long and totally political. As for demonstrators: we don't have much of that these days due to the tendency of the cops to be very, very violent if anyone disrupts things. We have these illegal and unconstitutional 'First Amendment Zones' that are fenced in zoos set far, far from the ruling elite's delicate noses. Try even holding a silent sign up that is 8"x11" in Congress! Or at any Presidential rally that doesn't support the contenders for rulership! You get ARRESTED. Or better: ask a question. As Kerry says, 'That is an interesting question,' you get tasered to death by sadistic cops!

Now, does the NYT editorial writer who happens to own the paper and is Jewish, does he think about all this? HAHAHA. Peaceful demonstrations in Israel are brutally suppressed. On top of this, anyone daring to come in, even if Jewish, to confront the racist regime there get DEPORTED! If a former US President attempts to come in, Jimmy Carter is abused! Barriers are thrown in his path! Extreme nastiness is poured upon his head! And NONE of this is mentioned in US media. I read about it in Haaretz. So we have not one but two cases of Jewish chutzpah on display of the NYT editorial page today!

There are so many examples of US suppression of free expression by visitors! Indeed, increasingly, intellectuals are treating the US as an incarnation of the Soviet Union. Hell, China is considered a safer destination for scholars at this point.

This is the most recent case to come to light about problems academics and others with unusual talents or skills have getting into the U.S. if they have ethnic or national backgrounds considered menacing. In fact, there was a recent demonstration in Washington by legal immigrants against the difficulty of getting or keeping visas that allow them to work in this country. This matter hasn’t been getting much attention in the press. Why is that?

And finally, Bush is in Europe pulling strings on behalf of his Israeli masters. They have one goal only: to use up all our diplomatic capital in pursuit of war with Iran. The sole purpose of Bush is to push this forwards and he succeeded. The public in Europe is now openly rioting over high oil prices. So their rulers are....making it worse! Will the riots spread? Will these rulers fall? Will the police protect them or turn on them? All revolutions happen when the military and police either stand aside or openly shoot their leaders. And this will happen! It happened in the past! In France, Germany, Russia, across the planet, it happens a lot!

In Germany, Bush Protests Lose Appeal

The young anarchists, middle-aged peace activists and established left-wing politicians here have at least one thing in common: none bothered to keep a six-year tradition alive by organizing a protest against President Bush’s arrival here Tuesday.

“Bush is not even popular in the role of the enemy anymore,” wrote Der Tagesspiegel newspaper.

As in many other parts of Europe, Mr. Bush was a popular villain here even before the Iraq invasion, in part because of his steadfast rejection of the Kyoto Protocol limits on greenhouse-gas emissions. His visits to Germany have reliably drawn thousands into the streets to denounce him and his policies, beginning with his first visit to Berlin in May 2002.

In February 2005, the police essentially shut down the city of Mainz for Mr. Bush’s visit, closing six highways and stopping river traffic on the Rhine, out of fear of enormous demonstrations. Two summers ago, Mr. Bush came for a barbecue with Chancellor Angela Merkel in her east German electoral district, Stralsund, and almost exactly a year ago he attended the Group of 8 summit meeting at the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm. The protesters turned out in force both times.

The last few big anti-New World Order demonstrations were very brutally suppressed in Europe. Very brutally. A la Soviet-style suppression. So now the rulers are being left alone. Not because no one cares! No! It is because they are preparing for the REAL BIG ones: the oil riots! These are not aimed at Bush and his buddies in arms on behalf of Israel. These are aimed at taking over ports and cities! So the rulers can hide in their resorts and castles but not enter their own cities! Look at Bush. Can he enter Manhattan? HAHAHA. Not unless secretly or surrounded by goons!

Likud MK: Israel will no longer fund terror against its own citizens

The bill, initiated by Justice Minster Daniel Friedmann, attempts to circumvent a High Court of Justice ruling to the contrary. The High Court has already anulled the first "Intifada Law" which aimed to similarly exempt the state from responsibility.

The law, if approved in the second and third readings, would make it impossible for Palestinians living in what is termed enemy territory to sue the state for damages incurred during Israel Defense Forces operations.

According to the bill, which was approved by a majority of 17 MKs versus eight, the state will not be compelled to compensate individuals who suffered damages during military operations aimed at preventing terror in enemy regions. The law would retroactively apply to damages beginning in September 2006, when the first Intifada law went into effect.

The law stipulates that in any lawsuit filed by a resident of an enemy territory, the first argument would be that of no state responsibility for damages. The law also states that if the court, in spite of the law, still orders the state to compensate the complainant, then the compensation will be calculated in accordance with the standard of living in the enemy territory in question.

Back to Israel: the cruel laws that ape the Nazi Gesetzung laws continue. It is all so sad. The one thing that can protect Jews is NOT a passport to Israel. It is LIBERALISM. Freedom and equality and separation of Church and State! It is called 'The Constitution of the US' and this precious document is being ripped to shreds. There is no Constitution in Israel and this is malicious and deliberate. They don't want one. They want to ape the Slave States of the Confederation. Not the liberal US as we had in 1964. With the passage of the Civil Rights Act.

Palestinians will sue Israel in U.S. if 'intifada law' repassed

Palestinian residents intend to sue the State of Israel for damages in U.S. courts and in other countries if the Knesset repasses a law barring suits in Israeli courts over damages incurred in non-warfare incidents.

Palestinians with grounds for suits against the Israeli army over bodily harm and property damage sustained during the armed conflict since September 2000 have already contacted American law firms through Adalah-Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel. U.S. law permits suits against countries responsible for "humanitarian damages" in situations where the victims have no legal recourse in the offending country.

I wish Iraqis and Iranians could sue us. And everyone else who we bomb. We, not China, are bombing civilians across the planet. We illegally violate the sovereignty of Pakistan on a regular basis. We violate the sovereignty of Iran. We violate the sovereignty of China. Russia. We are the aggressors, the violent ones. If Burma's dictators starve millions to death, well, they are just aping the Israeli Jews! Either we get consistent about all this moral stuff or we should just yell, 'Sieg Heil, wir sind Nummer Eins!'

Iraqis Condemn American Demands

High-level negotiations over the future role of the U.S. military in Iraq have turned into an increasingly acrimonious public debate, with Iraqi politicians denouncing what they say are U.S. demands to maintain nearly 60 bases in their country indefinitely.

Top Iraqi officials are calling for a radical reduction of the U.S. military's role here after the U.N. mandate authorizing its presence expires at the end of this year. Encouraged by recent Iraqi military successes, government officials have said that the United States should agree to confine American troops to military bases unless the Iraqis ask for their assistance, with some saying Iraq might be better off without them.

"The Americans are making demands that would lead to the colonization of Iraq," said Sami al-Askari, a senior Shiite politician on parliament's foreign relations committee who is close to Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. "If we can't reach a fair agreement, many people think we should say, 'Goodbye, U.S. troops. We don't need you here anymore.' "

Congress has grown increasingly restive over the negotiations, which would produce a status of forces agreement setting out the legal rights and responsibilities of U.S. troops in Iraq and a broader "security framework" defining the political and military relationship between the two countries. Senior lawmakers of both parties have demanded more information and questioned the Bush administration's insistence that no legislative approval is required.

In Iraq, the willingness to consider calling for the departure of American troops represents a major shift for members of the U.S.-backed government. Maliki this week visited Iran, where Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader, urged him to reject any long-term security arrangements with the United States.

We lost a trillion dollars, lost face and lost control of the planet, our dollar is dying, our economy is tanking. Time to pull out of this nightmare. This is far worse than Vietnam for that was bad enough with Nixon going off to Mao for help. No, this is far worse. Unlike Vietnam, we are not allowed to escape because the people who want to keep us trapped in Iraq are the ones who have taken over our entire government. Kucinich's impeachment push is being studiously ignored by most of the media right now.

Hoyer, a AIPAC buddy of the highest degree, snarls that Congress doesn't need to 'waste time' debating war crimes! Well, not only do I want Bush and Cheney impeached, I want the other war mongers put on trial. After all, the US government put the newspapers in Germany on trial for the Holocaust! We created conditions that killed many hundreds of thousands if not over a million Iraqis! Not to mention our funding and protecting rank ethnic cleansing in Palestine. These equal the war crimes of the Nazis. We can't have a double standard. This was even argued about during the Nüremberg Trials. And the founding of the UN. The Serbian President Milosovich was put on trial for ethnic cleansing not so long ago!

BREAKING NEWS II: Pakistan fury at deadly US strike

Pakistan's Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani has condemned an air strike by Afghanistan-based US forces that Islamabad says killed 11 of its troops.
The incident took place inside Pakistan, near the border with Afghanistan.
The US military confirmed it had used artillery and air strikes after coming under fire from "anti-Afghan" forces.

Gates just replaced the head of the Air Force. Because he wanted more robot killer drones. Well, now we are robotically killing allies. And the fury is rising. What are we winning here? Are we gaining allies or are we making things worse? We have no strategy nor tactical wisdom. Our tactics are destroying our strategy.

The news media hound dawgs are barking like crazy over the Bush speech to the more important branch of the US government, the Knesset in Israel. In this speech, Bush insinuated that anyone who talks to 'enemies' is a traitor. As per usual, the media and a host of other people have been unable to put this latest nasty speech into historical context. So it is time to talk about the most famous case of a President accusing people of treason for speaking to 'enemies' and then trotting off to make kissy-kissy with both the dictators of China and the dictators of Russia: Richard M. Obama says Bush falsely accuses him of appeasement

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama accused President Bush on Thursday of launching a "false political attack" with a comment about appeasing terrorists and radicals.

The Illinois senator interpreted the remark as a slam against him but the White House denied that Bush's words were in any way directed at Obama, who has said as president he would be willing to personally meet with Iran's leaders and those of other regimes the United States has deemed rogue.

In a speech to Israel's Knesset, Bush said: "Some seem to believe that we should negotiate with the terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along.
"We have heard this foolish delusion before. As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: 'Lord, if I could only have talked to Hitler, all this might have been avoided.' We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history."

Ask any Republican 20 years ago, what was Nixon's greatest deed and they would nearly all uniformly say, 'Nixon went to China.' Of course, if anyone except for this war criminal went to China, they would have been denounced by the GOP as being 'traitors'. But when Nixon suddenly flew to China with virtually no warning [outside of the CIA and people connected with the CIA] it was declared to be a great victory for the US. It also took absolutely all the propaganda-soaked American public by surprise.

I have a long, long history with the Chinese and with Mao. My family's involvement in Chinese affairs go back to WWII. Once, in San Francisco, to prove my phone was bugged, I called a political radical and said, 'Guess what? Mao has decided to fund my work! He gave me $600 today!'

Back in 1969, $600 was a lot of money. Heh. The next day, the San Francisco Chronicle had a headline, 'Mao Gives Student $600 To Spread Communist Propaganda.' I triumphantly showed everyone the story. As per usual, the story didn't mention my name. A chronic problem when I have to prove something. But it was inspired by my silly phone joke. Anyway, back then, anyone talking to the Chinese was considered to be a traitor! The infantile idea that the US couldn't talk to 'enemies' was, as today, universal.

Anyone who dared to talk to the Chinese was harassed and harried. The Chinese did have people in the US, by the way. One day, a Chinese diplomat gave me a Little Red Book. I said, 'Mao is a god!' and a bolt of lightning blasted nearby. The Chinese diplomat grimaced and cringed. Heh. Well, Madame Mao was the true ruler of the Chinese Olympus. When Kissinger went to China, he glad handed and hobnobbed with these vicious commies. While at the same time, he and Nixon were denouncing us as being vicious commies at home. The shock of the Nixon visit was carefully orchestrated away by an adoring media touting this bizarre total change of US diplomacy as a great victory for America.

In July 1971, U.S. President Nixon's National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger had secretly visited Beijing during a trip to Pakistan, and laid the groundwork for Nixon's visit to China. Almost as soon as the American president arrived in the Chinese capital he was summoned for a meeting with Chairman Mao who, unknown to the Americans, had almost died nine days earlier but was at that point feeling strong enough to meet Nixon. Secretary of State William P. Rogers was excluded from this meeting and the only other American present was National Security Council staffer (and later U.S. Ambassador to China) Winston Lord. To avoid embarrassing Rogers, Lord was cropped out of all the official photographs of the meeting.

Nixon held many meetings with Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai during the trip, which included visits to the Great Wall, Hangzhou and Shanghai. At the conclusion of his trip, the United States and the PRC Governments issued the Shanghai Communiqué, a statement of their foreign policy views and a document that was to prove to remain the basis of Sino-American bilateral relations for many years. In the communiqué, both nations pledged to work toward the full normalization of diplomatic relations. The U.S. acknowledged the notion that all Chinese on both sides of the Taiwan Strait maintain that there is only one China and that Taiwan is part of China. Nixon and the U.S. government reaffirmed their interests in a peaceful settlement of the Taiwan question agreed by the Chinese themselves. The statement enabled the U.S. and PRC to temporarily set aside the "crucial question obstructing the normalization of relations"[2] concerning the political status of Taiwan and to open trade and other contacts. However, the United States continued to maintain official relations with the government of the Republic of China in Taiwan until 1979 when the U.S. broke off relations with the Republic of China and established full diplomatic relations with the P.R.C.

While at this historic visit to China to discuss how the top three nuclear powers could rule the planet, Nixon gave a very interesting speech, right in front of the very approving Chinese rulers:

Right after this visit, my parents were sent to China and I was given permission to start messing around with the Chinese communists. Heh. Well....someone else got very involved, too: GHW Bush. Not only was he in charge of all diplomacy while in China from 1974-1975, he then went on to run the CIA after all the CIA dirt came out after the fall of Nixon! Bush's time in China coincides with the struggle for power between the despotic and deranged Madame Mao leading the infamous 'Gang of Four' and Zhou EnLai. Some day, after my parents are gone, I will be free to tell various Madame Mao stories from back then. She certainly was a gorgon figure. Her looks would turn everyone to stone.

Interesting, isn't it, how the Bushes can hang out with Madame Mao and you can bet, he saw a LOT of her, she was not shy about this at all, trust me on this. Not shy. Anyway, a Bush person can hang out with some of the bloodiest, nastiest people on earth and this is OK. But if anyone seeks to negotiate with anyone who the Bushes want to control, this is treason. This wretched double standard has been standard fare for the US public for much of my own life. It is the fall-back position of the GOP leadership. Only they can negotiate with 'enemies'! And they are quite damn friendly about it, too!

While Americans were dying in Vietnam, the GOP President was toasting Madame Mao and the future GOP war leader was kissing her feet under the table. The poor US soldiers were told, they were fighting communism and they should hate Americans who talked about Karl Marx even as the GOP leadership was playing footsie with the despotic rulers of China and even going to Russia??? It is certainly OK if you are a Republican. Treason if you are a Democrat.

Indeed, during the Nixon in China years, the US propaganda machine was roaring in our ears that WWII aviation hero, McGovern, was a traitor who would...get this...TALK TO CHINA AND RUSSIA. Then, when Nixon talked to these bad guys, suddenly, this was a daring move to end the War in Vietnam. And we would have 'Peace with Honor'. Of course, it was a full scale retreat which ended famously with that helicopter airlift from the US embassy in what is now called, amusingly, 'Ho Chi Minh City'.

After this defeat, it was all blamed on us 'hippies' and not on the harpies who brought us this disasterous war.

New Documentary Reveals Secret U.S., Chinese Diplomacy Behind Nixon's Trip

Washington D.C., Tuesday, December 21, 2004 - The first TV documentary based on the fully declassified record of President Nixon's historic trip to China in 1972 premieres tonight on the Discovery Times Channel at 10 p.m. EST. Titled "History Declassified: Nixon in China," the show combines previously secret U.S. documents gathered by the National Security Archive with newly available evidence from Chinese files to reveal details of the dramatic diplomacy that remained hidden for 30 years.

Shown on television for the first time are the secret initiatives on the Chinese side that began as early as 1969, when a group of four marshals recommended that Chairman Mao "play the American card" against the Soviet threat and even undertake high-level talks with the U.S.

One of the four marshals then sat across from national security advisor Henry Kissinger during the most secret single meeting of the 1972 Nixon trip, when Kissinger briefed the Chinese in detail on Soviet troop movements - details so sensitive even the U.S. intelligence community was kept out of the loop. The transcript only emerged in 2003 after appeals by the National Security Archive. "My jaw dropped when I saw what these discussions had covered," says Tom Jarriel, who reported on Nixon's trip for ABC News, in the documentary.

And note how Nixon and Kissinger, at the very height of the Vietnam War, were conspiring to make friends with Mao. This, during the years the government was literally shooting US students demonstrating against the War in Vietnam. Shooting us dead. All forms of violent intimidation was pulled on us students back then. Most of us on the left couldn't call the cops because we would end up being arrested even if we were victims of crimes! And all that while, while blasts of propaganda about how evil we students were when we talked to the Chinese communists...Nixon and Kissinger were secretly talking and conspiring with Mao!

Were they accused of treason?

Of course not! They were celebrated as smart heroes! Not me, not anyone on the left, no...these right wing bastards got showered with glory. The broohaha over the Obama desire to do some sane dipomacy is right at the heart of the whole business about making the US uneasy about him. I will note here that one day before the secret Nixon-Kissinger surrender to Mao, the US was very loud about how we would fight WWIII on behalf of Taiwan no matter what!

Then, the Fat Lady began to sing in the Forbidden Palace and Taiwan was tossed under the bus rather unceremoniously. The Zionists should keep this in mind, of course. As they move up the political ladder, their bank accounts grow accordingly. From one million bucks to over hundreds of millions of bucks. Every penny of which is rank bribery, open corruption or doing favors for the Keating Five. Heh.

Don't Cry For Me, Hillary Clinton

It looks like Hillary Clinton has to slink off stage to lick her wounds and wound her husband. She is cooked. Zogby says so. And the ruling elites meet in DC to discuss shoving around the gullible US voters. They muse about the problem of Ron Paul and worry that he might give them some trouble. Meanwhile, Russia, China and Japan have had increasingly fruitful tri party meetings that are generating deals, contracts and energy business and all three are very worried or severely annoyed at all the talk in the US about bomb, bomb, bombing Iran. And a bus is blown up in a possible terrorist attack in Shanghai. This doesn't make the news except briefly in China.

Clinton 'heading for the exit'

Where do we go from here? My understanding is that probably today, but certainly within 48 hours, about 30 super-delegates will endorse Mr Obama. That should give him further momentum.

John Zogby: 'there is no chance' Clinton can win

Mathematically, this will widen the gap between him and Mrs Clinton. He has a bigger share of the popular vote, more pledged delegates, and will now overtake her in terms of super-delegates too.

I honestly believe that she will find a way to get out of the race before the next primaries - so as to not hurt her future and to not be blamed for hurting Mr Obama and his chances in the general election.

Here are the reasons:

There really is no mathematical chance for her to win

Her campaign is virtually out of money - and it will be difficult for her to raise significant amounts of money after last night

Not enough happened last night to give her any hope, so continuing would only give the appearance of wanting to damage Mr Obama

And we can all wave bye-bye to this wonderful lady who tried to pretend she was a working class broad and not a $125 million dollar bribe taker. We must remember, this $125 million in bribes was NOT fund raising to run for office. This is money the Clintons got for making speeches or writing stuff. Neither Clinton is a wonderful speaker. Indeed, I find both to be grating and much prefer most anyone else. When Bill Clinton lies, for example, his voice gets all weird and it sounds like two voices are speaking. When Bush is lying, he babbles backwards as is appropriate for demon-possessed people. But Bill Clinton does the double voice so beloved of all movies and animes when the Devil is speaking. No, this isn't a golden-tongued orator who keeps us spellbound. And the places this creature made his very expensive speeches were not where masses of people were gathered.

Nope, they were all at dining situations where everyone eats caviar and cannibalize babies, crunching away, drinking fine wines. They didn't even bother to listen unless he was explaining how his Senator wife would protect and treasure pirates. Then they applaud.

But the topic of all this money barely made the surface in this election. This is because all of these people who bribed Clinton to shut up also are pouring their money into all THREE candidates. They desperately need to keep anyone running for office to be their best, best friend. Being fiends, they will run over to Obama and tell him how he, too, can be a multi millionaire. They don't need to do this with McCain. McCain is one of them already just like Mitt Romney is a full-scale pirate. Talking about pirates eating and listening to dumb speeches.....

GLOBAL ELITE GATHER IN D.C.

Luminaries at the Trilateral Commission meeting in Washington expressed confidence that they own all three major presidential candidates, who, despite political posturing, will support sovereignty-surrendering measures such as NAFTA and the “North American Union.”

THESE meetings do NOT make the news. Never, ever do the mainstream media report any of the Ruling Elite meetings. Davos gets reported but even that is very, very thin. Americans are supposed to not notice all of this and one way to do this is to put it all in the Cone of Silence, this huge, huge cavern where all sorts of things happen or people who can't be heard hang out. Indeed, the mainstream media will mock anyone who notices the ruling elites and their money making ways. This is all imaginary, of course. So, here is the meeting of corrupt minds, trying to figure out how to escape a global inflation/banking collapse. I wish I was invited. It could have given me a laugh or two. Perhaps they could pay me a million dollars a speech like they paid Bill Clinton!

While they are confident they can deal with any “potential president,” the Trilateralists paid huge tribute to Ron Paul in an equally large twist of irony, by expressing alarm that he is causing “significant future damage.”

They expressed concern that Paul’s rallies have attracted multitudes of young people who are getting “their political education.” They want Republicans to pressure Paul to drop out now and stop his education rallies. This assignment was given to Thomas Foley, former U.S. House speaker.

They know perfectly well, how to silence people. Power, as Mao mordantly noted in his Little Red Book, grows out of the barrel of an assassin's gun. They knew that the Cone of Silence would prevent 90% of Americans to never hear anything Ron says. But they are as worried about the powers of the internet as China' dictators. Ron Paul's ability to raise up crowds and be heard is due to people seeing his speeches and confrontations on You Tube, for example. I watch these and am very amused by his persistence and brio. The videos showing the GOP desperately trying to keep out any Ron Paul supporters from caucuses are illuminating. The farce of the US electoral process is clear when Ron's supporters storm the barricades.

The rulers don't mind socialism, by the way. Just as they heartily support fascism. But one thing they hate with a passion is anyone talking about MONEY itself. Anyone discussing the banking system, the way money is made, the process or anything, is a danger. They will literally do anything to stop this. At first, they thought, mocking anyone who does this and calling them 'conspiracy nuts' would do the trick. Of course, they throw into the mix all sorts of goofy faux conspiracies like the lunatic idea that Bush and his inept minions planted mini nuclear bombs in the WTC and then took the immense trouble to hire some Arabs and Egyptians to hijack a bunch of jets and fly them into the WTC and Pentagon, etc. So off people run, on incredible and bizarre rabbit chases into the maze where they look foolish and can be laughed at.

But Ron Paul is focused on what matters. One doesn't need any imagination nor any convoluted trickery when explaining how bankers make money out of thin air and how the speculators use pirate coves to enrich themselves and drain nations of wealth. People explaining the truth of our financial systems are terrifying to the rulers! This is their nightmare: the populace waking up to danger and realizing easy debt=slavery and death.

The Trilaterals got down to real work on Saturday, April 26, with a high-powered panel called “U.S. Foreign and Domestic Policy: Broad Outlines for a New Administration.”

It was presided over by journalistic pimp David Gergen, who will write nothing about TC in his magazine, U.S News and World Report. Also participating were Kenneth Duberstein, former White House chief of staff for President Ronald Reagan; Strobe Talbot, president of the Brookings Institution and former deputy secretary of state; and Joseph Nye, former assistant secretary of defense. Henry Kissinger, former secretary of state and long-time Bilderberg leader, was present and listed as a participant. But a TC staff member crossed his name out. Some speculated he had throat problems.

This panel had these orders for the next president: increase foreign aid across the board because “America does not pay its fair share,” pay up the arrears in UN dues, allow as many immigrants into the United States as want to come and provide “amnesty” for illegal aliens already here.

Little, if anything, was said about the fact that American taxpayers pay one-fourth of the UN’s operating costs and one-third of the cost of 130 “peacekeeping missions” or the fact that immigrants from South America depress wages here and the average immigrant family costs the government thousands of dollars a year in welfare, health and other “benefits.”

Kissinger is an indicator: when I heard on the radio, he was going to head the 9/11 Commission, I stopped and laughed and laughed. Cover up time! The elite had opened the door to bin Laden's people so they could succeed. Tracing this conspiracy to let terrorists attack was the job of the 9/11 Commission and when the President put Kissinger in charge, this was an open admission, they were guilty of COMPLICITY. Which means they all should be arrested and charged with treason.

Normally, the only way to do this is to defeat the dictators in war or have a revolution. We had neither. They found a better tool to fix things and dropped Kissinger. But he continues to ooze his lubbery mass about the world stage, drooling Germanic promises of world domination.

I am glad the reporter who published this story is as angry as I am over the business of the US being strong armed into paying for everything. But the real payments are NOT the pennies for 'aid'. It is TRADE. The US must be the final destination of all trade! And in return, we get endless easy loans. Earlier, I published the Mad Magazine cartoons showing the US eagle being sucked dry by EASY LENDING. They knew in 1975, easy loans were fatal. And they know this today. This is very much an item that is kept in the Cone of Silence. I must be one of the very few people who talks about the need for EXPENSIVE loans. Myself, Ron Paul and Volcker, that is. Note that Volcker was not invited to speak...hehehe.

The Visit of Double Purpose

Japan's Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda arrives in Moscow today to meet President Vladimir Putin and President-elect Dmitry Medvedev, deliberate on forthcoming G8 summit in Hokkaido and clarify new power configuration of the neighboring country.

The main thing is to establish personal contracts, there are no plans to sign any agreements, a source with Japan’s Foreign Ministry said, specifying that Yasuo Fukuda will separately meet President Vladimir Putin and President-elect Dmitry Medvedev in Moscow.

The highlight of the meeting between Medvedev and Fukuda will be the summit that Hokkaido hosts July 7 through 9. During this event, the leaders of developed nations are expected to find some methods to combine the tasks of economic growth with expensive actions of environmental protection. EU calls for introducing new obligations for each state aimed at drastic reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, while the United States avoid any promises, saying it will be able to contain the emission growth only by 2025.

The Asian powers NEVER go traveling unless they have a bunch of contracts to sign! They are looking for economic and political advantages. Japan has been very alarmed as Hu of China roamed the world with his big briefcase, making deals that cut out Japan. Now, Japan is trying its hand at the same. The fright that China gave Japan when Russia decided to funnel Russian energy to China, was tremendous. A wake up call! Swiftly, Japan rushed to Moscow to plead their own case. Hu and Fukuda have been chatting a lot lately. They can both see the US market is floundering and dying. Both want to keep their own economies afloat. So they are triangulating as well as cooperating. This is why the ruler of Japan did NOT join in the 'Bash China' Olympic flame out. In return, China is playing nice with Japan. China is also courting the Dalai Lama.

Hu upbeat on Tibet, gas fields

Chinese President Hu Jintao on Sunday told Japanese journalists he hoped his government's negotiations this week with a special envoy to the Dalai Lama would lead to positive results.

Hu said progress would require not only "spoken promises, but actual deeds," such as stopping calls for Tibetan independence and related violence.

Informal talks between China and the special envoy to the Dalai Lama began Sunday in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

In a change from usual practice by Chinese officials, Hu referred to the Tibetan Buddhist spiritual leader by his full title, rather than an abbreviated form.

Hu said he was optimistic that China would offer Japan another giant panda. He referred to a request from the Japanese government following the death last week of Ling Ling, the last surviving giant panda at Tokyo's Ueno Zoo.

I have drawn cartoons about how China uses pandas for diplomatic purposes. This offer signals favors and will be returned by the Japanese. I have also said in the past, the Japanese actually love these sorts of negotiations. The negotiations with the Americans are no fun since Japan runs circles around the US. We blunder about, fearful the Japanese won't love us. But they have contempt for us due to this pathetic need for love. And again, the ruling elites in Europe have a totally different agenda from the Americans who follow Kissinger and both the US and EU are clueless about Asians.

Fukuda, Hu promote 'strategic' interests

Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda and visiting Chinese President Hu Jintao signed a joint statement Wednesday on promoting a mutually beneficial strategic relationship without referring to "apologies" or "reflection" over Japan's wartime actions in China.

During a joint news conference after the signing ceremony, the two leaders indicated that major progress had been made on the sensitive issue of joint development of gas fields in the East China Sea.

"We were in agreement that an early agreement should be reached after hammering out the details," Fukuda said.

Hu added, "The total picture for resolution of the issue has come into view. We agreed to accelerate the discussions in order to reach an agreement as soon as possible."

I can feel the love. Note that China has no longer any need to harp about WWII and Japan is very careful not to annoy China about WWII. Japan insulted the US repeatedly about WWII and the US blundered about, ignoring these insults. To the relief of Japan, China reacted violently each time. So they kissed and made up! I do hope someone in our bumbling State Department figures this out. It will be too late soon.

Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Qin Gang's Regular Press Conference on May 6, 2008

Qin Gang: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to start with an announcement.

The Chinese Government and people follow closely the strong cyclone that hit some parts of Myanmar and left grave casualties on May 2. President Hu Jintao, Premier Wen Jiabao, and Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi have sent messages to their Myanmar counterparts respectively to convey deep solicitude and sincere condolences to the Government and people of Myanmar. They expressed their confidence that the Myanmar people will overcome the grave difficulties caused by the cyclone and bring life and work back to normal at an early date.

China and Myanmar are friendly neighbors. The Chinese Government has decided to offer the first batch of financial and physical emergency aids worth one million US dollars to Myanmar so as to help it with the rehabilitation.

The disaster-relief materials will be shipped to Yangon by air at the fastest possible pace.

The Chinese Government cares for the Chinese nationals in Myanmar. The Chinese leaders have expressed solicitude to the staff in Chinese Embassy and Consulates as well as Chinese students and nationals and those with Chinese enterprises in Myanmar. The Foreign Ministry launched the emergency response mechanism immediately, and maintains close communication with the Embassy in Myanmar. The work of the Embassy has returned to normal, all staff there are safe and the damaged parts of the premises is being repaired. Chinese students and the rest of the Chinese in Myanmar are all safe. The Embassy there has not received any report of Chinese casualties.

China has news conferences which are ignored in the West. In the middle of this one, a reporter asked about the bus that was blown up in Shanghai on Sunday. 'What the hell???' I said. I looked in the news and there were exactly two stories: one in Malaysia and one in Xinhua. Queer, that. The death toll from the typhoon that hit Burma climbs and is over 60,000. This is a terrible catastrophe. Today, Tokyo was rocked by two 6+ earthquakes and little happened. This same typhoon, if it hit Japan, would cause very little damage.

But poor Burma! The dictators there have reduced everyone to total poverty! Like in New Orleans, the masses live in poor, collapsing housing that is easily destroyed in violent storms. Shanty towns are not much protection from wind, rain or earthquakes. The Chinese will be allowed to bring in aid because they have no desire to overthrow the government any more than the US wishes to overthrow the despotic Saudi Arabian royals.

Participants reiterated their commitment to the diplomatic solution. After in-depth discussions, they reached consensus on the resumption plan of the talks.

China has been upholding the international non-proliferation system and the peaceful solution of the issue through diplomatic negotiations so as to maintain peace and stability in the Middle East. This is in the interest of all parties. As a signatory party to NPT, Iran has the right for peaceful use of nuclear energy, provided that it fulfills corresponding international obligations.

China has been devoted to mediation and made unremitting efforts in this regard. Under the current situation, China hopes relevant parties to intensify diplomatic efforts and promote the early launch of the negotiations with a view to seeking a long-term proper settlement of the issue in a comprehensive way.

The US will NEVER get permission from either Russia or China or even Pakistan, to invade or bomb Iran. We must give this up. But then, McCain is desperate to bomb, bomb, bomb Iran and Hillary want to annihilate Iran in a nuclear holocaust. This is not what Obama has said so I support him over the other two. Thank you.

Bush Imitates Caligula While Press Laughs

Yet another fun, fun dinner hosted by the US media and our insane President. They all laugh at things like killing people in strange lands, starving people in strange lands and doing the same here at home. Bush loves these dinners every bit as much as our Zionist-owned media. While they work hard to destroy Jimmy Carter and starve the Palestinians in Gaza, they stuff their faces and laugh together. HAHAHA. So I thought maybe we should see how our predecessors, the Romans, entertained themselves with their own emperors.

Bush pokes fun at his successors

US President George W Bush poked fun at his potential successors during his last White House Correspondents' Association dinner.

The president said he was surprised they were not in the audience before making jokes at their expense. Referring to Republican candidate John McCain's absence, he said: "He probably wanted to distance himself from me."

The annual dinner dates back to 1924 and is attended by media personalities, celebrities and politicians.
President Bush also put forward mock excuses on behalf of the Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Taking a jibe at controversies which have dogged their campaigns, he said: "Hillary Clinton couldn't get in because of sniper fire and Senator Obama's at church."

First of all, these jokes are so lame, they should be put down like an old race horse. The media lapped it up. These guys are the same people who wonder how the Nazis could joke and have fun even as they were murdering millions of people. Well, it is easy to be entertained if one is cruel enough. Another feature of Bush jokes is how they are always the sort of things spoiled ruling class brat bullies pull. Making fun of people who aren't there. Mocking people for being weak. Stealing pennies from blind beggars or knocking the crutches away from Tiny Tom. This is funny.

In 'The Courtier', a book written 400 years ago which is all about a bunch of spoiled Northern Italian aristocrats on the verge of extinction, spending the night telling stories and jokes. Nearly all the jokes are about themselves cheating or stealing stuff from Jews and peasants or daring deeds at the expense of Muslims. These 'jokes' are eerily like the ones considered funny today by our press and the overlords in Washington, DC. The terrible thing about 'The Courtier' is that all the men in the book who were real people, were all violently killed by raging mobs or invaders taking advantage of the lack of national unity and the anger of the masses against the rules. Just for example, the democratic, free Swiss took time out from inventing new types of clocks to invade Northern Italy as mercenaries.

I wasn't invited to this fun show put on by our media psycho-sycophants and their good buddy, Bush. But the BBC made a TV series about all this called 'I, Claudius.' Caligula speaks to the Senate when he returns from his 'battle against Neptune'

Our rich Senators should be aware of the hazards of looking too much like horses. Already, they have turned this part of our government into a money making machine that feeds inflation and misspends money on endless wars we are unable to win. And they actively work to destroy Constitutional powers they, themselves, must retain. Their uselessness is amplified by the media that lies about nearly everything political and actively works to undermine our sovereignty and transfer it to various alien powers and nationalist leaders.

Eventually, these stupid dinners will look like the 'Caligula dances' episode from 'I, Claudius.' All empires rot in this fashion. I would suggest that absolute power breeds total insanity. This is why all totalitarian governments eventually fail. The ruler and his family go totally insane and are killed off or completely destroy their own people to the point, they no longer can protect themselves from invaders or complete economic collapse.

Now, onto the news at the fringes of the US empire where we are losing our wars so badly, the media and the rulers who pushed us all off this cliff find so funny:

Sandstorm aids militants in Green Zone attack

Militants fired a salvo of rockets or mortars at the heavily guarded Green Zone in Baghdad on Sunday, while officials reported that Iraqi security forces had found more than 100 bodies in two mass graves.

The militants apparently were taking advantage of a sandstorm that blanketed the Iraqi capital Sunday and grounded U.S. helicopters and drones that normally track their activities.

The Empire uses robots and humans who look like clones for the bad guys in Star Wars in order to rule Iraq and Afghanistan. The rebels take grim delight in attacking us right in the heart of our supposed controlled areas. The more we claim we control these vital government/administrative places, the more they are attacked. Indeed, this empire of ours is so inept and pitiful, when a small group decided, with a lot of help from the CIA and Mossad, to attack our financial and military centers, they did so with total impunity over the course of several hours! And the guys laughing at this Caligulian dinner party all, every one of them, sat on their asses that day with mouths hanging open. And then began happily to beat the war drums against their Muslim foes.

For this war isn't directed against Muslim despots or royalty. It is aimed at the Muslim 'street'. The teeming masses that hate us because we are putting them in chains or trying to rip them off, or stealing from them, etc. Like in 'The Courtier,' we make fun of them and laugh as we cheat them [or so we imagine] while they, in turn, wait impatiently for revenge. Saudi Arabia and the other kingdoms are no longer seething with street rage only because the huge flow of money from the West is keeping the peace. But inflation is rising rapidly there, too, and so will dissension and rage.

The fact that our media sits down and laughs with war criminals disgusts me. They refuse to point out obvious war crimes every bit as the German media or Japanese media refused to point out war crimes during WWII. When the world sees obvious war crimes, the US media might report on these events but there is no obvious follow up: no one is arrested, tried and hung. The huge scandals concerning the torture of prisoners, for example, featured very small trials of the lowest level operatives. But as information increasingly pointed to CIA/government torture that was ordered by our President, there have been absolutely no calls for impeaching or arresting anyone who signed these disgraceful orders. Instead, the media has managed to singlehandedly eliminate all anti-torture, anti-war candidates and those who remain in this infantile race are all pro-war, pro-torture criminals.

The media will cover big stories but only if they can frame them in some fashion to keep this warmongering mess rolling along. For example, virtually all the very few stories about President Jimmy Carter are negative, mock him cruelly or are full of lies. Only the small online commentary community has any reasonable news about his efforts to reach out to the starving Palestinians under siege. The pro-Tibet story has huge coverage that is very friendly to the Dalai Lama but it is nearly invisible when say, the IDF shoots a Reuters reporter on an empty road while he was driving a heavily marked car with 'PRESS' signs all over it. Or the recent murder of a young Palestinian girl, shot by the Gaza Ghetto Guards™ looking for some amusing, HAHAHA fun moments in a boring day.

Her Dream, Branded as a Threat

The academy’s troubles reach well beyond its cramped corridors in Boerum Hill. The school’s creation provoked a controversy so incendiary that Ms. Almontaser stepped down as the founding principal just weeks before classes began last September. Ms. Almontaser, a teacher by training and an activist who had carefully built ties with Christians and Jews, said she was forced to resign by the mayor’s office following a campaign that pitted her against a chorus of critics who claimed she had a militant Islamic agenda.

In newspaper articles and Internet postings, on television and talk radio, Ms. Almontaser was branded a “radical,” a “jihadist” and a “9/11 denier.” She stood accused of harboring unpatriotic leanings and of secretly planning to proselytize her students. Despite Ms. Almontaser’s longstanding reputation as a Muslim moderate, her critics quickly succeeded in recasting her image.

The conflict tapped into a well of post-9/11 anxieties. But Ms. Almontaser’s downfall was not merely the result of a spontaneous outcry by concerned parents and neighborhood activists. It was also the work of a growing and organized movement to stop Muslim citizens who are seeking an expanded role in American public life. The fight against the school, participants in the effort say, was only an early skirmish in a broader, national struggle.

“It’s a battle that’s really just begun,” said Daniel Pipes, who directs a conservative research group, the Middle East Forum, and helped lead the charge against Ms. Almontaser and the school.

If anyone organizing anything to do with the Muslims are running 'soft jihads' then the Jews are running a very harsh jihad. So when a Jewish mayor and a Jewish governor [who is now gone due to sex scandals] attack and drive out a Muslim, this is persecution. The head of the NYC schools is nearly always a Jewish person these days. The teacher's union is run mostly by Jewish teachers. And they are all very, very organized. But by using this considerable power alongside all the Jewish media owners in the New York region, they have created a monster that will turn out to destroy them in the end.

When they OK religious persecution, when they OK ethnic cleansing or OK the power to shove 'alien' religions around, this is a NOOSE around JEWISH NECKS. I can't be more emphatic about this! The New York Times once again has decided to totally censor me because I mentioned 'Jewish ethnic cleansing' in an article here. The Jewish people who control a lot of our systems hope to do this hideous ethnic cleansing in the Holy Land as well as throw their own weight around here in America, a land that is supposed to be a melting pot, not a volcano. And they are too shortsighted to see that their justification and promotion of this ethnic cleansing will turn into a sword that will be run through the Jewish people themselves. And I want to prevent this!

As Jimmy Carter wants desperately to prevent this. Both he and I see the inevitable end of all this: the Apocalypse and the total annihilation of the Jews as both the Christians and the Muslims crush them underfoot in a titanic struggle for power between the dominant religions of the world. This madness, this total insanity will end up possibly killing all humans! Which is about a stupid a thing I can imagine.

Sunday Morning Imperial Madness: Stop! Please!

As the increasingly violent US/UK/EU imperial project slams into more and more rocky shores, it is time to look at the news yet again from the perspective of the Goddess of History. No one can make sense of modern politics or international affairs without first understanding the nature of empires and their dependencies. The ability to use the Sword to rule diverse masses is very dependent upon the center of the empire staying solvent. The minute it ceases this, the whole system breaks down in a classic fashion. We see this clearly today with the continuing collapse of the US homelands. Readers have sent me articles that dispute my view of history. These articles are filled with not only bad analysis but outright lies. And as usual, the New York Times publishes outright lies. How typical for the chief newspaper of the heart of this empire.

Afghan Leader Criticizes U.S. on Conduct of War

President Hamid Karzai strongly criticized the British and American conduct of the war here on Friday, insisting in an interview that his government be given the lead in policy decisions.

Mr. Karzai said that he wanted American forces to stop arresting suspected Taliban and their sympathizers, and that the continued threat of arrest and past mistreatment were discouraging Taliban from coming forward to lay down their arms.

He criticized the American-led coalition as prosecuting the war on terrorism in Afghan villages, saying the real terrorist threat lay in sanctuaries of the Taliban and Al Qaeda in Pakistan.

Pakistan is pulling out of the War On Terror, aka, the Last Gasp of the US/UK/EU empires. The War on Terror is being pursued by assassin robot rockets, air force bombings of women and children, outright invasions by alien troops seeking natural resources and military domination of tribal groups. How different is this from the European invasion of all of Africa, Asia, North America, South America, Australia and all the world's islands? This latest episode is merely a continuation of the conquest of the planet by European powers after they figured out the dark arts of cannon warfare.

The Mongols and then the Turks used cannons to conquer even Constantinople. The final push was the sieges of Vienna in 1529 and then 1683. As soon as the Habsburgs won, the Austro-Hungarian empire began to grow in earnest. This was due to Europeans mastering the art of cannon warfare. The Turks tended to use bigger and bigger cannons. But the Europeans opted for mobility with the cannons. From 1500 onwards, using cannons on ever-bigger ships, they plied the Seven Seas and used these batteries to destroy shoreline defenses. Thus, the European global empire was born. All the many increasingly vicious battles between the various royal families over who gets to run things gave the impression that Europe was 'weak'. But these battles were like spoiled children in a super-rich family fighting over the spoils.

These interior battles within Europe itself ran alongside global conquests. Periodically, like when Portugal and Spain divided the entire planet between themselves, treaties are negotiated in order to have a more orderly division of the spoils of empire. I will note that not too soon after the Treaty of Tordesillas in 1494, by 1580, King Philip II, the king who tried to force Queen Elizabeth into marriage, invaded and took Portugal. Portugal regained its sovereignty only to see it all collapse in 1755 with the great earthquake/tsunami that utterly destroyed the capital city. As is true in any empire, when the capital is obliterated, the empire dies. Often, empires limp along for more than a century if other empires are anxious to prevent each other from benefitting by eating up the older empires.

Several examples: the Ottoman Empire, when it was nearly completely dead, in economic ruins, limped along for centuries as Britain, Russia and France feuded over who got what parts. The British were, in particular, very much against Russia and France getting anything. Then the Austro-Hungarian empire began to nibble away, too. This lead to bizarre and complex treaties concerning the destruction of Ottoman power. All of which limped along in unison until Germany suddenly reunited under the greatest German politician of them all: Bismark.

As is usual in all history, the empires with the strongest economic and manufacturing systems rule the roost. And so Germany, when it entered this tense game, threw all things out of whack which caused WWI and WWII. This story is the same in Asia: when Japan suddenly became an economic and industrial power, it destroyed the Concert of Nations in Asia.

Now, back to the news: Karzai is a puppet. He knew his position is tenuous at best. So he tried to show some slight independence from the English/French/German and American empire. His demands to rule his own nation fell on deaf ears, of course. This is because this is a very despotic empire that wants a series of strongmen to be our front men as we use our vast military power to do as we wish. And as usual, since the beginning of imperial power in ancient Egypt, our wish is for loot. We need loot or we go bankrupt.

Let's see what happened next, a mere day later after this attempt at sovereign power:

Karzai Escapes an Assassination Attempt

President Hamid Karzai survived an assassination attempt at a military parade in central Kabul on Sunday, when suspected Taliban insurgents fired mortars and bullets at the dignitaries assembled in the spectator stand.

One person was killed and 11 injured in the incident, Gen. Zaher Azimi, a military spokesman, confirmed soon afterward. Two parliamentarians in a section of the stands not far from the president were seen falling from their chairs on television footage as gunfire rang out. Loud explosions could be heard some distance from the parade ground.

The president was whisked out of the back of the stands and quickly left the scene in a convoy of black armored vehicles as spectators scrambled for cover and security guards opened fire in every direction, witnesses said. The American ambassador, William Wood, also left unharmed, a spokesman told news agencies. Afghan state television, which was showing the ceremony live, cut off its coverage as people fled the scene.

Being the top reporting source for the warmongering half of the US empire, the NYT has this nasty habit of lying all the time. They can't help it. Despite obvious proof to the contrary, they lie reflexively. This is because they are telling a tale as told by a fool. They must believe in the goodness of the empire. As Bush said, 'Why did they attack us? We are the good guys!'

This infantile view of the world is hard to maintain in the teeth of obvious objections. Just as the West has to desperately pretend we are the outposts of civilization and we invade and murder millions of people and make their lives significantly worse, this is all in the name of saving them! From themselves, of course. And who is better at being the judges of international politics than the very same nations that brought us the Napoleonic Wars, the many wars against China, India and the Ottoman Empires, the conquest of the planet and the enslavement of Africa? The nations that brought us WWI and WWII are the ones that will bring harmony and peace. The nations with half of the world's nuclear weapons and missiles are good. The other half that has these is evil and anyone who is not dominated by Europe and America and who wants what Europe and America have in the thousands, must be obliterated.

Isn't is funny that a small detail, how Karzai was in an armored vehicle throughout his military parade, had to be hidden? My contempt for the Times which is pretty high, can't get worse. But this sort of childishness is just like when they refused to publish pictures of say, Rachel Corrie being murdered. They had to pretend the IDF had no idea they were crushing her. Since pictures made it crystal clear, she was deliberately run over, they had to bury the pictures. I doubt more than a few thousand Americans ever saw the sequence of pictures from that one event just like the sequence of pictures from the sinking of the USS Liberty was also and still is concealed from view. If anyone sees them, they know the truth pretty fast.

All empires must lie in order to keep their moral high ground. The so-called 'liberal democracies' in the West are particularly good at this.

Dalai Lama says he's ready for serious talks with China

The exiled Tibetan spiritual leader said he has yet to receive detailed information about the offer but that talks would be good.

"We have to explore the causes of the problems and seek solution through talks," the Tibetan spiritual leader said a day after China said it would meet his envoy.

He talked to reporters after returning to his headquarters in the northern India town of Dharmsala from a two-week trip to the United States.

"We need to have serious talks about how to reduce the Tibetan resentment within Tibet," he said.

"But just mere meeting some of my men in order to show the world that they are having dialogue, then it is meaningless," the Dalai Lama said.

The Chinese dragon went berserk when rioters in Tibet ran out of control. This shows us that China, far from having oppressive troops all over Tibet were doing the opposite. It took time for them to react. This unnerved them just as it would unnerve any government. Imagine if rioters were able to take over Houston and burned businesses and beat up or murdered say, non-Hispanics? Indeed, when the millions of illegal aliens suddenly marched on several of our major cities last year, the government had to put into high gear, deportations and restrictions. These marchers were waving Mexican flags and yelling in Spanish, after all! And did China attack us for this? Did China demand we secede Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California to Mexico? The dominance we hold over these places is no different from China's dominance of Tibet!

China doesn't want to crimp the long progression of Hu's many diplomatic initiatives due to the agitation in Tibet. This is also why our own President hosted and embraced the Pope and puts mostly Catholic radicals on the Supreme Court, radicals who are ripping up our Constitution. The GOP and the Democrats both recognize this ethnic and religious group to be very powerful just like the Jewish ethnic powers. The Tibetans, like many ethnic groups on earth, resent imperial controls. The only ethnic groups that love empires are the ones that control empires. As we can plainly see. This is why outsiders such as the populations out of Africa must contend. They have to riot just like the Tibetans. Note also, that rival empires will salute rioters if this benefits them. For ALL EMPIRES WISH TO BREAK UP ALL OTHER EMPIRES AND ETHNIC WARS ARE THE MAIN TOOL.

Now, let's look at a particularly stupid example of imperial creepiness from the usual crew of neo cons who have the full and adoring support of the owners of much of the US/UK/EU empire:

The dictators are back ... and we don’t care

In recent years, as the great autocracies of Russia and China have risen and the radical Islamists have waged their struggle, the liberal world has been divided and distracted by issues both profound and petty. The great democracies have squabbled and jostled for the moral high ground, debated the fine points of international law, argued the relative merits of hard and soft power and commented endlessly on each other’s moral and ethical failings.

These arguments were affordable luxuries in an imagined era of international harmony, but not in the time of troubles that the world has actually entered. History has returned and the peoples of the liberal world need to choose to shape it or let others shape it for them.

The neo cons have fought long and hard to resurrect the Cold War. This was a wonderful time for them. Due to nuclear bombs and missiles, the entire planet had to live under the sword. No money was too much when it came to military spending. The bankers were delighted. No longer did they have to contend with a diminishment in debts. Red ink flows fast in Cold Wars without the downside of total destruction like we saw in WWI and WWII. The trick was to spread and strengthen the imperial powers without triggering a fatal WWIII. The EU, UK and Japan were all ecstatic that the US decided to pay for the New World Order all by ourselves. Very cheerfully, they lent us whatever money we wanted for this. This made them richer and more powerful and gave us the illusion, we were 'leading' them to prosperity.

As the US foolishly made one imperial mistake after another, all the cures chosen by our leaders made us weaker. This is why no one in power wants to stop the deindustrialization of the US. Certainly, Japan and Germany want ONLY their own industries in the US! This is why they are taking over many of our industrial systems. The losers of WWII have won the Cold War. Mr. Kagan, one of the stupider neo cons on this planet, can't figure out what is a liberal democracy. For example, Japan has been ruled by one party for as long as China. This party is in total control of the economy just like in China. And the voters in Japan are herded about by the LDP up until this year. I have noted how there is rising anger about the financial mess the LDP has created. Their refusal to use the Bank of Japan to deal with inflation and instead, using the populace to sop up all the inflation, is infuriating people there just as it is here.

Both Japan and the US are doing this. And note how our own 'democracy' operates! We are herded, like the Japanese, into only bad choice versus bad choice. Both of which belong to the same secret clubs and organizations and attend the same secret meetings and gatherings which use their powers to strip the US of our industrial base and put us into hock to the very nations we defeated so handily in WWII. As well as England, our old foes. All these empires owed us money or were run by us after WWII. Now they rule us! We owe THEM money! The Chinese were horrified by this as they figured things out [at my house long ago]. They swore they would not fall into this trap!

So any article that crows about the 'liberal democracies' while not talking about trade problems and debt is nothing but lies.

Kagan:

A majority of Russians seem content with autocratic rule. Unlike the tumultuous democracy of the 1990s, the present government has at least produced a rising standard of living. President Putin’s efforts to undo the humiliating postcold war settlement and restore the greatness of Russia is popular. His political advisers believe that “avenging the demise of the Soviet Union will keep us in power”.

The Chinese learnt from the Soviet experience, too. While the liberal world waited after Tiananmen Square for China to resume its inevitable course towards liberal democratic modernity, the Communist party leadership set about shoring up its dominance in the nation. Keen observers of the Chinese political system see a sufficient combination of competence and ruthlessness on the part of the Chinese leadership to handle problems as they arise and a populace prepared to accept autocratic government so long as economic growth continues.

In the long run, rising prosperity may well produce political liberalism, but how long is the long run? It may be too long to have any strategic or geopolitical relevance. As the old joke goes, Germany launched itself on a trajectory of economic modernisation in the late 19th century and within six decades became a fully fledged democracy. The only problem was what happened in the intervening years.

Hell's bells! Here we have a fake democracy that features things like the Supreme Court squelching vote counting in a Presidential election, gross financial corruption which means only billionaires or their servants can run for office, a Senate filled with ONLY millionaires and most of Congress feeding at the military/industrial trough, outright pirates of the Caribbean running for President, etc! And are our lives improving?

HAHAHA. There is a lot of bitterness out there! And this dying liberal democracy sees our corrupt, lying, evil media billionaire owners attacking Obama for mentioning this! We live in a Potemkin Liberal Democracy. Just watch these two Ron Paul videos showing what a sham our election process is:

POWERFUL BULLMARKET IN US STOCKS LOOMS as the US prepares for GLOBAL HEGEMONY...

Back in the late 20th century there were predictions that the 21st century would be characterized by “resource wars” where fighting breaks out between countries and aligned groups of countries, as they scramble to secure increasingly scarce commodities for themselves, principally oil and water. Barely had we entered the new century when a major resource war began, with the big surprise being that it was not some banana republic suddenly deciding to invade and loot its neighbor’s territory, but instead the most powerful country on earth muscling its way around an entire region on the other side of the planet in order to position itself to plunder its oil resources en masse for itself.

The very first paragraph betrays the total innocence and utter credulousness of this poor writer! The US has been plundering the world since when? How about 1800? And before that, as colonialists for European powers! Not to mention the pirates! I descend from these desperadoes. When my ancestors came to the New World, they were heavily armed with ships, cannons and guns and used them liberally. This is what 'liberal' means: lots of ammo. Just as the neo con couldn't understand the history of enslavement and looting launched by various empires including our present one, this writer can't understand the nature of the Beast, either. This is because we live in a sea of total lies and propaganda and shaking this off is difficult. The ruling elites must self-teach themselves to ignore reality. This is because they might slip up and say something dangerous that expose them as despots.

So they clothe this in fine garments of words and they refuse to broadcast images that clash with these lovely imperial purple. The rest of this article is barely worth mentioning. Of course, the ruling elites are reimposing the status quo! They must! If they fail, they die! But this is falling apart, fast. The Japanese are dying to get the carry trade to restart! Germany must continue to colonize the US industrial base while evading paying for wars or taxing their own workers for military adventures. England still wants to be the Global Empire without paying for it, either! Every one of these leeches are egging on the US and hoping we continue to misspend our money and let THEM invade OUR markets! And enslave us! And no one is stupider than anyone who allows this to happen.

The markets will rise only due to inflation. The only place where industrialization is growing is in the Third World and the only real successes in this regard when it comes to economic aggressive growth coupled with sovereign wealth and power is in communist nations! Why is that, we ask?

HAHAHA. That is the riddle! The communist nations are failed 'liberal' empires that have been reborn via the machinery of revolution. As the US and its empire bogs down in ethnic/religious battles with a quarter of the planet's people, we ignore this reality. We think, if we STRIP workers of wealth and power, the EMPIRE will be stronger! And this is KILLING THE DAMN EMPIRES. And Europe isn't doing this quite as much as the US but they are now, thanks to the strong euro, falling off the same cliff. I put up the picture of the stop sign because this is my emblem: I am the STOP sign. I tell my fellow global rulers, 'Stop it! You can't continue forwards. You must change direction. You can't be this way forever.'

There is no way we can inflate our way to global rule. Once an empire goes bankrupt, all it takes is one hurricane, one massive earthquake and it dies! And the chances of both happening to the US isn't 5% or 25% or 50%. It is 100%! There is NO DOUBT that we will have either or both or more. There is zero chance that we will have neither. And just like Katrina showed our weakness and the 9/11 attacks made hash of our boasts of imperial rule, the defeats in Iraq and Afghanistan show massive imperial overreach. And now that our entire banking system is collapsing, this is just another classic sign. Britain, when its banking system began to sink beneath the waves, ran to the US for loans. And as bigger and bigger wars engulfed this dying empire, they ran off to the US to be saved. Then puffed their chests afterwards and boasted about how they were STILL a global power.

England can't save us from bankruptcy, they are bankrupt, too. Germany and Japan can't save us, they are too small. Only China and Russia can save us from bankruptcy along with the oil pumping nations! And isn't this a joke and a half? Why don't these stupid writers talk about this?

So we can enjoy the last huzzah and splash around in our sea of red ink. But the writing is already on the wall.

US Cannot Understand Debt=Loss Of Imperial Power

England has never come to terms concerning their own criminal past as an imperial power. The propaganda fantasy that they were spreading 'civilization' as they destroyed and conquered great civilizations or destroyed tribes across the planet. So here comes Prime Minister Brown to pet our demented emperor. Meanwhile, the US and UK break up Iraqi cities into high-walled ghettos a la Israel. As we demand China break up, the Canadian Indian tribes demand the same rights the Tibetans want. A break up of the old British Empire. And we must talk about the game of 'Go' and the fall of US/UK power in Asia. Most commentators in the US/UK empire can't understand what is going on there.

British PM: Bush owed 'a huge debt of gratitude'

The president said he appreciates the contributions of British troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Britain has nearly 8,000 forces around Basra, in southern Iraq.

"We're making progress," Bush said. "Failure in Iraq will send a message to Iran that the United States and its allies were not intent on making sure they stay within the borders of their country. ... It's worth it to succeed."

Brown added, "The world owes George Bush a huge debt of gratitude" for his efforts against terrorists.

Thank you, George, for showing the world that we are vicious nut cases. Thank you for sending the planet into a huge inflationary spiral. Thanks for turning Iraq into a charnel house. Thank you for millions and millions of refugees. Thanks for pictures of Americans torturing Muslims. Thank you for bankrupting the USA. There, Mr. Brown Nose! I did it. Now, if you both could please go to hell, I will be even more thankful.

The fact that Labour no longer recognizes fascism is yet another sign of the corruption at the heart of the British Empire. As I have pointed out in the past, WWI and WWII had absolutely nothing to do with 'spreading democracy' and a tremendous amount to do with 'imperialism.' After WWI, the only places that found themselves 'free' were all the ethnic groups within the German and Austro-Hungarian empires. Not only did the British not offer the same opportunity to leave an empire to its own subject nations and peoples, the British ran off to increase the size of their own empire. As calls to divest themselves of this military dictatorship abroad rose, the League of Nations basically told them all to jump in a lake. As the struggle against the French and British empires grew, the anti-democratic autocrats in Europe refused to let go. Instead, they spend a lot of money they didn't have, suppressing popular demands for democracy or conquering even more populations who had no desire to be ruled by a bunch of crazy Europeans.

After WWI, the Irish managed to wrest one half of their country out of the bloody hands of the British Empire. To this day, the British still won't let the Irish have an entire country. Grimly, the British hang onto their half. The British suffered through years of 'terrorism' while the Irish fought them tooth and nail. Finally, the captive Irish people caught in the maw of the British Lion won civil rights within their shattered nation and the terrorism stopped. But only because the natives expect to slowly drive out the British Royal authorities peacefully, in the long run. On the other hand, the British make no moves to show they are leaving.

WWII was even worse: the Brits and Americans poured on thick the mythology that they were fighting for democracy. Even as neither nation gave their own populations civil rights and any say in the government, they pretended we were fighting to extend voting rights to aliens we didn't control. After the war, all the victims of both empires which now merged, demanded these rights. Instead of granting them right off the bat, both the British and US empires point-blank refused. Instead, the imperial wars continued. We call this 'The Cold War' which was stupidly seen as freedom versus communism.

Instead, it was imperial exploitation by capitalists versus imperial economic exploitation by communists. As usual, most of the smaller, weaker countries were invaded or chopped up into ever-smaller units as both sided sought to exploit other nations. Even now, as the US and UK seek to destroy and chop apart into tiny units, the shattered remains of the Ottoman Empire, our rulers have to pretend they are doing something we should be thankful for? This is so demented.

Des Browne ‘misled MPs over seizure of British sailors in the Gulf’

The Defence Secretary has been accused of misleading Parliament over the capture of 15 British sailors and Marines in the Gulf last spring as it emerged that Iran has kept £1 million of seized military equipment.

The Conservatives said that Des Browne was “less than frank” after The Times disclosed Ministry of Defence papers showing that the Britons were seized in disputed waters, not Iraqi territory.

The seizure occurred, the top-level document states, because the US-led coalition created a notional sea boundary but omitted to tell the Iranians where it was. Revolutionary Guard patrol boats were crossing this line three times a week, the partially censored document shows.

This is so classic! At the time, I wrote that the whole fracas as completely stupid. Iran has a 100% right to patrol their borders. The US and UK are invaders who are obviously not exactly welcome within the nation they invaded and are now tearing to shreds. The UK sailors have no rights at all to be tooling about in the seas offshore from Iran. None! Even if a Quisling asks for them to do this, they have no right to come right up to the border of a nation they keep saying, they want to invade! I also said, there was no agreed boundary and if the US and UK empires want this, they know how to get an agreement.

Now that is the whole problem! The US and UK recognize NO sovereignty of ANY nation! We are the empire and we know no boundaries! We rule the EARTH! If any 'brown' or 'black' or 'yellow' people can't accept this brutal fact, we kill them. The US and UK beat the war drums at home over this 'capture'. But sensible people, worried about WWIII, questioned the story right off the bat, the two emperors retreated. Oh, I forgot, the British have an empress, not the PM. Anyway, this capture was an insufficient cause for open warfare. Other aquatic encounters whereby the tiny navy of Iran shadowed US ships. We don't patrol our own borders. But we patrol Iran's borders. The US navy lied about these encounters and pretended that these were horrifying attacks that frightened our sailors. Instead, it was small speed boats merrily sailing in the middle of our imperial fleets!

Britain and America bonded and took over the planet via WWI and WWII. It disgusts me to see our rulers thinking that if they launch WWIII, we will expand our rule. WWI and WWII nearly destroyed Britain. This was due to British overreach. Just like the Great Depression was caused by Britain being unable to pay for WWI except by rolling over their debts and then dropping the gold standard, turning their money into fiat paper. Just like many an analysis of our economic problems and the Great Depression ignores the global British empire going bankrupt after WWI as a cause, commentators refuse to connect the US empire to the dead British empire. We sucked in that empire as well as parts of the French empire and many of our woes today are very much caused by this attempt to ape and increase the British empire. The fact that all Brits who come here are delighted that we are trapped in endless wars in various colonies should alarm and annoy us. We shouldn't be the British empire. Note how Britain's queen keeps here private offshore pirate coves going as a means to drain our nation of our tax base and to allow financiers free reign under her own reign?

The British strut and fret across the globe using our military power as their imperial tool. And we amble behind them, overjoyed to meet the Queen who holds her nose while shaking our hands. I will note that our foolish Mrs. Reagan, upon meeting the Queen, actually curtsied! As if she were a maid in waiting and not the representative of a free nation! But then, our own President and VP are treated like servants by the Saudis.

Back to Iran: the refusal of the US and UK to negotiate an honest agreement on borders is criminal. And our joint criminal operations in the Middle East on behalf of the various despotic rulers there like the Saudi King, is imperialism, not 'spreading democracy'. Especially since Iran is a 'democracy'! But according to the Empire, only Israel, an ethnic-cleansing mini-kingdom, is a 'democracy'. Even though it is not. And when they had elections within the territories they conquered, they didn't like the results and divided tiny Palestine in two and are now bombing one half like crazy. As Carter went in to try negotiations, they upped their attacks and on an empty road, shot up and murdered an obvious Reuters reporter. Many reporters have been deliberately killed by the US and UK imperials, too. They don't like people poking their noses in suppressions.

As Carter talked, the Jewish invaders of the Gaza ghetto were killing. But the Palestinians managed to kill three Jewish soldiers [there are NO Muslim Israeli imperial troopers!]. This infuriated the Israelis who killed more children in Gaza. And this gets no mention in the US or the UK anymore. The 'reforms' at the BBC pretty much wiped out all the last vestiges of honest reportage about the imperial wars.

U.S. Begins Erecting Wall in Sadr City

Trying to stem the infiltration of militia fighters, American forces have begun to build a massive concrete wall that will partition Sadr City, the densely populated Shiite neighborhood in the Iraqi capital.

The construction, which began Tuesday night, is intended to turn the southern quarter of Sadr City near the international Green Zone into a protected enclave, secured by Iraqi and American forces, where the Iraqi government can undertake reconstruction efforts.

“You can’t really repair anything that is broken until you establish security,” said Lt. Col. Dan Barnett, commander of the First Squadron, Second Stryker Cavalry Regiment. “A wall that isolates those who would continue to attack the Iraqi Army and coalition forces can create security conditions that they can go in and rebuild.”

All empires do this: divide and conquer. The US has been busy building ghetto walls all over the place. This obnoxious activity is done in the name of stopping ethnic violence created by the US/UK invasions. On the other hand, when Tibetans have ethnic/religious cleansing style riots, the US and UK demand that China RETREAT! China is supposed to NOT stop this but to remove themselves. China can't build ghettos to pen in ethnic groups that annoy their own empire! They aren't even supposed to suppress riots. In the US, when we had ghetto riots, the military moved in and shot up the local minority populations, killing them. This is now ignored here at home.

Instead, we see a black man running for President, being tormented for being an 'elitist' because he isn't a good-ole white boy!

Now on to Asia: the UK lost power there between WWI and WWII. They didn't notice this because China was fighting a civil war and was broken up into many small pieces. But Japan was a rising power there. When Japan moved against the rotted British empire, they steamrollered right over it. In a matter of just months, they rolled back the entire British empire in Asia and were bearing down on India. India was not girding to fight off the Japanese due to the fact that they were anxious to see the British empire collapse! Who would have thought? The desperate British put Gandhi in prison for not supporting their brutal empire. The Japanese were even more brutal than the Europeans and this caused the Asians to side with the US, not Britain.

After the war, the US merrily handed over the entire empire back to the British and French! To the horror and disgust of nearly everyone. India did manage to eject the Brits but not until after the Brits, in classic fashion, split apart India, triggering many wars over borders and millions died because of this. Another great moment in the history of 'democracy'. I will note that the British based this on ethnic/religious cleansing principals. On the other hand, they would NOT do this for Ireland. Again, it is always someone else's empire that must be shattered along ethnic/religious lines. The fact that the US now endorses this madness infuriates me. We are the 'melting pot'?

Chinese Geopolitics and the Significance of Tibet

China has few countermoves to this pressure over Tibet. There is always talk of a Chinese invasion of Taiwan. That is not going to happen — not because China doesn’t want to, but because it does not have the naval capability of seizing control of the Taiwan Straits or seizing air superiority, certainly not if the United States doesn’t want it (and we note that the United States has two carrier battle groups in the Taiwan region at the moment). Beijing thus could bombard Taiwan, but not without enormous cost to itself and its own defensive capabilities. It does not have the capability to surge forces across the strait, much less to sustain operations there in anything short of a completely permissive threat environment. The Chinese could fire missiles at Taiwan, but that risks counterstrikes from American missiles. And, of course, Beijing could go nuclear, but that is not likely given the stakes. The most likely Chinese counter here would be trying to isolate Taiwan from shipping by firing missiles. But that again assumes the United States would not respond — something Beijing can’t count on.

While China thus lacks politico-military options to counter the Tibet pressure, it also lacks economic options. It is highly dependent for its economic well-being on exports to the United States and other countries; drawing money out of U.S. financial markets would require Beijing to put it somewhere else. If the Chinese invested in Europe, European interest rates would go down and U.S. rates would go up, and European money would pour into the United States. The long-held fear of the Chinese withdrawing their money from U.S. markets is therefore illusory: The Chinese are trapped economically. Far more than the United States, they can’t afford a confrontation.

It is nearly impossible for commentators talking about Asian politics to understand how stupid they sound. This long article in the Stratfor magazine is a classic example. First of all, there is NOT 'always talk about a Chinese invasion of Taiwan'. The Chinese do protect themselves from Taiwan since Taiwan is like a knife at China's belly! It is very much like Cuba. The US doesn't hesitate to hammer Cuba and isolate this tiny country using the eternal excuse, 'They are not a democracy'. Even as the US prevented blacks from voting in 1963, we were using the excuse, 'Cuba isn't a democracy' for our imperialist actions there.

Anyone who imagines that China is not using diplomacy and the various arts of economic and social contact to embrace Taiwan is a commentator living on the wrong planet. I have chronicled this long story of gradual pulling together by the Chinese in China and Taiwan. Just this week, the panda diplomacy resumed and Taiwan will get their panda. Air flights between China and Taiwan which were impossible until my father flew directly between the two places in 1980, are not increasingly common place. My father's flight was so controversial, it had to be made secretly! Now, it is normal. A huge change in status. George Friedman clearly is viewed by Stratfor Strategic Forecasting as some sort of geo-political wizard. I would suggest, he is a fool.

This stupid article is also filled with imperial pride. China can't suppress Tibet? Of course they can! We suppress any popular uprising here! Just this week, a religious enclave in Texas was invaded and broken up. I see absolutely NO difference between that enclave and the Tibetan religious enclaves! Both are very strange and have an autocratic system that places worship of the religious leader above patriotism. Both want to be isolated from outside influences. Both exploit their followers for sexual purposes. And yes, both enslave women. The Tibet my parents saw when they came in, back in 1955, was a desperate, despotic feudal state. Not a democracy.

By the way, in the US media, the fact that MAOISTS have won a real election...in Nepal! It is totally ignored! HAHAHA. I am not surprised. Within Nepal is the Tibetan religious rulers who are now irritating the government of Nepal which is NOT Buddhist but is a collection of religions and ethnic tribal groups. The collapse of religious feeling there is obvious since Maoists are winning elections. They will probably eject the Tibetan refugees who have been causing increasing problems. Nepal is worried that the US/UK empire, using these people, will cause trouble for Nepal.

The second thing that irritates me always and which Mr. Friedman is guilty of, is the idea that the Chinese are TRAPPED by our debts. The Chinese were taken for fools and fell into the trap of funding our empire, HAHAHA, and we will cheat them if they try to stop us. This idiotic, childish idea may comfort us as we storm about the planet, making ourselves unwelcome. But the truth is the exact opposite: the Chinese 50 year plan is to become our creditors and then CUT US OFF. They consider the loss of trillions of dollars to be a cheap price to pay if this destroys our empire and builds their empire! They came up with this idea way back in the mid-1980s. They understood the US needed endless funds for our imperial adventures. They could see how Russia went too deep into imperial overreach. We discussed this a lot. Russia was not bankrupt back then but the signs were growing. The fact that Russia began a series of financial arrangements with West Germany so they could pull out of East Germany and still cling to the rest of they dying empire was proof of this back then.

When Russia went bankrupt, their empire collapsed internally as well as externally. The Chinese watched this process very closely. They also now can see that Russia is rapidly rebuilding. Every time the US and UK attack Iran or Iraq, Russia gets stronger. This process is destroying our empire and rebuilding the Russian empire. China doesn't want a strong Russia, they want a balanced Russia. They will OK the European empire rebuilding under the tutelage of Germany and France so long as they don't menace China. When the G7 did menace China, I will note that China threw down the economic gauntlet and the entire banking system in the West shot off the cliff and is still falling!

This massive retaliation is not recognized by the West because of hubris. The idea that China has ALREADY begun their economic moves to kill the US/UK empire just doesn't enter dimwitted minds. But they have done this and note that China's boom is no longer booming! Their own stock markets are down and I predicted this because they didn't want it to get out of control, anyway. I knew the Central Committee would squelch it because they didn't want a huge bubble nor did they want a new economic power base they can't control!

Note also how global inflation is now destabilizing ALL countries. Not just China. The huge flood of red ink that was created via the Japanese carry trade and wild US Federal Reserve lending policies is now causing global inflation. And the Chinese will turn this weapon on us. We created it, they will use it. Since the US is enabling social agitations and murderous riots within China, China will now deliver us the same and more. They have NO CHOICE. We have made it crystal clear, we do not want Taiwan to merge with China and we intend to enable the shattering of China's sovereignty using religious leaders to egg on ethnic cleansing.

First Nations eye 2010 Olympics as protest target

Canada’s top native chief says the Vancouver Olympics are a potential target for First Nations protest much like Beijing has been a flash point for Tibet supporters.

Phil Fontaine said today that native leaders will use whatever chance they can, including the 2010 Winter Games, to focus governments on aboriginal poverty.

Thousands of Canadians who’ve marched in support of a free Tibet should be “outraged” by abysmal native conditions in their own country, he said today.

“We’ll take whatever opportunity is presented to us to state our case, to set the record straight, to tell Canadians the true story about our situation. They have to stand up and demand immediate action on the part of their government to fix this.

“We find the Tibetan situation compelling,” Fontaine said when asked if the 2010 Olympics could be disrupted by the sort of protest that has dogged Chinese planners.

Indian Affairs Minister Chuck Strahl said he has heard such talk but finds it “a little odd.”

HAHAHA. The US, EU and UK do NOT want this sort of ethnic enclave stuff over here. I knew this would happen. The Indians in America are next. They realize that they should be talking not about reservations but KINGDOMS. And I expect them to demand the US recognize them as a kingdom on par with the Tibetan kingdom. Always, the empires are pro-ethnic shattering abroad and anti-ethnic shattering at home. It is pure hypocrisy here at home.

Shanghai Six regional group considers Iran in expansion plans

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization's decision on whether to admit Iran will depend on general plans for expansion that could see other states join, the head of the group said on Tuesday.

Tehran, which currently holds observer status in the alliance, has long sought to become a full member of the SCO, a security alliance which comprises Russia, China and four Central Asian states and is seen as a counterbalance to U.S. and NATO influence in Asia.

"The consideration of the bid [by Iran] will depend on a political decision on whether to expand our organization," Secretary General Bolat Nurgaliyev said during a Moscow-Beijing video conference hosted by RIA Novosti.

He said Iran's request has already been addressed to Tajikistan, which currently presides over the organization. The other three Central Asian members are Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

Nurgaliyev said several other countries are also considering joining the organization. "We see this as positive evidence that our organization is needed and participation in its activities is useful."

We cannot attack Iran. Iran is going to become part of the Chinese/Russian counter-empire. The strategic errors that led to this disaster was obvious to me for at least 10 years. Instead of making friends with the Iranians after they had the last two elections, we did the exact opposite. When we made it very clear, we will support the fracturing of Iran by supporting ethnic dissatisfactions, the nation had no choice but to crack down on these factions and seek better allies. Their defiance of the US and European powers is, to my mind, a rousing thing. I know that anyone who dreams of resisting the empires are very moved by the Iranians who have fought tenaciously to stop the world's mightiest military powers. Just as Cuba is slowly eroding US power across the planet simply by defying us, Iran is even a stronger case of defiance leading to power. Even as the US tightens the screws on Iran, Iran tightens the noose around our own necks!

I sense something has turned over here. The huge hikes in oil prices are now causing true alarm over here. Thanks to our noxious and evil media owners, the US public cannot understand that our attempts at strangling Iran is killing us. I note that people are suddenly thinking, they will be bankrupt by next year if this keeps up. Since our own dictators refuse to track the inflation caused by food and energy prices, we can pretend there is no inflation if we don't eat or use energy!

But everyone does these things. And since the inflation isn't being fixed via cost of living advances, people here are going under. This process is now accelerating. Our media spent their energy on debating whether Obama was using diplomatic language when he pointed out that people being stranded by economic changes as the US deindustrializes and China builds up, the 'bitter' commentary is more important than discussions about how we can pull out of this economic tail spin.

This is caused by high oil prices which are caused by US/UK/EU attempts at isolating Iran. Recently, Switzerland was accused of being anti-semites because they want to buy energy from Iran. Now, Iran is being embraced by China and Russia and is now formulating a triangular power structure that will destroy US power. Now, let's visit this week's equally stupid New Yorker article. The NYer used to be a smart magazine. But Tina Brown was driven out and replaced by open Zionists. The dumbing down of that once-fine magazine so appalls me, I cancelled my subscription. For the last half a year, they keep sending me the magazine anyway. So I hope this bankrupts them.

Is the West being overtaken by the rest?

Every so often, a grand thesis captures the world’s imagination, at least until it is swept away by events or by a newer, more plausible thesis. The latest one to do so, in policy think tanks, universities, foreign ministries, corporate boardrooms, editorial offices, and international conference centers, is that America’s time of global dominance is finished, and that new powers, such as China, India, and Russia, are poised to take over. It’s an idea that has had as much currency within the United States as elsewhere.

All great empires set too much store by predictions of their imminent demise. Perhaps, as the Greek poet Constantine Cavafy suggested in his poem “Waiting for the Barbarians,” empires need the sense of peril to give them a reason to go on. Why spend so much money and effort if not to keep the barbarians at bay?

America, like England, is running on fumes and debt. When England tried this after WWI, it limped along for a while and then, when Japan turned towards eliminating English power in Asia, it took less than 3 years to accomplish. The British returned only thanks 100% to the rising US power. Now, the US, its economic back broken by 60 years of imperial wars, is limping along. Our proud navy sails the Seven Seas but it is fueled by red ink. The red ink is tremendous. The nations in the world that are in debt the most to foreigners is the US and the UK both! The US overdraft is bankrolled by China and Japan as well as the oil pumping kings. This is total insanity. And deliberate, on the part of the Chinese. They told me many years ago, their plans were to 'be bank' to the US and then dump us into the ash heap of history! It is not accidental nor is it to balance their trade finances. It is their long range plans!

As for great empires crashing: always, it comes at the PEAK of military spending! At the PEAK of power! They go bankrupt. It is that simple. History is crystal clear about this. Empires that can't control their spending always do this.

The New Yorker:

Zakaria sees the future in less belligerent terms. His is the voice of what might be called the Davos consensus, after the Swiss resort where, under the auspices of the World Economic Forum, financial and political élites gather each year for convivial networking. What’s striking about that consensus, though, is how swiftly it can change. Zakaria, who is judicious, reasonable, smooth, intelligent, and a little glib, predicts nothing so rash. He points out that, aside from some pockets of backwardness, the whole world has been getting much richer. Global capitalism has been a huge success. Far from menacing local cultures, as some fear, globalization has, by his accounting, been good for cultural diversity. France and South Korea, “long dominated by American movies, now have large film industries of their own,” he writes, omitting to mention that France had one before Hollywood threatened to wipe it out, and that its revival in France, as in South Korea, has been due more to state subsidies than to global capitalism. Still, even though the economic scene looks gloomier now than it did when he finished his book, Zakaria is correct to insist that many people everywhere have benefitted from the global boom.

The problem, Zakaria writes, is that “as economic fortunes rise, so does nationalism.” This is apparent in Russia, of course, but it is equally so in China, where he talked to a young businessman, and felt as if he “were in Berlin in 1910.” Actually, the prickly nationalism of many Chinese may have less to do with their newfound prosperity than with China’s fraught combination of political autocracy and economic liberalism: nationalism and economic boosterism are all the autocrats have at their disposal to try to legitimatize their continuing monopoly on power. In any case, Zakaria is inclined to think that rational calculation will ultimately prevail. He maintains that the Chinese are by nature a pragmatic people, who will surely realize that it is in their interest to be embedded in the liberal global order. “The veneration of an abstract idea,” he explains, “is somewhat alien to China’s practical mind-set.”

The Chinese are very practical. They also know history. They know that the effort to deindustrialize the US/UK empire is working. They know that money is flowing to China and that China is the world's biggest CREDITOR nation, not debtor nation. They know that the power of money is flowing towards them and away from the US and UK. They know their most dangerous neighbor is Japan. But they also know that Japan is withering on the vine. It is literally dying. They know that Time is on China's side, not Japan's side. They also know that if Japan doesn't change course soon and show some consideration towards the Japanese peasants and workers, they will eventually be crushed by Chinese power. People are power!

I notice the yelling about Chinese population controls has collapsed in the West! HAHAHA. Now, we hope they practice birth control. The main thing is, the Chinese people will expand because they are dynamic and filled with a sense of hope and purpose. This energy is internal and very powerful and I am amazed by it. But again and again, I read commentators who cannot understand that the present global 'boom' that ends with the US sopping up most of the world's resources is ending...FOR US. The present dynamics are being destroyed by food and fuel inflation. The US will not be the destination for all world trade when the Chinese decide to no longer fund us and the Japanese are forced to deal more closely with China. Right now, there is already more Chinese/Japanese trade going on than US/Japanese trade. The Japanese PROFITS are still strictly in the US. But only so long as the US can take on more debt.

The one nation whose presence still guarantees a measure of stability in Asia is the very one whose influence commentators are so quick to write off: the United States of America. The Chinese may not like the fact that the United States has so many bases in Japan and South Korea, but they still prefer it to a nuclear-armed Japan. Cases of American G.I.s molesting local girls enrage the populations of South Korea and Japan, but they still feel safer with a U.S. military presence than without it. Aside from the disaster in Vietnam, the United States has been a reasonably good Asian cop. But how long can it continue to play that role? The longer this postwar arrangement goes on, the longer it will take the East Asian powers to manage their own security responsibly. The same can be said of the Europeans, as became painfully clear in the Balkan conflicts.

This paragraph clearly shows how bizarre US thinkers are. Japan will have nukes just like Iran will have nukes. For self-protection. Japan has about 5 minutes time to pray to the gods before dying in WWIII. They have ZERO chance of surviving. And they know this and all their animators have illustrated this harsh fact over and over again. They are VERY leery of any nuclear war. China can take direct hits and still hit back hard due to sheer size. Only the US, Russia, Brazil and China can easily survive WWIII. Few other nations can do this. Maybe India and Australia. But that is one very short list.

And the Chinese and Russians know this! They aren't stupid. The US has NOT been 'a good cop' in Asia at all, by the way. Ask the Vietnamese. I note the deranged author mentioned them. Heh. But he didn't bother mentioning Cambodia or Laos, of course. Or Indonesia. Or half of Korea. Or a lot of other people.

Europe is content to have the US patrol their empire for free. They also run a trade surplus with us. Ditto, England. Ditto in spades, Japan. We are NOT benefitting China with our hostile patrols, our spy planes invading Chinese airspace, our bombings of Chinese embassies, our harassment of Chinese trade deals, our meddling in Chinese internal affairs. We are openly hostile and China won't let us pretend otherwise. So they yank our chain.

This is why they had military get togethers where they entertained our military chiefs and then turned around and kicked our ships out of Hong Kong! This is how they display our impotence to their neighbors who all sat up and listened. Particularly the Japanese. The Japanese are bankrupting us. They know this and enjoy doing this. But this means, they lose our military powers. So they want to prop us up but they can't help but destroy us at the same time. It behooves the US to prevent them from doing this. But we can't. We want to be an empire and will try this until totally bankrupt. Even if it means, begging China for more money.

While spitting in China's face. And how will this end? History is crystal clear. Spain certainly does not order around America. Nor does Germany. Dead empires can't order anyone around. A quick review of other diplomatic news as Russia and China build their massive diplomatic empires:

S. Korean President Proposes Permanent Diplomatic Channel With Pyongyang

North Korea has hurled a series of what Lee calls "belligerent and bellicose" statements about Lee since he took office 50 days ago.

"Both North and South Korea must change their ways," Lee said. "It is not sufficient for North Korea to resort to their old ways."

To that end, he said, he wanted to establish a permanent channel so the two countries could have a regular dialogue, rather than intermittent contacts elicited by crises. He said that offices should be headed by officials with direct access to the leaders of each country.

Every time South Korea decides to go rely on US power, North Korea kicks up the dust. Here is is, again. Eventually, they will reunite. Under the Chinese umbrella. But first, the US must go bankrupt. This is in our futures.

Russia cancels Libya's $4.5 bln debt in exchange for contracts

TRIPOLI, April 17 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow wrote off on Thursday Libya's $4.5 billion debt in exchange for multi-billion dollar contracts for Russian companies.

The cancelation of the debt, accrued on Soviet arms supplies, was one of over a dozen intergovernmental trade and cooperation agreements signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi.

After the signing ceremony, the outgoing Russian leader told reporters: "We are satisfied with the way we have resolved this problem. I am absolutely convinced that the scheme we have arrived at will benefit both the Russian and the Libyan economies, as well as the Russian and the Libyan people."

Russia is slowly rebuilding OPEC. Piece by piece, to the horror of Europe. The US ignores this only because we are so totally unable to influence this process at all. Thus, the US media demonization of Putin. Putin will go down in history as a political genius and Father of the Nation of Russia, by the way. Just as Bush will go down as the destroyer of America.

By the way, I often compare US/UK strategic thinking to playing mental games. In Asia, they play Go and in the West, we play chess. The rulers of Russia and China play Go and Chess for fun and to hone the mental skills which are used for diplomacy and war. The US doesn't do either. Our rulers can barely play 'Old Maid'. Territory

Territory is called'ji'in Japanese. Diagram 2 shows some examples. The continuous lines formed by the black stones form the limits of the territories. The size of territory is expressed in terms of the number of open intersections within it. The unit is called a point,'moku'in Japanese. The territories marked A, B and C are all of the same size..12 points for the black player. Incidentally, it is obvious here that to form territory, it is most efficient to make use of the edge lines as in the case of Pattern A. Pattern B, which makes use of one edge line is not as economical as A, but more economical than C, which must be entirely bounded by lines of stones.

Contiguity of Stones

The unit for the number of stones is also called 'moku' the same as in the case of territory. All stones are of equal power, but like soldiers in a battle, the stones in a good configuration are more powerful than those in a poor pattern, in which the stones cannot function as effectively and economically. Stones of the same color form a firm line when they are placed contiguously along a straight line as in (A) in Diagram 3. Remember an isolated stone means less power for the contestant who has such a stone.

Life of a Stone

A stone has life and it may be killed. This is crucial element that makes'Go'an interesting game.

The trick here is to exploit empty spaces, not fill them. The lesson here is, it doesn't do much good if an empire has many military outposts if these are costing too much. And the costs of defending distant areas can endanger the main body. Just watching Go games can be a good exercise for understanding strategy and power politics.

US Sends Assassin Drones Into Pakistan

It was a very disgusting turn in our nation's history when we decided to act like Israelis. We now torture prisoners, invade countries on spurious excuses, we create refugees and act like moral monsters, demanding everyone cease ethnic cleansing except for us. We also send assassin drones all over the planet to kill our opponents. The US and our gang of former imperial powers recognize Kosovo but not Palestine. And on it goes! I am totally against splitting up nations along ethnic lines and this will come home to roost here in America eventually.

Unilateral Strike Called a Model For U.S. Operations in Pakistan

The missiles killed Abu Laith al-Libi, a senior al-Qaeda commander and a man who had repeatedly eluded the CIA's dragnet. It was the first successful strike against al-Qaeda's core leadership in two years, and it involved, U.S. officials say, an unusual degree of autonomy by the CIA inside Pakistan.

Having requested the Pakistani government's official permission for such strikes on previous occasions, only to be put off or turned down, this time the U.S. spy agency did not seek approval. The government of Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf was notified only as the operation was underway, according to the officials, who insisted on anonymity because of diplomatic sensitivities.

Officials say the incident was a model of how Washington often scores its rare victories these days in the fight against al-Qaeda inside Pakistan's national borders: It acts with assistance from well-paid sympathizers inside the country, but without getting the government's formal permission beforehand.

The IDF in Israel has zero concept of sovereignty too. The US and Israel are both sliding down this terrible slope of increasing immorality and assassinations and sudden unilateral attacks. Increasingly, both the US and Israel are basically saying they have no need for treaties or laws. This is the definition of a rogue nation! If we can't get 'cooperation' it doesn't mean we can ignore things and do whatever we want, anyway. This is called 'chaos' as well as being a cause for war. Both the US and Israel use their nuclear arsenal to get away with these things. Instead of disarming, both nations are hyper-arming while at the same time, desperately trying to disarm everyone else. This contradictory movement is driving us all to WWIII.

The fact that the US asks the puppet who just lost the 'election' there for 'permission' and then, not getting it, go in anyway is such utter insanity, it leaves me aghast. So. Will Mr. Spielberg, a fine movie maker, boycott Israel and the US for these things? Will the world talk about the need to stop the destruction of Palestine? The displacement of millions of Iraqis? The Darfur matter gets lots of attention in Jewish media circles. But not things the Jews or the Americans are doing in Muslim lands. Suddenly, all grows dark. Being able to invade, kill, maim and destroy or threaten people with nuclear bombs: all OK with Spielberg and others of his ilk.

By the way, I notice more and more writers are misusing the word, 'ilk'. This is a negative connotation word used when one is condemning a group of people, it is not a neutral word for a collection of people.

The fact that the US is refusing to accept sovereign borders means that the 9/11 attackers were doing exactly what the US is doing. Like the US, they flew in illegally and assassinated people using airplanes. We use drones. What would happen if China and Russia began sending drones flying all over America, assassinating us? Of course, that would start WWIII. This is why it behooves the US to not do this to Pakistan which is increasingly a nuclear power.

Eventually, a ruler will arise in Pakistan who will be irritable about all this and do something drastic. The US has to stop. Just stop it. If we are mad about 'terrorists', going crazy and acting like assassins won't fix the problem. It expands the problem!

Voters rebuke Musharraf

Opposition parties appeared ready this morning to form a new government, with greater strength than predicted – a development that could pose serious problems for the presidency of Pervez Musharraf.

Despite exchanges of gunfire, a polling station hit by a rocket from militants, and the death of at least eight activists from the late Benazir Bhutto's Pakistan Peoples Party, millions turned out for what was being touted as the most important poll in Pakistan's history.

Now the disorders in other places we are trying to militarily occupy are spreading. The election in Pakistan had a very low turn out but everyone is so turned off by Musharraff, he lost totally. But this election isn't about the 'will of the people' or they would nuke us every time we send in killer drones to shoot missiles at them at home! And I expect this in the end. The disorders are not vanishing because of our stupid assassination program, it is expanding!

And I remember when we DENOUNCED assassinations! Look at the series of assassinations going on in poor Lebanon! Israel, Syria, Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia all have a finger in the Assassin Pie. And it is spreading its wings across the region. Israel, in particular, is very addicted to assassinations. Including killing its own leaders. So this is only going to make things worse and worse and it is utterly immoral. Just like we didn't fight WWI or WWII with assassins! Indeed, throughout history, the Code of Honor talked about this. Assassins were bad guys and kings using them were pariahs. No one would admire a king if he used assassins! And this is why we must take the high road, not the pig sty road, and stop endorsing or doing assassinations. It is in the same category as torture: you lose too much moral ground to make it worthwhile.

Saudi Arabia Eager to Replace Iran

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin met with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal yesterday, February 14, 2008. In Riyadh, they are strongly concerned about the large-scale cooperation of Russia and Iran, particularly the nuclear one.
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal stayed in Moscow only for a few hours yesterday, and the meeting with President Vladimir Putin took most of his visit. The prince delivered to Putin a personal letter of Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah, who initiated negotiations.

The sources say the letter describes Riyadh’s evaluation of the Middle East situation. But Saud Al-Faisal evidently passed the most vital message by word of mouth. In Saudi Arabia, they are sure that Iran’s policy will shatter the region in future and the helping hand of Moscow is needed to prevent it.

Riyadh elaborated a plan to save the region from the so-called Iranian threat, where it is to play the key role in tandem with Moscow. So, the Saudi guest endeavored to persuade the Kremlin that stronger Iran would disbalance the Middle East. In return to winding up Russia’s-Iranian contracts, Riyadh promised to buy Russia’s weapons at large, replacing Iran as its partner in military and technical field.

I have seen some subterranean signs that Saudi Arabia is trying to triangulate with both Russia and China. They know that US and Israeli assassins will destroy them if they don't have strong allies and good friends who don't want to see the US and Israel stomp all over the Middle East. The Saudis are slowly buying up the US and British banking and financial systems but they know that this will be meaningless if the empires decide to seize all their funds and unilaterally attack Saudi Arabia. So they want the insurance of other powers who can nuke the US and England.

Russian ruble could be used in oil trade deals in Iran - envoy

The Russian ruble could be used as a payment instrument for deals on an Iranian oil exchange, the Islamic Republic's ambassador to Moscow said on Friday.

"Possibly in the future, we'll be able to use the ruble, Russia's national currency, in our operations," Gholamreza Ansari said, adding that the Islamic Republic was currently busy launching a new oil trade exchange.

The Iranians are playing an interesting game. I don't know if Russia wants the ruble to be the currency used in energy markets. There are so many considerations here, I don't think they want to jump into this with both feet. But Iran is trying to force everyone to use many different currencies because they can't be part of the banking system thanks to the assassins in nuclear Israel and nuclear US as well as nuclear France and nuclear England. This quartet of assassins who use nukes as blackmail are intent on seeing Iran not be equally powerful. Saudi Arabia is frightened about the possibility of nuclear war but they also can see that the tolerance shown to them is very thin and will soon vanish the minute the US imagines they can assassinate the entire royal family with a squadron of drones shooting missiles.

The recent business in Kosovo strengthens their hand. Russia and China are joined with a host of other nations in decrying the continuing shattering of the Balkans into ethnic enclaves. Israel is most anxious to promote the concept of religious/ethnic cleansing. The bloody wars of the last 100 years were all about ethnic cleansing events. Despite this, the desire to push for more is great since it moralizes the effort of the Jews to displace the natives in Palestine! So the US, England, Germany and France, the quartet of empires that caused or fought in WWI and WWII are all cheering on the ethnic cleansing in the Balkans! These nuclear powers that are addicted to assassinations and cross-border attacks arrogantly believe they get to redraw the maps of any nation they wish, hahaha.

Kosovo Is Recognized but Rebuked by Others

Kosovo won the recognition of the United States and its biggest Western European allies on Monday, while earning rebukes and rejections from Serbia, Russia and a disparate mix of states the world over who face their own separatist movements at home.

One day after the tiny Balkan province declared its independence, the world had its chance to choose sides. While some countries had made their decisions months in advance, that did not diminish the drama of whether a newly birthed nation would be welcomed into the fold or rejected.

Major European powers, including France, Germany and Britain, along with the United States, officially recognized Kosovo, even as officials took pains to point out that it should not serve as an invitation or precedent for other groups hoping to declare independence. That is because one of the biggest unknowns remains whether Kosovo’s declaration could rekindle conflicts elsewhere, including in ethnically divided Bosnia.

As a result, the reverberations were felt from Russian-backed enclaves in Georgia to the Taiwan Strait. Spain, a member of the European Union and one of the countries with soldiers in the NATO force in Kosovo, refused its recognition. Yet Turkey, despite its history of conflict with Kurdish separatists, chose to support Kosovo’s independence.

It baffles me that England endorses this. One peek at the bloody history of Ireland shows us that the Crown and Parliament both love to seize nations and enslave them. No surprise that Spain is condemning this move by Kosovo. Indeed, all over Europe, there are breakaway moves going on. Scotland, for example. Belgium is breaking into at least two pieces. Italy is condemning this due to these sorts of movements to shatter that state continue unabated since the Middle Ages. India, Sri Lanka, China, there are more than one Asian nation, Indonesia, etc, who condemn this and are angry that the quartet of imperial powers of NATO are promoting this sort of thing.

The US breaks apart the entire world in order to dominate it. Failing that, we send in drones to assassinate anyone who defies us. Africa is poor and weak due to being chopped apart into smaller and smaller units. Eventually, it will be like Germany or Italy after 1600: a collection of tiny sub-states. The US is one big nation that had its nastiest wars with the biggest casualties during the Civil War when half of the nation wanted separation. So, here we are, our bloody history is all about military occupations enforcing 'unity', going around splitting nations apart gleefully. This might come back to bite us. Especially if people think they can do religious/ethnic cleansing here.

Turkey, by the way, is hoping to regain power in the Balkans with this. They want to see the Christians driven out and thus, have a hyper-alliance again. And they are happy that France and Germany are helping them in this. They want to be part of the European Union so they are in harmony with this move. So it is no mystery. They will still whack anyone daring to do the same in Turkey.

Israeli army 'crimes' unpunished

An Israeli human rights group says the overwhelming majority of Israeli troops suspected of criminal offences against Palestinians are never indicted.

The small number of investigations and even fewer indictments showed Israel's army was ignoring its duty to protect Palestinian civilians, Yesh Din says.

It said soldiers felt they had immunity from investigation and prosecution, which inevitably led to more offences.

An Israeli foreign ministry spokesman said no-one was above the law.

The ugly face of ethnic cleansing. No matter how hideous the behavior, just like the US and NATO troops in other Muslim lands, it is evidently OK to let the troops commit crimes. The behavior of the Jewish troops in Palestine seem to mirror the Wehrmacht in Europe during WWII. The point is to be as cruel, capricious and vicious as possible so the population at large either flees or dies. The Jews of all people, should be ashamed of themselves. I wait until my face turns blue for good old moralist, Mr. Spielberg, to denounce this and boycott Israel.

He won't. Mirrors make vampires shrivel up and die. So he can't use one.

Sarkozy defends Holocaust proposal amid uproar

French President Nicolas Sarkozy, facing a tide of criticism over his call for schoolchildren to "adopt" Jewish child victims of the Holocaust, hit back on Friday saying France had to raise children "with open eyes".

In a speech praising faith that also drew fire from secularists, Sarkozy told France's Jewish community on Wednesday that every 10-year-old schoolchild should be "entrusted with the memory of a French child victim of the Holocaust".

The proposal unleashed a storm of protest from teachers, psychologists and his political foes who said it would unfairly burden children with the guilt of previous generations and some could be traumatized by identifying with a Holocaust victim.

I would suggest the French Jewish President have the children learn about both a Jewish child under the Nazis and a Palestinian child who is still alive and trying to survive under Jewish rule! Then they can see the obvious connection and this will force the Jews to stop acting like Nazis. But of course, he wants us to focus on Nazis and not Jewish imitators of Nazis. To him, it is OK to be an assassin, a thief or a liar so long as it gives his own ethnic group an advantage.

I will note the resistance here. Anyone disputing WWII history is put in prison in Europe because they have no free speech. People avoid talking about Jews so this does help Jewish ethnic cleansing in Palestine. But every once and a while it erupts. And in this case, the fury is a sign that this avoidance is about to end. If things go very badly in Europe due to global crashes, I expect the usual cycle to begin yet again. Only this time, the Jewish people will have no excuse about their own efforts to insure that we have a very vicious ethnic cleansing episode yet again!

Which is why I am so very annoyed by all this! Tolerance is a totally different beast from ethnic identity! The cure for Naziism isn't Jewish Naziism in the form of Zionism. It is to stop this sort of thing. Stop ethnic cleansing. Stop religious wars. Spreading democracy, unity and freedom of speech, that is the cure for Naziism! The victims ultimately of the Nazis are the Palestinian people. They had absolutely nothing to do with the crimes of WWII. Yet they pay the price. In spades.

Police feared 'airport stand-off'

An Israeli general wanted for alleged war crimes escaped arrest in the UK because British police feared an armed confrontation at Heathrow airport.

Documents seen by BBC News reveal how Major General Doron Almog managed to fly back to Israel when police failed to board his plane in September 2005.

He stayed on board for two hours after a tip-off that he was facing detention.

Police were concerned about a potential clash with Israeli air marshals or armed personal security on the plane.

Yesterday, it was the cruel House of Saud that was in the news. Now we learn of a similar event with the Jews. Namely, they too, can get away with murder. They too, can defy the courts in England. They can break laws and then threaten England with violence and then fly off, laughing. An English writer, Irving, can be put in prison for disputing WWII data but the Jewish military overlords in the Middle East can commit crimes of murder and get off scot free.

But then, so do our leaders. Who are sending assassin drones around the planet at will, murdering people in their beds. What a lesson we learned from WWII! How well we learned the legal lessons of the Nüremberg Trials!

Nuclear War Keeps Intruding Into Our Troubled Waking World

In today's Money Matters article, we get to discuss China's sudden change in direction in the forex markets as well as trade. The flow of money, the flow of history is now changing rapidly. The status quo is dying. Like passengers on the Titanic, our banking and diplomatic systems and the people running them are now adrift in the Atlantic. Our potential power in the Pacific has sunk like the Arizona in Pearl Harbor. There is virtually no news analysis in the mainstream media about the huge shifts in Asian power politics but online, a lively discussion is now at hand. I must stand alone as one of the few Americans to call all the shots correctly from day one. This is not accidental. I know the Chinese leadership's 50 year plan. They hatched it right under my family's nose.

A new government in the Marshall Islands may spell trouble for America

FIFTY years have passed since America ended nuclear testing in the Marshall Islands. But its 52,500 people are still wrestling with the legacy. On January 7th they ditched the pro-American administration led by Kessai Note and elected instead a government backed by disgruntled chiefs and senators from the nuclear-affected atolls. The new leaders are unhappy with their nation's “Compact of Free Association” (CFA) with the United States. They want to press the claims of nuclear victims on the islands of Bikini, Rongelap, Utrik and Enewetak. They are also considering opening diplomatic relations with China.

America has reason to worry. It retains important strategic interests on Kwajalein, the country's largest atoll. Test missiles fired from California as part of the “Star Wars II” missile-defence programme regularly plunge spectacularly onto the lagoon floor, to be retrieved for scientific analysis.

This video is a story about the islanders who are still suffering from WWIII. Yes, it began in 1949 and I have said repeatedly, this nuclear war featured many hundreds of nuclear bombs going off on land, sea and in the atmosphere as well as deep in the earth.

This is a propaganda film about the infamous Bikini Island attack whereby the US lied to the islanders and told them the bomb would be a temporary thing and they could all go back home soon afterwards.

Dear readers, I don't know how most people look at these images but just posting them here made me cry. I can't bear looking at videos of nuclear bombs. I grew up in the shadow of the Valley of Death and WWIII. My father, due to his high standing within the missile/nuclear/advisor to Eisenhower community, knew a tremendous amount of highly-classified material which I was partially privy to as a child because frankly, my very favorite game was The Ghost Spy. I spied on my dad. A lot.

I was so very serious about all this, I thought I could develop the ability to dematerialize and go through walls so I practiced this art. I would stand close to a wall and stare at one point there and then visualize the individual atoms. My grandfather, a well-known astronomer and friend of Einstein, helped me do this by explaining how atoms create solids and how actually, all things had movement even if we can't see it with our eyes.

He also explained the space/time continuum which I figured, after being hit by lightning, was a great back door into the past and future. So I began a career of snooping using all these things. I never could merge with and pass through walls, though. But I did learn how to eavesdrop. One great thing about being a very small girl with an IQ over 150 was, I could understand what adults were talking about. I could read before I was 3 years old so I read newspapers as well as letters and other documents. Figuring out what they meant was a real challenge but the gossip between adults was very useful if one listens in to top scientists and politicians!

And my playmates were the children of the powerful so I would question them about anything they overheard.

As a very secret WWIII raged all around us and deep inside America itself, the government kept most of this top secret. Being a child, I would innocently go out into the public and tell people, sometimes with great alarm, what was going on. Only to have my own parents tell people, I was crazy.

Well.....as secret documents get published, 99.9% of my 'crazy' stuff turned out to be the truth. One of the truths the government denied heatedly was the health and pollution dangers of this raging nuclear war as Russia, China, Europe and the US exploded nuclear bombs all over the planet earth. I remember very vividly living at the secret rocket testing base in Death Valley at China Lake, overhearing, while lurking near some rather drunk adults, discussing the fearful East Wind.

I grew up fearing the wind blowing from the East. To this day, I cannot sit still when this happens, I pace the floor. This was due to all the scientists hiding us children from this fearful, fatal, destructive wind which carried the invisible Seeds of Death. We children would go to the eastern edge of the facility where the watch towers loomed overhead with guns and soldiers and peer to the east to see if we could see the nuclear bomb's clouds climb to the heavens. We were never told why we must fear the wind but I was very curious and asked my Watchers to tell me about it so I got to overhear this conversation.

They were discussing whether or not to tell Eisenhower about the recent discovery that the nuclear fallout was deadly. One scientist mentioned Hiroshima and the continuing death toll there. This is the first time I heard the name, 'Hiroshima'. Everyone at this gathering was very fearful of the ongoing McCarthy Unamerican Committee hearings. I know my dad was scared. Eisenhower assured all the scientists working in the rocket community, none of them would go down like several of the nuclear bomb scientists. But the fear was a very dark force. No one believed that Eisenhower would, in the end, really protect them. Already, we lost a top Chinese scientist who fled to Communist Chinese and became the Father of Rocketry there and who told Chou Enlai to invite my father as the first guest after Nixon's first visit. This is how I got involved with the top Chinese, by the way.

Back to my childhood: a top propaganda point was, nuclear bomb tests were not a war on the planet and all living things but rather, safe! And protected America. I began to argue with my dad in 1959 over this issue. No adult likes to hear a 9 year old explain reality. So this battle raged between himself and I until 1963. When a playmate of mine lay dying due to exposure to nuclear bomb tests, we had a raging fight. My father hit me.

I told him to kill me, too. Instead, he gave in and went to President Kennedy and asked him to stop those DAMN nuclear tests! I was elated when Kennedy unexpectedly agreed. Then, Kennedy was shot.

Sigh. Every day, since 1950 when I was born, the world has lived under the Sword of Total Destruction. Every year, it gets worse, not better. People foolishly thought, when the Soviet Union fell, it was over and all was going to be wonderful. But the US, eager for power and control, not only didn't disarm but HYPERARMED itself. We have more, not less, destructive power than in 1989. And we launched a series of aggressive wars for dominance of world essential resources.

The People On Atolls In Pacific Are Leaning Towards China

The new president, Litokwa Tomeing, has said his country's links with Taiwan are not paying off and that he wants to switch diplomatic recognition to China. If he does—and Taiwan is lobbying hard and expensively to dissuade him—that may further unsettle America. When Kiribati, another country of sun-baked atolls and lagoons just to the south, had links with Beijing, it allowed the Chinese to build a satellite-tracking station on the island of Tarawa. When it switched to Taipei in 2003, the station was hastily removed, to American relief. America would be unlikely to tolerate a similar facility in a Chinese-allied Marshall Islands.

These islanders were transformed during WWII from small fishing communities settled by Asian people hundreds and hundreds of years ago, people who came paddling over in dug out canoes, the Polynesians who spread across all the Pacific Islands, morphed into top pieces in the Nuclear Chess Game of the second half of the 20th century. Now, as tools of the military dominance scheme of the West, these pawns are finding out, they can triangulate for money and power. They know the US can crush them like little bugs but not if the bugs are items of interest to the Chinese.

The Chinese are gradually extending their influence using the money and skills they have built up in the last 15 years after they ditched the old Maoist schemes of revolution and mass human wave power. Note how, as part of this story, the US uses Taiwan as a cat's paw. We don't want to be seen to be directly manipulating nations so we use proxies. And Taiwan, in order to justify the US spending trillions to protect both Taiwanese sovereignty as well as their shipping and in particular, their huge trade surplus with the US. So they will do our bidding in matters like these islanders who understandably, fear the US.

And they don't trust us for obvious reasons! We lie to them! In particular, about nuclear bombs. When the very first hydrogen bomb test was used to destroy an entire island, the scientists and the President of the United States, Truman, already knew that the bomb would pollute the land and water with nuclear fall out and various heavy metals. They knew about the side effects of Hiroshima that was from a much, much weaker bomb. Both in the US and at sea, our soldiers and sailors were exposed directly to nuclear bombs in order for the Pentagon to claim, these bombs were destructive but only briefly destructive.

As if that were enough! The thought of armies waging combat on a nuclear wasteland is a terrible nightmare that haunts me even and especially, today. The Chinese were spying on our satellite system not so they can start a nuclear war but to PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM A SNEAK ATTACK. The US was now allied closely with not one but two nations with a recent history of sneak attacks: Germany and Japan. And we keep forgetting that the one temptation of nuclear war is the utility of a sneak attack: the sneak has a much higher chance of winning than the trusting side!

The US recently said we can, without warning, unilaterally launch a war. This declaration endangers not only peace but our own survival. For this means, all other nations like Iran, should prepare for sneak attacks and react violently to any clashes with the US. We saw this recently with the US blowing up a very silly encounter between some small speed boats and our mighty navy in the Persian Gulf.

Iran says US 'lost face' over ship incident

Foreign ministry spokesman Mohammad Ali Hosseini accused the US of exaggerating the incident "to fool the region" during a visit by US President George W. Bush to Washington's Arab allies.

"The Americans have lost face again," he told reporters.

"They tried to bring it up at the same time as Bush was travelling to the region to paint Iran in a bad light. But their plans fell flat," he said.

The US has lost so much face recently, we are like the man in the story, 'The Man In The Iron Mask'. Due to this huge arsenal of nuclear bombs, we feel we can do whatever we wish. The entire push to disarm first, Iraq, and now, Iran, is based on the premise that Europe and America, grand wielders of Wotan's Ashe Tree Staff, can stride the planet, flourishing our collective nuclear arsenal, while ordering nations we wish to dominate, to disarm. This unilateralism is being spoiled by both nuclear China and nuclear Russia. Iran is less and less isolated as the dollar drops and oil costs more. This latest encounter had only one major effect: it raised the price of oil and dropped the value of the dollar.

Perhaps our rulers who are making money off of all this, wanted this to happen. But the dogs of war are breeding the nags of economic doom. As the Bible clearly states, the Apocalypse has four horses, not one. And as we push the red horse of war, the pale white horse of want gallops alongside. One of the unfortunate side effects of WWII on our nation was the idea that war can make us rich. Nuclear war will end with us looking like Hiroshima. This idea still doesn't resonate well in the US. The tiff over these tiny Pacific islands shows us how vulnerable we are and how our plans to hyper-arm the US are failing. The golden opportunity to disarm is past.

And I know the Chinese were interested in that, long ago. They don't fear army to army clashes because they can field an army of millions. It is the West, with the birth dearth, that fears direct fighting. Nukes make us bolder.

The business of the Chinese refusing us docking rights continues:

Adm. Timothy Keating, commander of US Pacific Command, and James Shinn, a newly minted assistant secretary of Defense for the region, left Saturday for a week-long trip to China. Their visit will include high-level meetings in which the US aims to better understand the PLA's decisionmaking process and to try to answer the Pentagon's broader questions about China's rapid military buildup and its intentions toward neighboring Taiwan.

But the elephant in the room may be a series of incidents last fall after the PLA refused to allow the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk and its accompanying ships into the Hong Kong port for a planned Thanksgiving visit. The PLA said it was a "misunderstanding," and a day later agreed to allow the ships in. But the Kitty Hawk had already departed, US officials say, disappointing more than 300 family members of American sailors who had flown there to celebrate the holiday with their loved ones.

Earlier that week, China refused safe harbor during a storm to two American minesweepers, the USS Patriot and the USS Guardian – in violation of international maritime agreements.

The moves may have been a way for China to show its displeasure after President Bush awarded the Congressional Gold Medal to the Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of Tibet whom China sees as a separatist, some analysts say. If so, they say, it's one more sign of China's willingness to use the military relationship with the US for political purposes.

Note here that the US is going to China, not the other way around. The Chinese know that we figured out why they were pissed off. Bush's refusal to back down won't work. The Japanese did a series of such actions whereby they honored people that pissed off the Chinese. This was the Prime Minister worshipping at the Yasakuni Shrine. The US people think Koizumi was our dear friend. But all of Asia saw him as a dangerous apologist for Japanese war crimes. The US stood alone in this matter and lost a lot of face over this. For we should have forced our dear buddy to stop praying for Japan's ghosts to rise up with the Rising Sun flag and slay Japan's enemies! For that is US!

Back then, I said that we could not side with Japan nor could we allow Japan to openly insult all our own war dead. The dead at Pearl Harbor, at Iwo Jima, they were being insulted. All of Asia saw that the US was a paper tiger led by fools who kissed Japanese feet after being kicked in the face. Our power in Asia declined rapidly. No one takes us very seriously anymore. Though they all consider us to be very dangerous, thanks to our nuclear arsenal.

The US navy has to walk on eggshells with the Japanese and now, the Chinese. We don't have to do all of this, of course. We could have stood up to Japan when they openly insulted us. But we didn't. So why are we spending a fortune, protecting Japan?

As I have pointed out, Japan has bought the majority of US bonds. Now, China is doing this and for the same reason: to control US diplomatic and military power.

China urges U.S. not to send wrong signal to Taiwan

China on Monday demanded the United States to observe its commitment on the Taiwan issue and not to send the wrong signal to the forces of the "Taiwan Independence".

"We demand the U.S. not to allow Chen Shui-bian to engage in any separatist activities of 'Taiwan Independence' by using U.S. territory," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu.

Jiang made the remarks when asked to comment on Chen Shui-bian's stopover in Alaska on Jan. 13, according to a press release by Chinese Foreign Ministry.

Right on the heels of the election disaster for Chen, he pops off to the US on a mission to show defiance to China. The Chinese then warn us to lay off. This is a very dangerous game for both China and the US have nuclear weapons. Taiwan is part of China and will eventually be either eliminated as a habitable place or joined up with China. In the long, long run, Taiwan, joined with China, will be one of the strongest places on earth. The government wants the old status quo where they could dream about reconquista of China while at the same time, playing as if they were a province in the US/UK empire.

The US allowed totally unequal trade in the name of strengthening our 'allies' in the Cold War. But now, with all our 'allies' running huge trade surpluses with the US as well as all our 'enemies' doing likewise, the US power is in severe decline. Chen hopes to get the US to back him quickly in a final gambit to have the US declare Taiwan to be the Real China again like in the pre-Nixon days.

Bush Mideast speech draws cool response

Whether chastising Iran or praising Palestinian elections, analysts said, Bush left out key facts that would have offered a messier — and more true-to-life — portrait of the modern Middle East.

"Iran is a neighbor, we have to deal with that," said Ambassador Ibrahim Mohieldin, director of the Arab League's Americas department. "The U.S. is thousands of miles away from Iran - it's OUR national security that will be affected" if leaders agree to keep Tehran isolated at Washington's request.

Bush heaped praise on his hosts, the rulers of the United Arab Emirates, for luring foreign investment and "building a prosperous society out of the desert." Left out, noted analyst Manar Shorbagy, an associate professor who teaches a course on U.S. politics at the American University in Cairo, was the ill-fitting fact that Iran is the country's No. 1 trade partner.

Also unmentioned was the UAE's role as an important conduit for Iranian imports in spite of U.S.-backed economic sanctions. Moreover, a large and thriving Iranian expatriate community is central to commerce and society in Abu Dhabi and its more glamorous sister city, the commercial hub of Dubai.

The UAE are leftovers of the British Empire's gambit to split up all other empires into tiny bits. This consortium is very similar to all the other islands of the Crown. They are tax havens! They are sucking the lifeblood from the US and others. Our Vice President [the word 'vice' is very fitting here] treasonously had the company he used to head an still has a huge interest in, Halliburton has moved to these pirate coves and along with them, a host of financiers and corporations are relocating there so they can evade taxes.

And the US is going bankrupt. The worker base is deep in debt and seeing declining wages while our top organizations all move offshore to pirate coves like the UAE. Bush praises this process because he and his mates are planning to relocate after destroying the once-great USA. The lack of outrage over this outrageous praise of the very people undermining our power and finances, alarms me. But then, everyone is digging our grave, it seems.

Patriotism has been reduced to its lowest level: flag waving for lower working class stiffs who mistake easy money for collective power. In all ways, they are being reduced slowly while the top 1% plays international politics. One mistake here: the Chinese leadership has no plans to move anywhere. They will remain in the Forbidden City and rule from the Dragon Throne.

Taiwan And China Will Join In This Decade!

The Chinese saying goes: “true gold fears not the fire of the furnace”. I got this from the official website of the Kuomitang web page. They won the election in Taiwan, a stunning victory not expected by Americans and indeed, the importance of this victory is studiously being ignored in the media but not here! For I expected this to happen, I have written about the KMT and Chen, the present leader of Taiwan. This is a long and interesting story! And today's news is a tremendous triumph for Hu's diplomacy. He is, bar none, the world's greatest diplomat. Historians will study his passage through the tangled rose bushes of world diplomacy. And now, Taiwan will finally get their panda, too!

Taiwan's opposition Nationalist Party,

Ta which supports closer ties with mainland China, won a landslide victory in parliamentary elections Saturday in a major upset for President Chen Shui-bian.

The opposition victory is a massive blow to Chen's government, whose hard-line policies were aimed at formalizing de facto independence for Taiwan. Chen, who has been president for eight years, must step down after the presidential elections on March 22.

This is big, big news. So you won't see in our media. No empire survives long if it is as stupid as the hindquarters of a stegosaurus. The US firmly believes in a fantasy diplomacy which is why Bush was blubbering all over the Middle East while Hu has been patiently waiting for the ripe fruit of Taiwan to fall into his lap. This changes many things. I fully expect Taiwan to now begin to triangulate even faster than Japan and Japan is furiously triangulating with China. Hu's victories in this quarter are astonishing. No longer is Japan sneering at China. The leaders are exchanging visits and having top secret meetings where they work out details to nettlesome things like the business about the yuan and yen being undervalued vis a vis the dollar [hint: not in our best interests here]. So now, Taiwan will get to join the dance and the three will interact in a complex and luscious little threesome and we will not even figure out, our goose is cooked. Until it is served for dinner.

The US is utterly unprepared emotionally and financially for Asia to form a multi-level alliance against us. Japan wants us in their back pocket and they wish to use us as a negotiating tool but they are not interested in preserving our power in itself. The US military wanted Japan to fund our bases there recently and this was turned down, quite obviously. They want us to accumulate debts, not have them be taxed directly for our protection forces. But events are moving fast. The US is floundering financially and the Japanese can feel the chill wind of another recession coming on.

KMT will not abuse its power of majority," said Wu Po-hsiung, chairman of the Nationalist, or Kuomintang, Party. "Instead KMT will use it on stabilizing the society, uniting the nation and restoring the image the parliament should have."

There are 17 million Taiwanese registered to vote from a population of 23 million, and the turnout was 58.5 percent.

A major election issue was the economy, political observers said. Salaries have remained stagnant and unemployment is high in one of the world's top 20 economies, while the prices of consumer goods have soared -- at the same time as China has enjoyed an economic boom.

Absolutely everyone has inflation but Japan. Ahem. And the US was, as with all the Asian countries, the destination of much of the manufacturing of goods but over time, this has been shifting. The natural force of economic energy is for Taiwan to be attracted to China. Taiwan watched stupidly, with their mouths open, as Japan built factories in China and then, using them, undersold Taiwan in the US. The loss of market share due to hostilities to China have been IMMENSE. And now, will end. The two Chinas, close in so many ways, will get closer rapidly. China would love to do business with Taiwan and draw them into the Chinese sphere, bit by bit.

The Nationalists have promised to boost the economy by allowing Chinese tourists to visit the island and arranging direct flights between Taiwan and China.

My father was the FIRST human to fly directly between Taiwan and mainland China back in the 1970's, doing diplomacy for President Carter. This was so top secret, I didn't know about before it happened. Heh. To see this happen regularly will be a delight. Here is the BBC's take on this very important news:

Taiwan nationalists in huge win

Taiwan's opposition nationalist Kuomintang (KMT) party has won a landslide victory in parliamentary polls, official results show.

The KMT, which wants closer ties with China, secured 72% of the seats in the 113-seat chamber, beating President Chen Shui-bian's party, the DPP.

The independence-leaning president said he was "shamed", resigning as chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party.

The elections are seen as a barometer for the presidential poll on 22 March.

China regards Taiwan as a renegade province that should be reunified.

A fair enough article. The US has to think about this for several days before all the right wingers who infest our government and the liberal media can begin screeching. They used to love the KMT and to throw brick bracs at them will take some doing. The Chinese will not let us have this historic change be 'disappeared'. In March 2000, the party was reeling from defeat in the presidential election and from losing the majority in the Legislative Yuan. However, the party supported the new Chairman, Lien Chan, vowing to carry on party reform. It vowed to stay committed to its manifesto; to reaffirm the party’s objectives; to reinvigorate the life of the party; and to rouse the party’s competitive spirit.

We firmly believe that the re-forged KMT will, like a phoenix, rise above theses setbacks and be born again. History will show that the KMT is the only party that can truly defend the Republic of China. Only when the KMT returns to power will the maximum stability and progress of the nation be assured.

Both Chinas want stability and prosperity. Since both now have the same goals, it is only a matter of time before they form a joint front and take common cause. I see no barriers now. Under the guidance of Hu, with a friend in Taipei, we will see a flurry of red carpet deals, joint statements and huge state dinners. My dad, when on a mission deep in China back in time, right after Mao died, had a heart attack. The communist party had this huge feast prepared for him but he was taken to the best hospital for the same care Mao got a year earlier.

So they moved the feast to the hospital! Heh. Can't complain about hospital food.

In this case, Hu will pull out all stops. Unlike Bush's insulting refusal to have a state dinner for Hu when he visited the US, Hu will have not just a state dinner but an IMPERIAL FEAST for the Taiwan delegation when they come in the future, probably next year since it takes time for these sort of delicate operations. Panda Diplomacy

The fact that Taiwan has invited the communist leadership to visit Taiwan is startling enough news. The fact that the Chinese quickly refused it and set conditions on it is also revealing. Obviously, they feel much stronger about this matter and believe they now hold the upper hand. The American weakness is now so great they can be obvious about their own plans which are moving forward rapidly. All they have to do is put together a coalition in the next election and win it. They will bend all their energy and money in this enterprise. Many carrots will be offered. They understand this is how one wins elections. Just like in America during the last election, eager to buy votes, the candidates running for office never mentioned raising taxes. Bribes do work.

One of the ruling party's greatest concerns is that China will insist Taiwan accept the pandas as a local Chinese government rather than as a self-governing entity.

"If we accept the pandas that means we're admitting ourselves we're a local government," said DPP lawmaker Hsu Kuo-yung.

Now the President of Taiwan Wants to Visit China

Front page news all over the world, back page news in America:Taiwan President Chen Shui-bian has urged the Chinese government to open talks with his administration.

After the Nationalist Party surrendered to the Communist Party of China the ruling party in Taiwan suddenly decides it is time to have "direct" talks. The only item the Chinese government has is creating a time schedule for reunification. So far, they patiently built up contacts over many years. The Tiananmin Square suppression and massacre set back their plans but that is already in the dim past, so to speak.

China refuses to talk to Mr Chen until he signs up to their one-China policy - something which would be political anathema for him, she says. says the BBC. Absolutely. Note how the Chinese were silent while Japan twisted and turned, desperately trying to not meet Chinese demands. Then Undersecretary Feith suddenly inks an agreement with China which essentially means we cannot do anything military near China without first letting them control it to some degree. This was another signal surrender of real power.

The Chinese have just begun.

Historic Moment: Two Foes Formally End War

Now you would think this would be headline news. The news of troops withdrawing from Lebanon (hello, civil war time!) got loving and close coverage in America. Every little propaganda piece flung out of the Vatican is immediately regurgitated in America. The long death of the old previous Pope dominated headlines for weeks in between headlines about a dying brain dead woman.

But when the world's biggest economic power finally succeeds in winning over a previous foe who is vying for the Presidency of one of the world's top economies, dead silence in America.

This is most odd because "who lost China (to the commies)" wracked the State Department after WWII and led directly to the HUAC hearings run by far right winger, McCarthy. An entire era was named after him. The USA was the sole supporter of the Nationalist Party in China and when defeated, protected and coddled them when they took over Taiwan.

Now let's go to one of the very few American papers carrying this story with some analysis:

Taiwan: China could steal its allies

TAIPEI, Taiwan—China could undermine Taiwan's diplomatic standing in the run-up to key elections this weekend, the self-ruled island's foreign minister warned Thursday, amid signs that two of Taipei's allies were considering switching ties to Beijing.

Taiwan and China split amid civil war in 1949. In recent years, China's rising political and economic clout has helped it persuade more countries to recognize Beijing instead of Taipei, reducing the number of Taiwan's allies to only 24 -- most of them small and impoverished nations in Latin America, Africa and the South Pacific.

China was likely to make further diplomatic inroads at Taiwan's expense around the time of legislative elections Saturday and President Chen Shui-bian's visit to Latin America next week, Foreign Minister James Huang told reporters in Taipei.

"Various signs have shown that China is very likely to sap the morale of Taiwan's people around the time when legislative elections take place or when a top Taiwanese official makes an overseas visit," he said. "We are facing grave challenges on the diplomatic front."

They are correct to see this election as fatal to US power. And the idea that the victory could be so overwhelming is beyond the framework of these US analysts who can't change gears very quickly. As our financial situation deteriorates, our power evaporates! Taiwan has no 'allies' based on the previous model of leaning to pro-USA and anti-China. As my blog clearly showed, the KMT has already thrown their support behind China and will now work tirelessly to get into power in China, itself, one way or another. The merger will be interesting and this is no overstatement. It will be historic and Japan fears this tremendously.

Will Japan reject this or will Japan support this? Something we can't tell yet due to the uncertainties in Japan as the LDP get increasingly unpopular. If commerce collapses with the US, the whole scheme of reducing Japan's workers to great poverty will be a failure and there just may be some severe changes over there!

The foreign minister aborted a plan to visit Malawi last week to shore up diplomatic support because the African ally refused to receive him. That visit was planned after two senior Malawian ministers visited Beijing in what Taiwan feared was a prelude to the establishment of formal ties between Malawi and China.

On the Marshalls, Huang said, China was trying to undermine Taiwan's position there.

"China is still continuing its efforts to turn the Marshall Islands around," Huang said. "We are paying close attention to the matter."

Taiwan's concerns stem from the election of Litokwa Tomeing as the country's president. Tomeing has come out in favor of switching ties from Taipei to Beijing.

Separately, customer complaints forced Gakken, a Japanese company, to recall 10,000 talking globes that labeled Taiwan as a part of the People's Republic of China.

Tomeing is going to do the natural thing in this situation: there is much more potential business with China than with the US in the long run. And if the US is reduced in economic power, all the more reason to switch gears and aim at joint ventures with China. And last of all, I wanted to provide the link to an old story of mine about pandas and US zoos. Bin Laden is back in the news again. A classic controversial figure, he is rapidly achieving 'god' status. People debate whether he is alive or dead but we do know that he is auditioning to be one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Ron Paul says sensible things while his 'interviewer' snarls and snaps at him. The US is totally off the track here and into the 'To Hell In A Handbasket' mode. I decided it is time to see all this through the Dragon's Eyes. Indeed, they are covering this story very closely along with their happy story about bonding with the Japanese. This story is being ignored by the West, fatally, I might add.

I nominate Ron Paul as the only sane Republican. He sounds a lot like my grandfather. That, alone, is pretty scary. My grandfather also hated Santa Claus and would go to great lengths to explain how dangerous and stupid Santa Claus really was. He gave us no presents on Xmas, of course. But we could, if we were really good, get a book or three from him on that day and I still have these books which I am very fond of. More than one was about either economics, history or operas.

Ron Paul dares to tell us things we don't want to hear. He is quite aware that our entire Middle Eastern and Central Asian international policies are doomed to create chaos. The many internal conflicts within our own nation coupled with the eternal conflicts of these ever-changing, over-run by invading hordes, ancient tribal, religious cradle of great religions, these lands that seem to spawn more phantoms and elevated philosophical discourse, this region which has given us gods and magic numbers, all the stresses of time and space converge in this part of the earth. Time is both frozen and shooting forwards at the same time.

There is too much history and not enough foresight. Systems set up thousands of years ago are lurching into the 21st Century as a great deal of the world's wealth flows into this region and armies of invaders follow in its wake, seeking power, energy and dominion. The general feeling in the US is, we must seize the genie of this region and enslave it. The need for wealth, power and security means we must stuff the genie back into his bottle one way or another. The only way we seem capable of doing is to threaten the genie with annihilation.

Or elections. I see this in the news, how we must bring democracy to lands that are nearly as incapable of this as here at home, note how our own system stumbles along, barely. The Chinese don't want this sort of 'democracy'. They want harmony and order. Of course, this means some people take orders and others issue orders. But the Chinese do have a point here: their system is certainly more functional that Pakistan's system or a lot of their neighbor's systems. So I figure, it is time to view Pakistan through Chinese eyes.

Chinese Premier elaborates "three bases" for healthy China-Japan relations

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao elaborated on Saturday the "three bases" for healthy China-Japan relations, underscoring the principle that people of the two nations were the real foundation of bilateral ties.

One of the bases was that the two sides should abide by the three key political documents on ties, including the Sino-Japanese Joint Statement, the Peace and Friendship Treaty and the Sino-Japanese Joint Declaration, said Wen.

As for the second base, "the real foundation lies in people. People of the two nations shall promote mutual respect and understanding and treat each other equally," he said, while hosting a breakfast for visiting Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda.

The future of China-Japan relations would rely on young people, which Wen depicted as the third base.

Yes, this is the top story in China: the baseball game between Wen and Fukuda, Japan's LDP henchman. The deep resentment of the Asian people is expressed rather openly here. The US views all other nations and people as either tools or dogs to kick around or co-conspirators who will join us in beating up someone else. The Hu visit last year was a total disaster...for the US. The outrageous demeanor and behavior of our press, our President and nearly everyone involved, was astonishing and still annoys the Chinese. The Japanese get the red carpet treatment but then, they are hammering us in world trade, massively, so they are happy we don't care about market share or market penetration. They despise us. I watch Japanese TV. It is amusing, how they view us.

Not charming, by the way. And if they want a bad guy who gets punished by the gods, it usually is an American. We have fallen very far, from the Angels of Mercy to the Demons of Death. And this isn't one's imagination. We really have fallen far from our own ideals. I watched this happen over my lifetime. When we lost the Vietnam War, we made movies like 'Rambo' where one American beats up all those Vietnamese peasants who successfully defeated us fair and square in a full-scale war. Then, we put up those maniacal black flags which were supposed to be about freeing missing prisoners of war. These flags still fly in my own village, for example. A prime case of mental collapse.

With the War on Terror, we are seeing quite a bit of this sort of madness. Either we react with severe paranoia whenever there are world events or we pretend there isn't anything happening at all. At least, during the Vietnam war, we could debate the facts or wisdom of imperialism and peasant uprisings. Today, with religious unease adding to the classic anti-imperialist, peasant's right's movements, we see a collapse in the ability to talk rationally about this. China went through 50 years of painful internal struggles over what it means to be a nation, a people and a society. Actually, this is still ongoing and subject to future stresses and changes as the forces of history push China to the front ranks of nations of the world, as the Chinese flex their minds and try to sail across the Seven Seas. Their sun is rising. And they know this.

Someone else's sun is also rising: Islam. Despite the terrible death and destruction all over Islamic lands, the birth rate still greatly outstrips the death rate. In this, by itself, means that Islam is a rising political power. On top of this, wealth is pouring into Islamic lands. True, many live in poverty, but if we look at actual wealth and not the side effects of the giant debt balloon the West has created which makes it look as if we are rich even though we are not so rich, after all. This sovereign wealth is money pouring out of the West and into the cauldron of Islam's great mass of people.

Japan is dying. Catholics in the southern half of Europe are dying off. Northern Europe's children will be like the children in the Pied Piper: gone. The quiet surrender in the West and in Japan, the End of our Civilizations, is increasingly obvious. And occasionally is alluded to but then, dropped. Japan's wealth is purchased via a crushing depression laid like a whip on the backs of the people who live there. This regime has suppressed childbirth yet the Palestinian people who have far less than anyone on earth, on a starvation diet, locked in hopeless ghettos, they have one of the highest birthrates on earth. This is their final act of defiance of the West. And it is a source of power, one that is neglected by everyone but the Zionists who can read the data and know these numbers spell their own doom, for many Jews are opting out on having 10 children each.

The US rate of birth is masked by immigration and the habits of the poor who still have multiple children. The point here is, we have decided to go to war with a culture and a people who are reproducing at a very rapid pace. And we can't handle this war because we don't want to die. Few Americans want to think about the troops we send back, over and over again, into the death trap of Iraq. Or Afghanistan, for that matter. We kill far more than they kill us but they are winning because they outnumber us increasingly as each year passes.

Death toll in Pakistan riots reaches 38

spokesman from Pakistan's Interior Ministry said Saturday that the rioting across the country had killed 38 people and injured 52 others.

Speaking at a news briefing here, Brig. Javed Cheema said the riots also caused tens of millions of U.S. dollars in damage across the country, with 174 banks being burnt.

China fears this sort of chaos. Greatly. The leadership there, consumed with their latest little conquest, a major one, by the way, the love-fest with their former foes, Japan, still are very concerned about their Western Frontier which borders on the regions where a lot of stresses and wild actions are endangering Chinese control of local populations. China wants, above all, secure borders. Under Mao and his entourage and the cruel Madame Mao, got entangled in a number of border wars with neighbors such as Korea, Vietnam, they invaded and took over Tibet and then clashed with India and Nepal immediately afterwards. Then there was the clash with Russia.

After years of insane non-diplomacy, Mao and his mad hausfrau mercifully died, the female half of this hellish couple, dying in prison. Slowly, China learned how silly all this was and how much easier, profitable and power-enhancing diplomacy is. This is why they practice it every day, dutifully and carefully. The US should have been playing baseball with the two Asian leaders, not running about, screaming about bin Laden and assassins. China hates assassins and is willing to see these sorts of things terminated. Assassins can strike anyone and they want to stay alive while moving about the planet. The US, on the other hand, has decided to play the game of 'gotch-ya' with a bunch of crazed assassins by acting like we are creeps, too. The kidnappings, tortures and punishments meted out by the US match those of our foes and we are much diminished by this. It is as if Madame Mao has been reborn in Condi Rice. Not good, is it?

Militant leader denies involvement in Bhutto's assassination

A militant leader in Pakistan who is reported to have links with al-Qaeda Saturday denied involvement in former prime minister Benazir Bhutto's assassination.

The News Network International (NNI) news agency quoted Mauli umar, spokesman for militant leader Baitullah Mehsud, as saying that they were not involved in Bhutto's death.

Mauli umar said that they were sad at Bhutto's death and did not have enmity with Pakistani leaders but the United States.

Throughout history, most assassins have been either individuals who get shady assistance from black ops people far in the rear or they are part of a 3-member or 9-member conspiracy that operate pretty much free of all controls. It isn't all that hard, being an assassin. So long as one doesn't expect to survive. Most have been sworn to die with their victims. Usually, nearly always, these people are 'low value' people who take out 'high value' leaders. There is also a strong whiff of madness as motivation. During the late 19th century, for example, more than one leader was wounded or killed by fanatical anarchists seeking chaos.

People seeking chaos is no surprise. For some reason, there is a strong human urge deep in all of us, to destroy things, even things we love. The stresses of the Industrial Revolution coupled with the liberalization of education and religion led to many unhappy political violence events. In the US, even as more than one President was assassinated in the 19th century, we kept our Constitution mainly intact. Even as we let in millions of immigrants, some of whom were assassins! Unlike the 'old world', the US early on, sponsored 'free' schools paid by taxes where all the children of these immigrants were gathered together and taught a new doctrine, the philosophy, history and psychology of 'patriotism'. This was the envy of the world.

Irish children saluted the same generic flag as English children. Black children of the freed slaves were now struggling for full citizenship and they, too, learned about patriotism. German and Italian, Catholic and Jewish children, all sorts of people's children were drawn into this system and taught to defend, protect and LOVE this nation they were now part of and building. This, by the way, was very revolutionary 150 years ago.

The tribal leaders who deny they called for or conspired to assassinate Bhutto are not like the situation here in America. These people aren't mayors or governors or senators. Tribal leaders super cede the state. The US couldn't draw in one major group of people: Indians. The natives who were being brutally displaced by the immigrants. The treaties, negotiations, invasions, massacres, assassinations, raids and riots in this sector were ongoing and very, very violent, vicious and cruel. The US ended all this by annihilating all the food sources, hounding the tribes, persecuting them, machine gunning them down, herding them into desolate enclaves with few resources. They were decimated and destroyed. To this day, the struggle of these people continues! Dennis Banks, a person I have met more than once, recently declared his tribal lands to be a sovereign nation. He is very close to Mauli umar as to Black Elk. The modern world holds many destructive forces that are harsh on these ancient tribes, adapted to a totally different ethos and world view. What took us many centuries to do, they must do in one or two generations. And, as outsiders, they can see clearly what is wrong with our systems. Especially, how we are not reproducing rapidly anymore.

This troubles not only them, but many other people. We wonder, is civilization anti-child? After all, more than one civilization has simply died off and not in some huge violent motion but simply...died. Leaving either an empty land or becoming very rustic and tribal again.

Internet: Bin Laden accuses U.S. of seeking to control Iraqi oil

Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden accused the United States in a statement posted on the Internet on Saturday of having a plot to take control of Iraq's oil.

In the statement, bin Laden also accused Washington of seeking to build military bases in Iraq and dominate the region.

The United States is making efforts to rebuild a pro-Washington national unity government in Iraq, which is meant "to give the Americans all they wish of Iraq's oil", said the statement, urging Iraqis to reject it.

Iraqis must reject the envisaged plan and those who join tribal councils fighting al-Qaida or take part in any unity government would be turning their backs on Islam, bin Laden warned in the statement.

He, meanwhile, made a sharp threat of attacks against Israel by saying that "I would like to assure our people in Palestine that we will expand our jihad (holy war) there."

"We intend to liberate Palestine, the whole of Palestine from the (Jordan) river to the sea" with "blood for blood, destruction for destruction", he vowed.

A number of readers here want to believe that bin Laden doesn't exist. Unfortunately, his words ring true to many ears. This is a classic. The tribal chief who denies killing Bhutto doe go on to say quite cheerfully, he hates Americans and thinks we should be removed. Bin Laden's appeal to Shi'ites is minimal. The Shi'ites are working with the US for the simple reason, we put them in power and they are very happy about this. They hate us and have contempt for our efforts and hope we all die some horrible death. But they aren't attacking us because we are assisting them.

The US is also arming and assisting the Sunnis. And the sword hanging over our own heads in this region was sharpened by the US and we even gave them the string to hang it. The average American is being told by our leaders and the press that if we mess around there more, this sword won't fall on our heads. Indeed, we are giving them more and more swords, a whole armory of swords to hang over us. For our own protection, of course.

Bush is going to the Holy Land to fix things there. Yet another futile and frankly, evil, peace treaty will be rammed down Palestinian throats. For some bizarre reason, the Jews who kept their tribe together for 2,000 years of diaspora, think a mere 60 years of diaspora on the Palestinian tribes will cause them to give up their faith and hope and they will scatter and never return. Bin Laden's words show us that this is not possible. I can't imagine these people walking away from their lands without a fight. Dennis Banks' tribe was put down in the 1880's. Yet the desire to fight back, to change things, still is in his heart and soul. This is quite common with people. After all, I can recall all sorts of family matters going back a thousand years [we were invaders, by the way, very obnoxious].

Drilling deep into the PDF of the results in one of the most extensive national polls on the presidential election (and related issues) uncovers some opinions to ponder. It’s the new AP-Yahoo survey of more than 1,800 adults conducted in the middle of this month. Asked who they would vote for if the election were held today, more than 41% said a Democrat and less than 30% a Republican. But in a potentially significant finding – hello Ron Paul, Chuck Hagel and Mike Bloomberg! -- a whopping 32% said they might well vote for a third party candidate, 6% calling this “very likely” and another 26% “somewhat likely.” Only 28% called this “not at all likely.”

Perhaps most importantly, given a list of 16 top issues, the respondents said Democrats could handle them better in every case but one-—terrorism.

The GOP solution to 'terrorism' is imperialism. This was true in 1789, 1889 and today. When the Indians gave problems to the invaders, we killed them and pushed them into hostile lands. Then, if we wanted those lands, we did this again and again. Until we killed off the vast majority of the native tribes. The GOP is very aggressive about all this. After 9/11, when our own military didn't defend us at all, we then heard lots of talk about 'glassing' Afghanistan, which is wild talk about nuking innocent civilians. Not one Afghani attacked us on 9/11 but still, this was seen as being 'strong'. The GOP even told us to do two things: go shopping and to not ask why someone attacked us.

Bingo. Today, we are going bankrupt. We charged all our shopping on our credit and now are deep in debt. And we still won't ask, why these attacks are happening to us or how we set ourselves up for these things. We pour money into the Middle East, yet we refuse to understand the economics of this or the social facts we face. We invade the Holy Land while denying it is an invasion, pretending that all this is a 'return' which is pure fiction. The US people, beset by a media which lies about fundamental facts, cannot understand the dilemma we are in. So they imagine Rambo will beat up the Vietnamese for us and we can then strut and fret on the world stage and not be assassinated.

The White House Is Stockpiling Oil! The Question Is, "Why?"

Since August, the Bush administration has been adding 50,000 barrels a day to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve — the nation's emergency oil stockpile — with plans to kick up the pace to 70,000 barrels a day by the end of January.

That U.S. oil tank of last resort now contains 695 million barrels of oil — enough to keep the American economy running for just 56 days if imports were suddenly cut off.

The federal government has been aggressively buying up the world's supply of light sweet crude at a time when crude is selling for over $90 per barrel.

And this binge buying has added as much as 10% to the price of crude, an oil consultant told a Senate panel recently. What's more, in the recent energy bill passed by Congress, President Bush asked — and received — authorization to DOUBLE the size of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

The US is preparing for war. The war with Iran is still on the table. The wars we have launched have caused oil prices to shoot up and now are at nearly $100 a barrel. This is destroying the economic health of many American families. I was out in the woods today, chain sawing apart dead trees because frankly, I can't afford to heat my house any other way. I use firewood and coal. The average American family is now facing massive energy bills and winter has barely begun to flex its cold muscles. January is around the corner.

The hoarding by our government isn't for us, it is for the military. They figure, the US people can do what we always do during wars: rations. Or long lines. I have been through both. Generally speaking, when a powerful country ends up in economic trouble, they start wars. Argentina took the Falkland Islands when the junta put in power with the blessing of the CIA, did badly on the economic front. England, in the same sort of doldrums, happily engaged in this war. Argentina lost and the generals were deposed. Thatcher was in triumph. When Reagan had financial problems, he invaded poorly-armed Caribbean islands. War is a balm if one wins. And the US is desperate to 'win' the wars we are now in and we need to invade ALL the Muslim lands in order to find 'peace' which equals 'total dominance'. Indeed, the icons, pictures and words of the neo cons running our military all point to this as the desired outcome: total dominance.

Riots Erupt Across Kenya as Rivals Declare Victory

With the results from Kenya’s closely contested elections still up in the air and evidence growing of election mischief, riots erupted across the country on Saturday.

Columns of black smoke boiled up from the slums ringing Nairobi, the capital, as supporters of Raila Odinga, the leading presidential challenger, poured into the streets to protest what they said was a plot by the government to steal the vote.

This mirrors Pakistan. Only we have little interest in all this. I happen to remember Darfur. The US and Israel wanted us to thing about Darfur, not Palestine. The media in the West hammered on and on about Darfur. No one did much of anything. Africa is wrestling with the business of how to turn tribes into nations. This is often looking more like a doomed process. Frankly, I don't see how this can be done. Belgium can't seem to do this! And they are part of the European Union! Belgium is still struggling to make a government! And so we want to get violent with countries created by British bureaucrats? Time to go off to Iran to see what is going on there. Are they expecting war?

Leader Calls for Muslims' Vigilance

Addressing thousands of people in a ceremony to mark the feast of Eid-ul-Ghadir here on Saturday, Ayatollah Khamenei warned the Islamic Ummah (nation) against enemies' efforts to "inject the virus of discord and difference among Muslims".

"Campaign against difference and discord is the great lesson of Ghadir and to practice this crucial lesson, followers of Islamic faiths should avoid aggression and insult to each others' sanctities and provocation (of sentiments) over sensitive issues, and as (I) mentioned in the message released on the occasion of Hajj (pilgrimage), they should stage vigilance and unity to defuse the plot of the arrogance which seeks to sow religious discord and conflict between the Shiite and Sunnite (Muslims)," the Supreme Leader reiterated.

He further said that the Islamic Iran could gain victory by showing vigilance and keeping an open eye to enemies' tricks and plots, describing "faith and trust in God, feeling a responsibility for being present in all the scenes and full vigilance against the enemies" as the key to Iran's triumph over arrogant powers in the last 29 years.

Now that the Shi'ites know they will eventually control Iraq, they are doing diplomacy for once. In a rather crude way. But they are gradually making headway. The US and Israel are grinding their fangs over this. The game plan was to isolate Iran and force them into a corner and then make them lash out. Instead, bit by bit, the Iranians are expanding diplomacy and talking to their rivals. This is because the US is losing power very rapidly. Everyone can read the data, see the news, it is easy to track our trajectory...downwards. All the oil pumping nations can see our government is hoarding oil even though this causes the price of oil to shoot upwards. They know we itch to attack. The sophistication of the Iranians will be put to test here. Will they resist the lures and traps being set at their feet? Will they figure out the road to wisdom rather than the descent to hell?

Personally, I believe they have figured us out. And are engaged in a new game. One we can't win if we are violent.

US Should Redeploy Troops From Iraq to Fight in Pakistan and Afghanistan, Congresswoman Says

The United States should redeploy troops from Iraq, allowing the military to focus on terrorist threats in Pakistan and Afghanistan, New York Rep. Kirsten Gillibrand said Saturday.

"Congress is challenging the administration's strategy in Iraq in favor of a better one that will effectively combat terrorism and create stability in the Middle East," she said during the weekly Democratic radio address. "Time and time again, we voted for a strategy to redeploy troops out of Iraq to leave policing the streets to Iraqis and to focus our mission on anti-terrorism, and we won't give up."

Gillibrand's comments were taped a week earlier, before the assassination of former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Bhutto was killed Thursday when a suicide attacker shot at her and then blew himself up as she left a campaign rally.

The Democrats have read the polls. Gillibrand is my representative. She knows which lobbies to pay attention to. The talk of war is always there. The idea that we must mess around with Pakistan and Afghanistan is part of the 'feed the fear' game going on. I remember when Saddam used to pay suicide bombers in Palestine. This is one of the hidden reasons why we had to go in and kill him. Never is talked about, of course. The belief back then was, there would be no more suicide bombers. This was a false hope. And far from being done, they are growing in numbers. And the more we fight them in Pakistan, the more there will be...somewhere. Anywhere. The assassins of the 19th century plied their dark art until 1914.
